The majority of the staff were helpful, friendly and polite apart from one member of the bar staff that was serving on the day we arrived- she was very abrupt and rude to the customers she was serving who hadn't been to the pub before and not aware there was two outside seating areas. Room was clean & tidy, the drains smelt a bit in the shower but I think that's an issue due to the age of the property. Would visit again

Very accommodating on my mistake with checking in times! Room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities (just mugs missing which were given as soon as they were aware) Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Location is great. Limited parking is available.

It’s good location, room a bit tired and in need of redecorating and improve cleanliness, better heating there was only 1 radiator and it was so cold! however beds are comfy and staff really friendly.
