Eastin Taipei Hotel

It was really nice to have a lot of space in this hotel. The bed was so comfortable

Very good location between two MRT-stations and lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Air-conditioning was excellent, beds comfortable and cleaning every day. A bit more space and hanging possibilities for clothes would be handy. Some traffic noise from street can bother light sleepers, so take earplugs. I would definitely stay here again.

Room had excellent view and very clean. Staff was very friendly and arranged professional driver from airport for our late night arrival. I would stay here again!

I stayed at Estin Taipei for the first time. It's on the 13th and 14th floors of a building right in the middle of the east side of the downtown district. So you have access to many things within walking distance, especially the MRT station. I stayed at a few similar business hotels within a few blocks in the past. Never was one that gave me the overall feeling of being a full-service hotel with a 24/7 front desk, friendly staff, and a willingness to accommodate. The cleaning crew looked professional and very attentive to details. The room I stayed in was very clean, and I was surprised to find top-grade toiletries. Eastin will be my first choice to check availability when I return to Taipei and need a room nearby. Great job to the Eastin management, and I hope they keep up with the same high standard of services.
