La habitación y el baño eran amplios y resultaban cómodos, estaban limpios. Valoro que acepten mascotas porque tengo una perra a la que adoro. Lo que menos me gustó la falta de aparcamiento.

Apartahotel situado a 8 minutos en tranvía, linea B, del centro de la ciudad. El apartamento dispone de una cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios pero sin campana extractora. El sofá cama tal y como comentan los otros usuarios, no es muy comodo y ruidoso. El lugar en general esta bien para disfrutar unos dias de la ciudad. Dispone de garaje privado, unas 20 parcelas, que hay que reservar por 10€/día. Existen supermercados,Lidl y Carrefour, en los alrededores además del mercado Bacalan.

Nettoyage pas fait en chambres, car d’après le réceptionniste c’est un oublie mais bon que pouvons nous faire. Le parking est full donc obliger dans le parking à côté mais pour sortir on doit repayer comparé à votre parking où l’ont peux entré et sortir comme on veux. Petit déjeuner copieux pas de quoi être joyeux avec des fruits un peu fatiguer d’ailleurs. Mais dans l’ensemble hôtel bien placé à proximité des transports et chambre fonctionnelle et assez grande je doit dire mais peu aussi mieux faire.

Nice and clean, convenient, nice staff. Somewhat hard to find the entrance - one needs to walk on the opposite side of the street to find the door. Good parking deal in the garage of the Wine Museum at a great rate.

Really awful service from the reception staff. We called in the morning to ask about the parking we had pre-booked and were asked to park outside with lights flashing and come to reception and they'd give us the code to the parking garage. We did exactly that only to find that they close for two hours for lunch and *even though they spoke to us face-to-face* refused to give us the code that is the same for everyone! "I am on lunch break, come back in 90mins". Terrible. Aside from that, the hotel was fine. The area around is not the best but we had no issues.

Dès l'entrée, des moustiques écrasés laissant du sang sur les murs et au plafond nous ont accueillis. Les murs et les plinthes ont des éclaboussures. Le sol était collant et crasseux, comme s'il n'avait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée. j'ai dû interdir à mes enfants de marcher en chaussettes. La chasse dysfonctionne. Le pire, des morceaux de plâtre tombent du plafond juste au dessu de l'endroit où on mange car il y a une infiltration, ce qui engendre un manque de sécurité ou d'hygiène. Un point positif tout de même pour la litterie de bonne qualité, et pour la douche propre et spacieuse.

Great value hotel perfect for stopover on long car journey. Reception staff kind and helpful. Late check in instructions sent to email - no problem at all. Basic but clean and breakfast was actually surprisingly good. Would stay again.

Bon accueil mais quelques petites choses à revoir dans la chambre. Vaisselle sale, manque de bols, douche qui fuie, odeur d’égouts, piqûres d’insectes inexpliquées malgré la fenêtre fermée… Buffet de petit déjeuner top mais un peu cher. Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour.

Property was okay. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I waited over an hour to check in as the receptionist claimed that I did not have a confirmation code. She asked me to call Expedia when she should’ve called herself. She called and said they were closed and then just stopped helping me and said she could not do anything else even though I showed her my email confirmation several times. I asked her to call her manager and said there was no one else to call. She was VERY rude and condescending. I had to pay international minutes on my overseas line to get ahold of Expedia - over 12 minutes. The receptionist said I could pay again and ask Expedia to refund me. There was no way I was going to Reply when I clearly had paid already. I called Expedia and they called her three times to confirm reservation. I waited over an hour just to check in. It was the rudest experience Iʻve ever encountered. The receptionist - her name started with an O - did not even apologise or offer any courtesy for the inconvenience and rudeness. Instead she was passive-aggressive and put me in a room in which the AC was making loud noises the whole night I was there. When I came into the room the sauna heater in the bathroom was on and the room was hot. Didnt even bother to deal with the rude receptionist who wouldnt even bother to call her manager. One of the worst experiences ever. Nothing done to rectify the unprofessionalism and inconvenience.

Appart très bien pour un petit week end sur bordeaux . Pas loin du tramway et du centre. Par contre nous avons eu très froid à l’arrivée dans la chambre pas de radiateur allumé malgré les 0 degrés dehors .

Contact agréable à l'accueil. Dépôt des bagages avant de prendre la chambre facilité. Bagages déposés dans la chambre: une belle surprise. Le seul bémol est le canapé lit dans la chambre, lit d'appoint utilisé et absolument pas confortable. Literie vraiment désagréable et inconfortable. Grand lit dans la chambre confortable.

Ce n’est pas une vraie chambre double, le deuxième lit est un canapé qui n’est pas du tout confortable, on sent l’armature au travers et il est très bruyant. Et pas du tout sécurisant pour un enfant puisqu’il y a un trou tout autour de la tête ou l’enfant peut tomber se coincer et se blesser.

There was no way I was going to Reply when I clearly had paid already. I called Expedia and they called her three times to confirm reservation. I waited over an hour just to check in. It was the rudest experience Iʻve ever encountered. The receptionist - her name started with an O - did not even apologise or offer any courtesy for the inconvenience and rudeness. Instead she was passive-aggressive and put me in a room in which the AC was making loud noises the whole night I was there. When I came into the room the sauna heater in the bathroom was on and the room was hot. Didnt even bother to deal with the rude receptionist who wouldnt even bother to call her manager. One of the worst experiences ever. Nothing done to rectify the unprofessionalism and inconvenience.

Alojamiento muy limpio y situado en una zona segura. Un poco alejado del centro ciudad por tanto, es recomendable coger el tranvía para ir a visitar la zona turística. Es importante saber que la recepción cierra de 12:30 a 14h y que por la noche más de un día a las 21:30 ya estaba cerrada aunque deberían cerrar a las 22h. Hay un mercado con un bar y panadería abiertos para desayunar a pocos metros excepto el lunes que se cierra. Nosotros no tuvimos ruido de noche lo cual se agradece. Lo más incómodo es el sofá- cama que ya sabíamos por otras valoraciones. Calidad-precio correcto.

Really awful service from the reception staff. We called in the morning to ask about the parking we had pre-booked and were asked to park outside with lights flashing and come to reception and they'd give us the code to the parking garage. We did exactly that only to find that they close for two hours for lunch and *even though they spoke to us face-to-face* refused to give us the code that is the same for everyone! "I am on lunch break, come back in 90mins". Terrible. Aside from that, the hotel was fine. The area around is not the best but we had no issues.

Appart très bien pour un petit week end sur bordeaux . Pas loin du tramway et du centre. Par contre nous avons eu très froid à l’arrivée dans la chambre pas de radiateur allumé malgré les 0 degrés dehors .

Bon accueil mais quelques petites choses à revoir dans la chambre. Vaisselle sale, manque de bols, douche qui fuie, odeur d’égouts, piqûres d’insectes inexpliquées malgré la fenêtre fermée… Buffet de petit déjeuner top mais un peu cher. Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour.

Located a little further for the center— it was hard to get around during the heat wave when the Tran was not working and Ubers and taxis were scarce. When I checked in, I did not get the room I booked and the AC in the room was broken. They rectified it the next day but it made for a very uncomfortable night…
