Good overall, good value and good staff. Maybe a little more help in bagage handling, to/from the room to/from the taxi would be great.

Room Lighting too dim, washroom overhead shower not working well, little water, pillow cover yellowish and old, pillow too soft etc.. but service staff service is excellent.

The staff was super friendly, and always there, many of them, if I needed anything. The breakfast was good, although the chef does need to dry off those poached eggs before putting them on to the toast! The lighting was terrible in my room, only lights in the ceiling, so you just get a shadow over your face when you look in the mirror. The other guests were quite noisy, but not really the hotel’s fault. I didn’t use the pool, I spent more time at the beach.

The staff was wonderful, the room was huge, the bathroom was super clean and exceptionally nice. Location was spot on for restaurants, cafes, the beach, and more! 10/10 stay. Would absolutely come back.
