This is the cleanest, friendliest, and well taken care of hotel. You do not even have to leave the hotel for anything. There is also a souvenir shop next door. The food was amazing at their restaurant. You are shuttled to and from the beach. They are there right on time! I had the best time there. I will return again.

Hotel stay was amazing I give it 1000000000/10 from the front desk/ all of the services they offer food area the bus shuttle to the beach the pool & spa & the room my family stayed in..I will most definitely recommend the hotel to other and let's not forget if you have a dog as ur companionship this hotel is the right place for you they have treats for your pets and everything accommodate for them...I will surely bring my fur baby with me on the next trip....

Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff was great. Our only complaint is that we spent DAYS looking for a hotel close to the beach with an indoor pool as we have a toddler and the indoor pool heater was broken our entire stay and the water was entirely too cold to swim in. It was a huge disappointment for our daughter! Other than that, our stay was great/

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and very pretty. The outdoor pool and hot tub area was very nice, they have a bar outside as well but it was close when we got to the hotel. The indoor pool was clean and well kept as well. The bar inside seemed nice and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is not directly on the beach but there was a quick, easy to get shuttle. Off season is excellent, we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. Overall an excellent stay!

Beautifully decorated hotel. I loved all thr real plants and tje delightful amell if coconut when you walked in. The guest room was spacious and i loved the decor. Bed was comfortable pillows were amazing. No complaints with the cleanliness of the room or bathroom. Housekeeping staff does a great job.

The hotel was very nice and clean. No beach access across street, about a mile down, but had shuttle to beach. Water pressure in shower was lacking. We needed sugar for coffee in room and was given like 1 packet at a time,had to make multiple trips to get enough. Must be tariffs on sugar or something

Hotel Indigo is our favorite hotel in OB. We stayed in room 2215 which is a family suite with bunkbeds and sofa bed in the living room and a king bed in a separate bedroom. The room was clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The front desk staff both morning and night as well as the breakfast attendant is always very friendly. Breakfast is pricey but exceptionally good. The hotel is very conveniently located. The only negative is that the hot water made the pipes rattle to a ridiculous extent in the hotel. We have stayed at this property at least 5 times, and this was the first time we noticed such an egregious rattling. My husband said that someone in a neighboring room showering at 4:30 A.M. woke him up. He was very displeased about it. But that is our only drawback, so I’m going to remember this room number and remember to not request it to request that we not be placed in that room next time . .

Very nice for the price point. Staff was very friendly and helpful. While it is not beachfront, the shuttle is excellent and the beach is 2-3 minutes away. Showers were very nice. They could use slightly bigger room fridges and a microwave in room would be nice. Overall was 9.5 out of 10.

This was my family's second stay at Hotel Indigo, and while we sincerely enjoyed our first stay, we were even more impressed this one. As a family who enjoys traveling, I have noticed that we sometimes have been disappointed when returning to properties we previously enjoyed and find the entire experience just lackluster compared to our first visit. The exact opposite happened at Hotel Indigo Orange Beach. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The one bedroom suite with bunk beds that we rented was a phenomenal space. It was spacious and clean, and we had everything we needed, including extra pillows, without having to ask for it. The bathroom and shower was huge. The hotel's toiletry products were wonderful and in full-sized bottles with a tamper-resistant system. Loved that they had liquid, instead of bar, hand soap for the bathroom. The hotel has postcards for kids to send to family and friends, and they even stamp and mail them for the kids. Hotel is extremely dog friendly with a water bowl, treat station and tennis ball basket out for guests. While breakfast is not automatically included with the room, it was PHENOMENAL! Hunter's Bend bar area runs a condensed menu of the coffee shop next door, and the food was excellent and typical beach pricing. Hotel includes indoor and outdoor pools with great seating around both and towels provided. Our stay was quite simply perfect, and we hope to visit again soon. Located on the line of Orange Beach/Gulf Shores.

Quick family getaway. Hotel was very nice and clean, the staff was great! Only somewhat negative was that you could hear quite a bit of noise from surrounding rooms. But overall our family really enjoyed the hotel and convenience to the surrounding amenities!

King suite, 4th floor, room 4400 facing ocean (across street from beach but could see ocean out of two larger windows). Surprisingly large bedroom and suite. Super tall ceilings and modern, bed and bathroom nice, sofa bed not comfortable to sit or sleep on but looked nice. Mini fridge. Reason we stay here is the trailhead to state park biking path connects right beside the hotel. It is fantastic to bike, run, etc. Easy in and out to park. Also has nice pool with towels provided and hot tub that is nice. Didn’t use indoor pool. Coffee shop connected to hotel. Tropical smoothie next door. I’ve stayed twice, it’s nice and reasonably priced.

There was no toaster or microwave. My service animal was denied and I was forced to pay a pet fee. A trained and registered service animal is not a pet. I was also told that my diagnoses was not considered a disability by a member of the staff. I was absolutely offended and insulted.

Absolutely loved our stay. Julie checked us in on our arrival. She was outstanding. She advised us of the local area and everything about the hotel. The connected coffee shop is a favorite. The lobby bar is great. We loved our suite. It was very clean and well appointed. We loved the pet station in the lobby. The lobby swings are great Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

We had a decent stay at this hotel, but there were a few things to note. First, we booked through Expedia with a pay at the property option. Two days before we were due to check in a $257 charge hit my debit card. I have never experienced that before with any booking when choosing the pay at property option. I called and they stated it was part of the cancellation policy. This property also charges an extra fee for more than 2 adults, which they told me was for security reasons. I have never encountered that either, especially since I booked a room with two queen beds as we have two teenage children. The property is dog friendly, and that is fine. However, the room next to us had a dog that would whine constantly if left alone in the room. The first time was at almost 10 at night for about an hour. Then the next morning it started back up at 6:45. We went and stood outside in the hall and could hear the poor dog at the door sniffing and whining. The pros of this hotel was the transportation to the beach access. That is a nice option. The cleaning crew was exceptional and accommodating when we asked for towels or coffee since we opted out of full housekeeping during our stay. Overall, it was a nice, clean place to stay on the main drag. The connecting coffee house is nice since they don't offer free breakfast. We would definitely consider staying there again if we didn't choose a condo.

the overall stay was great the staff was very nice and it is a very nice hotel there were a few things that we weren't prepared for for 1 we were not allowed to walk across the road to the beach so dont be deceived like we were thinking that you can "walk to the beach" you have to drive to the nearest public beach which was very inconvenient and 2 we did not even have a microwave in our room and the smallest frig that i have over seen in my life even smaller than your typical hotel yes they have a restaurant in the hotel but its pretty expensive and we always like to bring stuff to snack on and maybe eat lunch in our room so we would have liked to have had a microwave i feel like they dont put them in the rooms so you will eat at the restaurant which i think was not fair

Highly recommend Hotel Indigo! Located right next to the entrance to the state park and easily accessible from both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Friendly Check-In staff and I was upgraded to a fabulous one bedroom suites with a partial view over the gulf. I have my dog with me and she was welcomed with treats and a tennis ball! Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in an awesome location. It is between most of the "high traffic" areas which made it coming and going easy without much stress. It is right down the street from the public beach. The staff were super nice and accommodating. The onsite amenities like the indoor/outdoor pool and restaurants were a nice touch as well.

Enjoyed the stay. There was no microwave in the room and the refrigerator was extremely small. Did enjoy the attached cafe/ grill / ice cream shop but it closed way too early for 6:00pm. It would have been nice for it to remain open at least till 8:00pm.
