Very clean, well kept and quiet. There are not many restaurants within walking distance but the restaurants and food options on site were excellent. Nice gym with a lot of equipment. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend

Excellent place to stay for pure relaxation. Bars n restaurants on property were very good. Beach was beautiful, plenty of chairs. Pool was big, watched fireworks they had on the beach, movie night at the pool. Very friendly staff, beautiful resort! Rooms were comfortable

All the restaurants had really great food! We only left the resort twice to go eat elsewhere. The rooms came with a sound machine which came in handy to block the noise, coming from other people/rooms. The pool water was freezing so we didn’t use it much at all which was a bit of a bummer, and the pool music they played was oldies pretty much all day and week, which was a snooze fest should play a range. Not everyone there is over 60 lots of younger families there. I agree with other comments beach chairs should be included with the stay, we only ended up renting them once bc of the cost! $45 a day per chair, adds up when your staying a week. Easy access to beach! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

With 5 restaurants in the resort, you really never have to leave! Room was clean with great amenities including a sound machine to help me sleep better at night. Complimentary valet parking and bellmen to help load your luggage and bring it to the room were so nice to have. Even the “partial” view of the beach from our balcony was beautiful. Very nice and large pool area. Gorgeous private beach area for guests that was so very relaxing. Highly recommend this resort and I’ll be returning as soon as I can!

Very clean room and all hotel areas.the staff were very courteous, helpful, and friendly. We had a perfect beach view. The pool was welcoming and had a lot of seating in sun as well as shade. The hotel itself is beautiful inside in each area!!

Our stay was great. The room was big and comfortable with lots of space to store things. Very clean too. Came with a minifridge which was not included in the description, so it was a pleasant surprise. Loved the shower! Location was great near lots of good restaurants. Easy access to the beach. Only complaint was that beach chairs/umbrella for the beach had to be rented and was pricey!

We came just for one night to experience the fireworks display. I was so excited because last year we were there for about a week and was looking forward to coming back. But as with last year I was greeted with rude staff at check in. Making the experience a little sour. The pool was pretty dirty as well. However, the fireworks were great. Our room was clean - And the food was as we remembered , just average but edible. Despite some of the low moments we will be back next year as the fireworks display is unmatched in my opinion and watching from the pool is pretty great!

No microwave in the rooms, housekeeping didn't show up and the room was still dirty then when we called the reception they said that housekeeping had left for the day,otherwise, overall stay was good.

I love this resort as we have stayed here numerous times over the past 34 years. The property was clean, vibrant and well maintained. The valets, front desk staff, and dining staff were amazing. However, we requested housekeeping services during our stay. After returning to our room 10 hours later, no services had been performed.

I can’t say enough great things about this resort! The room is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. The views are spectacular! We ate at all 3 places on the main floor and they were all great food! The croissants at the little place by the front desk are amazing! They keep this place so clean and the service is impeccable! We loved the free valet service- used it several times each day and it was so nice to have your running car waiting for you at the lobby. The beach, the pool, the food- all was wonderful! If I had one complaint it would be that there is no outside hot tub. The inside hot tub was just not it.

This was our second time staying at the resort. We've always had a great time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool is in great condition and the private beach access is convenient and with clean beaches. The only negative from this trip is we stayed foe two nights and they never cleaned our room.

We liked our balcony. Liked the bed & roominess of room. We did not like the bathroom door w/ lack of privacy since it didn’t close all the way/ did not like the room being moist on every surface / very loud could hear every conversation & noise in neighboring rooms so sleep was hit or miss which was frustrating

Property was very nice, pool, beach and staff are awesome. Room was good with exception of the bathroom. Very small and the shower stall is not fluffy friendly. Views of ocean from our room were also fantastic. Overall would definitely stay again.

Beautiful views of the Gulf. Room was spacious. Hotel was old and a little rundown in places. Parking is across the street from the hotel which is not ideal. All staff was friendly and helpful except the douche who checked us in. He was unbelievably rude and impatient. Would have been nice to have a restaurant on site. Overall great stay for the price and location.

Hotel staff does not mention any parking restrictions upon check in based on what you are driving. I made many trips back and forth to try to resolve and finially upon security request wwas forced in a remote parking lot after dark. Just coming off a THR after driving all day was in pain and no accomodations from hotel was offered. If would have been would not chosen this hotel. Security offered no asdistance in this mmatter except get it moved! Will never stay here again. Ask questions about parking . pon check in because it is not mentioned.

My son and I needed a relaxing weekend and it was just that. The resort was very nice from check-in to check-out. They were very nice and accommodated an earlier check-in since we arrived a little early. The only issue we had was with the TV remote that wasn’t sure when it wanted to work. We called the front desk and someone came up within a few minutes and corrected the issue. He even provided us recommendations for our meal. All the attendants were friendly and helpful. Will try to stay here again if they have accommodations for us.

New renovations re wonderful. Check in and out was very easy. Great service except for the young ladies at the pool snack bar. Not very attentive and mostly ignored all The customers. Everyone else was great. Poolside waitress and breakfast staff were great. Would recommend the hotel.

This was my 2nd trip to the property and would recommend to families and couples. We had concert tickets at the Wharf and this resort is a 20m Uber ride from there. Flora Bama is a quick bike ride away and there are several grocery stores, restaurants and beach store stores nearby. Property is well maintained and has several options for food and fun activities that you really never have to leave the resort.

This place is phenomenal. The staff is so polite and helpful. The building itself is very well maintained and everything is just generally so gorgeous and put together. The beach access is so easy, and everything from stores to restaurants is in close proximity.

Great stay! Clean, right on the beach with pool. Beach area is relatively quiet compared to the area around hangout. Staff was super friendly. There are affordable food options on site. Additionally there are complimentary ebike rentals. There is a 2 hour dolphin cruise on a catamaran available for booking for 45$ a person which I would recommend. Easy parking. Overall excellent!

The property is very nice and clean. Live entertainment daily starting at 4:30pm. The piano players are excellent and take song recommendations. My family and I met in Orange to celebrate Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time playing games and singing in the lobby after Thanksgiving dinner. The drinks at the bar are top notch and the food from the pizza shop or Voyagers is a home run! Would definitely recommend this property for couples or families.

The facility itself is in good shape and very clean. Staff were outgoing, friendly and helpful. Limited dining options if you wanted to eat dinner at the hotel. Not that big of deal, we just ate dinner out, but if you didn’t want to travel menu choices were not robust. Overall, a good hotel that I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at again.
