Amazing. Super clean l, friendly staff. The pool was beautiful

The apartment was spacious and light. Unfortunately that\'s where what I liked about the property ends though. After being burgled my partner and I had to stay in a hotel near home for a night and booked this hoping for something relaxing and safe after experiencing something traumatic. From the moment we arrive "Ati" on the front desk was almost agitated that she had an unexpected check in and couldn\'t find our booking. When I told her why we were staying she didn\'t even react, there was no empathy or anything - not surprising though because she didn\'t exactly welcome us from the beginning. When my partner responded to Ati saying that kindness or at least acknowledgement was free for her to provide Ati seemed bemused and shrugged us off The hotel then wanted to charge us $19 for parking for the night - we had not realised there\'d be no parking nor any on the street conveniently. Again we asked if there was anything Ati could do as we had not budgeted on this hotel stay given unplanned robbery in our home. Again she shrugged and stated "we do have visitor carparks that are free but they are only for people visiting our residents...". Which by the way - car parks were vacant that night from our visibility. Upon entering our apartment there was a deep tear in the sofa, rips in the base of the bed and Ati and the hotel had not provided sufficient towels or pool towels etc resulting in my having to engage with this person on the front desk who clearly cares not for people.

Great place to stay in Brisbane. Loved a spacious room, sitcoms and proximity to railway station. The roof top swimming pool was straight out it the movies. Didn’t want to leave.

The accommodation was in the perfect location for what we were in Brisbane for. The rooftop pool and spa were fantastic. The apartment was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is having more variety of kitchen appliances (cutting board, pots and pans etc). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

Lovely spacious kitchen, dining and living area, separate bedroom with comfortable bed, walk through wardrobe and two way access bathroom and laundry (washer and dryer, airing rack, iron and ironing board). Unfortunately our room on the first night didn't have a working tumble dryer or dishwasher. Staff were very helpful and moved us to another room the following night but the dishwasher again wasn't working. Went to wash pool towels in the washing machine and it smelt mouldy. Pool looks lovely but does not have stair access into the pool only a ladder (which is unusual because there is wheelchair access up to the pool deck). Spa did have stairs though so it was accessible.

Excellent mid-range apartment accommodation at a reasonable price. Roof top pool/spa facilities are great. Room was nice and clean. Road noise can be a bit of an issue.

Well located self contained apartment with fabulous pool, spa and steam room on the roof allowing great views of Brisbane. Car parking was $19 per night in onsite secure garaging. Only thing to complain about was that they're was a large tear in the sofa upolstery and the kitchen cupboards needed a good wipe down

Our 2nd stay there. Extremely convenient access to train & bus transport (loved new 50 cents per journey tap-on, tap-off system). Suite had some plaster damage at corners, no drawcords on vertical drapes, issues with bathroom basin drain/plug & one plug in kitchen couldn't be used at all. Best feature (again) was use of rooftop spa pools and we felt very secure with card swiping requirement for any access to hotel and use of lifts.

Lovely spacious and well equipped 2 bed 2 bath apt. Easy check in and out. Parking wasnt made clear was an extra charge via web page but no drama, tariff was worth the room and facilities. Pool amd spa facilities great. Would stay again

Very basic accomodation. Bathroom was a little dirty. Dishwasher didn’t work. Kitchen countertops looked dirty. It’s affordable and was close to the PA hospital which is what we needed.

There were staples or something in between the carpet and tiles to the rooms which i stepped on and my daughter cut her foot on. There was no parking options for us because our cars were too high for the car park so we were told to park on the street and having so much equipment on our cars that wasnt an option for us, we parked in the loading zone with a note from reception saying to contact them if they need to be moved. The dishes were dirty. There was someones bra insert left in the washing machine. The kettle wasnt clean. The beds were comfy and and fantastic. The toilets however didnt have the cleaned wrapper on them and i couodnt find spare roilet papaer. We were given an extra bed for our extra adult which was great. The reception staff was awesome. We only stayed 1 night as a stop over, it was fine for us but for a longer stay i was a bit disappointed for the amount of money we paid and for the state of the cleanliness. Also one of the spas on the roof were out of order and there were already 5 people in the one that was working.

Pleasant staff. Good security. Noisy location but my bedroom was away from the road and double glazing on that window. Big balcony and windout windows. Would stay again

My aircon unit in my main area had mould internally and the kitchen bench was not cleaned properly. Convenient location

For what we expected based on other experiences with similar price point and what seemed like decent reviews, we were sorely disappointed. The bathroom wall was left dirty splattered with some brown cream Several dishes were dirty with food on them, the kitchen was not well equipped - for a 2 bdrm apartment, having a pot or pan that could cook more than 1 serve

Very noisy in 405. Would be in best interest to replace the broken verticals blinds with some heavy block out curtains in lounge and bedroom.

Receptionist was very good but then the manager was not helpful at all with a simple request. Would not stay again for this reason.

Great location close to the hospital where we needed to be. Convenient location to shops to get groceries. Well stocked rooms with adequate supplies making it comfortable and easy to feel like a home away from home when we could make basic meals. Comfortable bed and awesome, accessible big showers
