2泊の利用。 リゾートホテルではないので、自分では背伸びせずに気楽に過ごせて、地元の雰囲気を味わえるホテル。長期滞在も立地的にいい。 ドライヤー、ティッシュ、リンス、は無し。 ハンガーは取り外せないタイプのみ。 タオルはバスタオル2枚と足ふきマット1枚 食器、カトラリー、ケトル、コーヒー、冷蔵庫 シャンプー、石けんあり トイレットペーパーは巻数が少ないから何度も補充を頼む必要あり ルームクリーニングは2日に1回 タオル類は無料で交換してくれる エアコン、冷蔵庫はちゃんと効くけど、部屋を出ると電気類は止まるみたいかも、、、もしアイスとか入れてたら？ ドライヤーはフロントに言ってもレンタルもない シャワーはギリぬるま湯 部屋の匂いなし 虫いなかった シーツもキレイだった エレベーター有り 大通りに面してるから、クラクションや車の行き交う音、人の声、音楽はやむを得ない 目の前にMetroや飲食店、路面店そしてThirstyがあり、ホテル周りだけで不便なかった 歩いて10分位にスタバもある 15分歩けばラプラプ像に会える 因みにホテルからラプラプ像までのバイクは50ペソ。 何よりこのホテルの2階のマッサージ店ヌアッタイが素晴らしかった!!50〜100ペソ上乗せで部屋で受けることも可能。 1階にはサロンがありマニュキア、ペディキュアもできた。 朝食は以前は決まったプレートを部屋に持ってきてもらえたような口コミもあったけど、今はフロントを出てすぐ左の店で朝7:00〜のスタイルだった フロント以外のスタッフ達は皆フレンドリーで、オススメの店を教えてくれたり、サロンの予約調整に付き合ってくれた。 価格と立地、設備を考えればコスパ最高!!機会があれば次回も利用候補。

My wife and I had a good stay here. The check-in/check-out process was great. The staff was amazing and always helped out when we had questions or needed to schedule something to do. The room was ok. It was nice having the AC and kitchenette. The bathroom was smaller than expected and looked a little older, but it worked well and they did a good job at cleaning it each day. The location was really the point that makes it a hit or miss. It's nice being across the street from a mall and many food places, but it also means it's very busy and the noise carries through the rooms. We got woken up early one morning to a neighbor playing their music very loudly that even the noise of the AC couldn't mask it. It happened everyday but only one of them was early enough to actually bother us from our sleep. And one night I was about to fall asleep before waking up to fireworks going off right by us. We definitely liked our stay and if you are looking for a short term place to stay then this is a good one. We also wish we would have realized there was a terrace at the top you could go to on our last day there, and that would have been pleasant to enjoy in the evenings. But if you're staying in the city for more than a few days, I would suggest getting somewhere more cozy, away from the busy road, and has more amenities from the hotel.

One of the best hotels ever. The rooms are big, very clean and confortable. The location is great. But the best thing is the staff. They're incredibly nice, they helped me organize a surprise for my husband's birthday and it was sooooooo great, they are just lovely. They also offered us the van to go to the airport. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely come back here!!! ( and the restaurant is very good too and affordable)

Room good size and clean. Bed is hard, which is typical for the Philippines. Doesn’t have separate shower-wet bathroom. Toilet seat broken. Included breakfast is okay and delivered to room if desired. About 20 minutes from the airport. 350 peso taxi ride. All in all all a good choice for a short stay.

価格を考慮すれば十分なquality。Mactan new town へのアクセスがよく、必要なものは何でも手に入るし、ビーチ（有料）やレストランも近くにある。また、隣のマッサージ屋さんが信じられないくらい安い。部屋への出張で全身の施術をお願いしたが、1時間半のオイルマッサージで800ペソだった。すごく丁寧で気持ちよく、毎日でもお願いしたい。 問題点として 1) room key が旧来のタイプなので、外出のたびに冷蔵庫の電源が切れるので氷などの保存は難あり。 2) トイレとシャワーの床が段差なく連続しているため、シャワーのたびにトイレの足元まで水浸しになる。（慣れれば上手に対応できる） くらいかな。次回も是非長期で利用したい。おススメでです💛

キッチンがあり清潔で満足しました。 また空港までの送迎を無料ハイヤーで行っていただきました。 シャワーの水圧が残念ですが総合的に高評価のホテルでした。

Room was clean, spacious, with refrigerator, hot water kettle and eating utensils. Shower was directly beside the commode, with no hot water. Electricity on and off with blackouts. Wifi was poor. No flat iron for borrowing or for rent. No hairdryer despite listed in their website that each room has. Service in the reception and adjoining restaurant were terrible. Upon checking in, receptionist asked for choice of breakfast, gave my choices for next 2 days and told them I would be dropping by restaurant. Next day, went to the restaurant at 7:15 am, only to be told that the front desk did not notify them of my order and breakfast will be prepared in 20-30 min and brought to my room. 40 minutes later, still no sign of breakfast. Called reception, who connected me to restaurant, server oblivious, told me that they would cook breakfast - this was at 9:20 am. I called front desk to air my complaint and was told that they relayed my order to which I said restaurant said the front desk didn't relay my order to them, the receptionist was argumentative even though the fault was hers, both front desk nor the server in the restaurant did not even apologize. Poor customer service, expect the staff to talk back even though its their fault, trying to put the blame on the customer.

Great value for money. Clean. Has AC. Plenty of options around for food, shopping, pharmacy. Even a fitness center and a currency exchange with a great exchange rate. Would recommend!

The rooms are clean

スタッフの方がとても親切で、快適に過ごせました。入った瞬間、ややカビ臭かったですか、窓を開けてエアコンを30分くらい稼働したら、匂いは気にならなくなりました。

The　attidtude of front staff was not so good. The shower was not good to use.

Grosse Zimmer, sehr sauber

The area is on a busy road, the highway noise was very loud even inside the hotel ( constant horns and engine noise), there’s a busy shopping/ Restaurant area across the street that was very loud. Not sure if it’s always an issue but workers outside were working on the sewer drain and the smell was awful by the road just outside the hotel.

They charge you for using a bath towel you showed me 150 pesos because of my tower was dirty that I took a bath and dried off

we find it a good place to start and end our philippines trip. not far from airport. good dining close by. pharmacy, grocery store, atms and laundry service all within walking distance.

A good value hotel right next to the more expensive Mactan Newtown with its expensive condos and hotels

Easy to locate, convenient for transport.

My wife was happy with it, even though its an hour by taxi to downtown Cebu City

Not sure if it’s always an issue but workers outside were working on the sewer drain and the smell was awful by the road just outside the hotel.

Staff are friendly and very helpfull for booking taxis to tourist sightseeing. Convinient for shopping, transportation just front of the hotel. Walking distance to Mactan Shrine. What dislikes me the barhroom is small and no proper shelves to put toothbrushes and soap. Oherwise overall review is excellent.

Stayed here the night before flying out of the airport as somewhere that was close enough for an easy Grab ride but far enough away to still enjoy the area without the looming airport feel. Close to many restaurants and stores that are easy to get to.

Friendly staff, great location on Mactan Island nearby lots of restaurants and conveniences.

Will definitely be back! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast and several dining options close by. Easy to catch a ride anywhere. Newtown area has everything you need!

My third time staying At Sebastien and I’m always very happy. Rooms clean with good breakfast conveniently located to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and ATMs. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

Hotellet med personalen är otroligt bra hjälpsama trevliga. Men frukost restaurangen är usel har inte alltid maten tillgänglig för konstant fel när man beställer mat och frukost
