Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool however not near enough pool chairs. Pizza was good! Overly priced for what it was but nice enough. Absolutely nothing comes with your stay (beach chairs, breakfast, parking, etc all extra and pricey) Directly on a nice beach with beach view from pool, convenient location in orange beach.

Great balcony view! The beds were okay. The bathroom on the other hand needs attention. The faucet dripped the entire time, the faucet was so loose my 1 year old could've pulled it off. The shower head wasnt tight and way to high hard to adjust. The bar wasn't open on a Saturday evening and they decided to caution off most of pool area to power wash on a Saturday morning. The lobby was gorgeous! The staff seemed very professional! Unfortunately you are also charged and extra $10 a night for parking.

Breakfast in lobby was delicious and affordable. Good selection and friendly staff. Location on the beach was beautiful! Our partial beach view room was clean, comfortable and cute. The partial view wasn’t much though, blocked by part of the tower. Next time I’d get full beach view. Pool was nice and bartender was great! The hotel texted me often to make sure I was happy and enjoying my stay which was a nice feature I hadn’t seen before with other hotels.

Very nice hotel right on the beach. Warm pool and hot tub. Beach view from side room was excellent. Easy access to main road way with plenty of food and activities options. Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as it was extra and we would rather go to a restaurant.

The parking was NOT GOOD. there didn't seem to be enough parking spaces for the hotel guests, I had to dive around the deck several times and eventually saw a guest leaving & had to sit & wait for them to pack up and clear a space. Also at the top level of the deck there was no area to turn around and go back down the deck & I ended having to BACK UP to go down the deck when there were no spaces. The 2 elevators were EXTREMLY SLOW and always crowded & we had to wait or take the stairs.

Not happy with the fact that you promoted all taxes and fees included and then I had to pay 11 dollars a day to park Had I known that I would have chosen to book somewhere else The TV functioned very poorly and the heat and air unit made a unpleasant noise No coffee was offered except terribly overpriced and the lemon water offered tasted like chemicals

Room was clean, view was nice, but this was our 3rd time at this Hotel. They have changed a lot and now just nickle and dime you to death. Nothing is free. $11 per day parking and if you want their breakfast it is $15 per person. Beach is much further out than it used to be which only matters because I am not in the best shape to be walking all that. The hotel takes up all the room in front of the hotel with their chairs and umbrellas set up so you have to struggle to find a shore front spot. They charge for the chair and umbrellas too... It is a nice place just disappointed in the money hungry approach. Will rent a condo next time and not deal with all the extra people at the same price.

The best hotel staff we have ever experienced! Every single person was friendly, cheerful and helpful - exactly what you want when trying to relax on vacation. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, as well as the Coastal (veggie) pizza that we ordered from the bar. The only negative was that the elevators are soooo slow, but that was easy to overlook with everything else being great.

This hotel is amazing. Our view of the beach was spectacular, the kids had their own separate bunk bed nook separated by a wall with their own tv. The entire hotel was immaculate and clean.

We had an amazing vacation and our stay here was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room, lobby, pool, dining area and beach access was nice and clean as well. We will definitely be back again!

It was clean but the room were not the same room as shown in the advertisement when I booked it. The mattresses were completely worn out. It was like sitting on rocks. They charge $11 per night to park, and $14.99 for breakfast. In 2019 when I last stayed there parking was free and they had a continental breakfast. There were no clocks in the room, our deadbolt lock did not work, there was mildew in the bathroom, the toilet is low to the floor, the phones have very short cords so you can't move anywhere away from the table. If you book through a 3rd party the senior discount is not available. I stayed on the top floor which smelled musty and moldy. There are water stains on the ceiling, the sheetrock is bucked out, the paint was peeling from the walls. I picked this hotel based on my experience there during my previous stay. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with this trip.

For what it is, this property is a 5/5. It’s one of the better rates on the beach, and has to be one of the nicest hotels for the rate anywhere. Very clean, beautiful lobby view, convenient pool/beach access and very friendly staff. It looks somewhat like a resort but don’t expect resort service (it’s not a resort) and you’re exoectations will be exceeded. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Overall, no real complaints and we enjoyed our brief stay. However, be aware some of the “gulf view” rooms are accurate if you are sitting at an angle and looking around the wall to see the gulf. Not a deal breaker for us.

Great Stay in an amazing location. Check-in was super easy and staff was amazing. Location of the beach is also incredible. Room was clean and our balcony was directly over the beach access. Cons A ton of kids running around the pool area so we never used the pool. The mattress was not my favorite. Springs were a little uncomfortable but we made it work. We will be back next summer.

Disappointed. We misunderstood the difference of beach view Vs. ocean front therefore we approved the initial online registration. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The balcony view was directly facing a construction site. If you go to the right corner of the balcony you could see a portion of the beach starting with lifeguard stand #4. Discussed this with the desk representative and she said because we did not book directly with them she could not reassign the room.

We had a great time here. The customer service was amazing. Kara and Angel at the front desk were top notch!!! The room and hotel were spotless. We originally tried for a condo for the kitchen but the fridge in the room was great and THE PIZZA was AMAZING!! I do not typically eat pizza (why I wanted the kitchen) but oh man it was so worth it. I would definitely stay again and hope to see Kara at the desk!!

Staff was courteous and friendly. Had issue with heating unit - they took care of immediately. Breakfast was good - servers were great. Room was comfortable. Laundry was on our floor - was clean and convenient.

The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. However there was an overcharge with my billing. It made it very inconvenient for me as it took away funds I needed for my trip. But as soon as they were made aware of it, they fixed it. However it always takes a few days for the funds to show back in the account. The room was very clean but the beds were on the hard side. I loved having the parking garage. The heated pool and hot tub were delightful even though it was cold outside.

This was an excellent stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Even a maintenance man wished us a good day. Room was super clean. The building was a little too cool to me. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the best I have ever had at a hotel. Lose the crepe bar, the crepes were too small to wrap around the food. Focus on the buffet. Wife's egg on croissant sandwich was excellent. The view of the beach for breakfast is the best I have ever seen at a dining place. The muffins at the lobby desk are outstanding, I had a few. The beach is beautiful. Our room was too cold, I raised the temp and it did not work. I had to turn off the unit to bring the temp up. We loved out stay.

Check in personnel was a bit rude, but the rest of the staff was very nice. The room was nice, but had a broken outlet/USB ports in the nightstand between the two beds, so phones had to be charged across the room Housekeeping did not come until 5:30 PM while we were showering and stated that they could not come back to clean the room. We asked for towels while they were at the door. They stated they would bring them back, but never did.

The hotel was nice, and room was clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the location as it is close to shopping and restaurants and many are walkable distances. Located right on the beach, so you can walk outside and sit on the sand in minutes or look for seashells early in the morning. The front desk ladies were extremely welcoming and so friendly! Only thing I wasn’t completely satisfied with was that when we left the room for the day and came back, the cleaning staff hadn’t been by. They did stop by later around 5:00, but we were in the room and just asked them to take garbage out and leave some toiletries and towels. They cleaned twice during a 7 night stay, however there were two of those days we left the do not disturb sign on the door.

I came here with My Girlfriend and left extremely satisfied. the Breakfast there is top notch. I have been to some fancy hotels but the breakfast buffet there about $14 per person is second to none. The bed wasn't super soft but if you like it firm then it's no problem. The parking is about $10 a night which is fine unless you have a large SUV the deck there us super cramped and the parking fills up quickly. Other than that the bar poolside is amazing the customer service was a mazing. And the beach access was great too. They have all fo the essentials I would also suggest not cheaping out on the room.

We've stayed here 3 times now and still love it. However now they charge for the buffet breakfast and made it more formal which i didn't care for. It's already expensive the free buffet breakfast made it worth the money. Next time I'll probably stay somewhere else.

Wonderful hotel! Parking onsite was so convenient. The breakfast buffet is aaaa-mazing! So delicious for a great price. Staff was friendly and super helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Had a beach front room with balcony and it was a perfect view.

The reviews for this place are right on. It is an older building but the staff and the location more than make up for it. Thomas in the omelet bar, Barbara and Jeff in the breakfast area… are all wonderful! Truly very staff person we met was amazing and very hospitable!

Everything cost extra money at this hotel, including parking in the parking deck you have to park in. If you want even just coffee for breakfast, you have to either pay for a specialty coffee to be made like you’re at Starbucks or pay $15 per person for the self-serve breakfast. The hot tub was not even warm for our entire stay. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. They do have a bar by the pool, but drinks are crazy expensive. I purchased four or five drink drinks and spend $100. Then the morning of checkout they called me at 9:30 AM to tell me I have to move my vehicle from the floor it’s on, in the parking deck because they’re doing cleaning. There was nowhere else to park but the parking deck and they charge you to park there and they interrupted my vacation to make me move my vehicle. Considering that I paid $300 to stay one night and I paid if memory serves me correctly $16 to park in the parking deck that I had to park in I don’t feel like this is acceptable.
