Stayed 2 nights

We stayed two nights at this hotel, mainly because of its proximity to the airport. It was a basic no-frills place; not as posh looking as the website implied. Everything worked very well. The shower was good, bed was comfortable, TV worked fine and the mini-kitchen was well-appointed. The staff were helpful. It was super convenient to the airport and to the train into the city. No real complaints. It’s quite spread out, and finding our rooms at 1 am was a bit challenging. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was good, except for the staff / driver who dropped me to Airport at 7am on 31 August 2026. The Asian/Chinese origin driver misbehaved badly and he dropped me at Terminal 2 instead of Terminal 1 even after the request. He insisted me to take a taxi next time and kept reminding me that it is a free service and it is up to the driver to drop the passenger as they like. The other passengers in the van witnessed the misbehaviour by this driver. I will not be staying in the hotel as my main purpose of stay is to get to the airport hassle free and my first experience is bad. I will be travelling frequently and would like to hear from the hotel staff and owe me a personal apology. I will be giving this feedback to my colleagues who are also looking for a hotel near to the airport. Thank you

We are travelling around WA and VIC and I am sad to say this is the worst, most overpriced place we stayed. Thanking my stars it was only for one night and not the last night of our trip. The only good part was the welcome from lovely staff. We chose this place as it had a kitchenette and we wanted breakfast before our early flight (and we needed to leave before the hotel restaurant would be open); but all it had was a kettle, a sink, three cups and three teaspoons. There is no toaster, no microwave or crockery and not even a tea towel or dish cloth! The rooms are seriously depressing. The taps and shower drip constantly, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. The toilet floor was up and down and there appeared to be a leak in the wall with peeling paint. The carpet is like walking on concrete and the walls are scuffed and damaged. The beds are too hard and have the most meagre polar fleece blanket. At least the sheets were clean. The driveway is loose metal so you can’t really wheel suitcases and it makes a good alarm when your neighbour gets up and starts crunching around. The whole place needs to be redone. We could have put up with it if it had been half the price, but this was the second most expensive place we stayed!
