The room had a broken lampshade and the sink in the bathroom didn't drain. It is the 2nd time i am confronted with a non-working bathroom sink. i have been a customer to this Residence for over 15 years. Breakfast used to be much better with a person in attendance to cook eggs to one's specifications. All these aminities have disappeared.

Rooms were clean, spacious. Breakfast offerings were fresh and included healthy options. Staff friendly and parking was safe/easily accessible. Location is convenient and walkable to many surrounding areas of interest/restaurants/shops
