This is a great little hotel. Some feedback the pool closes to early 7 pm. Apparently too be respectful for the rooms near pool. If the people in theses rooms can site outside drinking smoking and being very loud why can pool not be open? Unfortunately will probably not return again. Location staff and food is excellent

Excellent Stay – Beautiful Pool View & Great Perks! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The pool was a major highlight — it’s open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, perfect for a morning swim or relaxing afternoon. The area was clean and well-maintained with plenty of lounge chairs to unwind. Our room had a city view, which made the stay feel extra special. Waking up to that serene scene each morning was a real treat. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. You could tell attention was given to making guests feel comfortable. Another great perk was the free breakfast. There was a nice variety — hot items, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, and juice — enough to start the day right without needing to leave the hotel. Overall, it’s a great place for both families and couples. We’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend booking a pool view room if available!

It’s a clean dated hotel. The outside pool area is delightful. If you are looking for a good size pool with plenty of shade this hotel is perfect for you. If you after a lot of sun it is achievable just be prepared to move around chasing the sun. The rooms themselves are a bit dated, however are kept extremely clean. The beds and pillows are both comfortable, quiet air conditioning suitable to keep running all night without interrupting your sleep. Great restaurants, massage place and markets within walking distance. The beach is a short stroll down the road, perfect for a sunset beer or two. The staff are attentive and more than willing to help with any requests.

Great budget hotel. Clean room, friendly staff, very nice food. Quick room service. Located close to everything you need. 10 min walk to the beach. Breakfast had everything we wanted, egg station, toast, coffee, fruit etc. pool bar & pool staff were very attentive . Cheap meals at the hotel too.

Loved fresh linen We were lucky not to be in the rooms on the front of the building . ### Breakfast was a little disappointing. Rice and noodles needed to be kept warmer Coffee was disappointing , not nice Our room smelt mouldy after being shut up for the day, very noticeable mould in light fittings behind beds and curtains 😢😢😢

Wir waren für eine Nacht direkt nach der Ankunft am Flughafen dort und fanden es zum Ankommen perfekt. Der Pool sowie das Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Nur der Geruch war etwas unangenehm, aber aushaltbar. Zum Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl (Buffet). Mehr als eine Nacht würden wir aber nicht dort verbringen, das liegt aber eher daran dass uns Kuta nicht so gut gefallen hat.

One of if not the worst hotels I have ever stayed in… very outdated and worn down building, rooms are moldy didn’t even stay 1 full night had to leave at 4 am after waking up with a sore throat from the room conditions. Bed covers and floors were stained, not provided any wash cloths all towels were worn and dingy… night stand lights were dusty and crooked. Could not keep my room cool due to room electricity being ran off of the key card which you needed to exit the room, had to request my welcome drink which ended up being 2 tiny water bottles. Would never step close to this establishment again.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights based on previous reviews. The room was very clean, well appointed with comfortable balcony furniture, mini bar, kettle, safe, bottled water and toiletries. Unfortunately our room, 310, had an older out dated AC unit that barely kept up to the heat and ran constantly. We asked for a portable fan but we're not given one. A maintenance staff came by and recharged the AC unit and it improved somewhat. Hot water in the shower was sporadic. The hotel in general and the pool are very well maintained and lots of lounge chairs, towels provided and bar/food service. The restaurant was excellent with the included breakfast surpassing out expectations. Mika and the kitchen staff are awesome hardworking people All the staff are very friendly and engaging. We booked for 2 more nights at the end of our month long trip. Luggage storage and airport transfers are easy to arrange and appreciated. Thank you

Great hotel to stay at, every single staff member there was very friendly and helpful also. The only down side is that they only give you one key for your room. It would've been nice if we had a second key to keep the power going.

Booked the deluxe room upper floor with pool view, was put in a room that faced the street and it was extremely noisy with street traffic and local bar bands late at night, there was a pool view if you stuck your head out around the balcony you got pool glimpses, however when I raised the issue with staff they were sympathetic, and extremely accomodating and had me moved to a different room within 2 days which was really nice, spacious and a lot quieter. Breakfast, food and cocktails were good, not fantastic but for $60a night it's a great deal really, just make sure you request a room that isn't street front. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, 5 stars for the staff! There were always sun lounges available around the pool. Pool can be very busy though and lots of kids when I was there (was Australian and Indonesian School Holidays so to be expected) All in all great value for the money and staff professional and friendly. Great cheap Warungs nearby, Art Coffee at the end of the Street had awesome coffee and food (at Aussie prices but well worth the $$) 10 min walk to Garlic Lane or a $2 Taxi Fare if you were feeling lazy. If you're looking for a great place on a budget this is recommended!

The property is conveniently located to a strip of different restaurants. The hotel is dated; however, it was clean and the staff paid attention to our request. We requested to be placed on the highest floor farthest from the elevator & they listened. Only issue was, upon check out, we were being charged for 2 water bottles from the bar when I have only consumed 1 bottle. The issue was resolved. We would recommend this hotel.

We recently stay here and not not expect more than a clean bed. The team working were wonderful even at our 1 am check in. Took our bags to room make sure we were good to go The daily breakfast was great. Fresh fruit, bacon eggs anyway cooked to order juice ect The pool was great really clean and well maintained. Check out again at 4 am nothing to much trouble. Will definetly stay again Thank you to the team of staff here

Beware, they will charge you to replace their old furnishings that fail after normal usage. If something stops working in the room they will demand you buy a new item. I was forced to pay 5 times the room rate to replace a 10 year old, chipped, mouldy, filthy toilet seat! How can you misuse a toilet seat? Take videos of everything when you check in. But I would not stay here.

We ended up here after a failed AirBNB. The hotel is very nice, with a lovely pool. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Its location is perfect. The beach is a short walk. Tons of restaurants, shops, spas, and other services near by. Bike rental right next door. Great place, would stay again.

This is in the center of town basically. ALOT of shopping, tattoo places, bars, beaches, etc. but not too loud at night, we didn’t hear a thing. 💯 recommend this location for party people and even families who want a lot of walkable options nearby.

Tolles kleines Hotel in einer Lage, wo alles schnell und gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Zimmer sind gut und das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl. Ich würde es wieder buchen 👍
