Rooms are generally clean, but several guests reported leftover hair or dust, odors, mold spots, or aged carpet. Housekeeping is usually every three days unless requested, and towel smells were occasionally noted.

Rooms are compact with limited storage; some layouts place the sink outside the bathroom, while deep tubs and separated toilet/shower are appreciated. Expect tight space for multiple suitcases or extra beds, occasional noise or ventilation issues, and few rooms with chairs or wardrobes.

Service is widely described as friendly and helpful, with staff assisting in early check-in, luggage services and taxi or reservation arrangements; some staff speak Korean and basic English. A few guests noted inconsistent front-desk manner or communication.

A convenient base 5–10 minutes’ walk from Hakata Station, with many restaurants, convenience stores and Canal City within walking distance and easy airport access. A few found it not the very closest option or a bit tricky to locate.

Breakfast is often praised for tasty set mains (about three to four choices) plus a small buffet, with French toast frequently highlighted. Others found variety limited, seating tight, or availability capped on busy mornings.
