The hot tub was not hot. It was a luke warm tub. Also we tried to order room service and they said it was an extra charge but then we had to go get it. So that didn't make sense to me. Otherwise clean and nice staff

I was skeptical about the dirty carpet, but to my surprise, the review was correct. The carpet at the entry and the hallways of each floor was nasty that looked never cleaned. The carpet was so dusty that we had to walk slowly on tip toe. The climate control was terrible because it was centralized. The rooms were dusty also which affected my allergy.

La chambre n’était pas très propre. J’ai du faire changer les draps puisqu’il y avait des poils et cheveux dans le lit. Coulisse de pâte à dent sur le mur de la salle de bain, bonbons et chips dans sur le sofa, déchets à côté du lit, bref j’étais bien déçu de la propreté des lieux. Eau de la piscine brouillée. Nous avions l’habitude de venir régulièrement au Must avec les enfants plus jeunes et je suis triste de constater que l’hôtel manque d’entretien et n’est plus ce qu’elle était.

The studio unit was great option for my family of 5. It was very clean and moden. It just needs small renovations, e.g. there are scratched furniture walls etc. What I didn't like though was the breakfast. We were fed cold boiled eggs, no sausages, no scramble egg. The fruit salad was canned fruits. The pancakes seemed to have been bought from costco and warmed up for us. Please do somethng about this breakfast or have a price option with no brekafast.

Took 25 minutes to check-in. Only one person at the counter checking guests in. He was on his cellphone most of the time. Poor appearance of the person working the desk and no customer service, no hospitality. I called the reception to ask about the gym and the rep. did not know what I was asking. Overall the experience was just ok. The kids loved the swimming pool area. I liked that the hotel is close to many fast food and shopping outlets. I didn’t like the breakfast options because they’re so limited: it’s basically fruit and toast. I found the evening reception staff not so friendly/helpful (I did not deal with the daytime staff). One was a bit rude when enquiring about meal vouchers, which contrary to what she kept saying, I was not given on check-in. The other, who checked me in, did not mention or give us the meal vouchers, was vague on how the parking worked (kept saying you can park out there for today, well what about t tomorrow?), and didn’t explain how getting from one end of the building to the other, can be confusing. Your room number might not be on relevant floor if you’re on the wrong wing of the building. There are no directions to the missing room numbers. We eventually figured it out, but after a long day of travel, it would have been nice to have this explained upfront.

Staff at check in was “OK”. Asked a few questions and seemed annoyed a little bit. No explanation on breakfast time. Where you’re allowed to park. Never mentioned that they are charging a deposit. It’s ok. But I think it should be mentioned. Also not telling you that you are charged the minute you check in. On your credit card. I’ve never been to a hotel that they are charging everything at check in. It’s usually at check out/last day. Also… check your receipt. They charged me too much for an extra mattress for my son who was going to be 2/3 nights with us. Because they charge for the extra person on top of the mattress. Nightly. Breakfast was not really good. Long line up and not enough tables. We didn’t use our vouchers morning 2 and 3. I gate standing up with my breakfast looking for tables. Not sure I would reserve again. Unless a good price. Was the same rate as any other hotels in the area so might try something else.

Called the front desk to get some pillows l, got put on hold for 15 minutes, never got answered so I went directly to the front desk, no one was there. We stayed here for three nights and loved it. The hotel was very clean. Our kids loved the pool and the splash pad. Is adults were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't a regular hot tub temperature and very weak jetts, more like a warm bath. It was also very inconvenient that we had to pick a specific time for the breakfast, meaning we had to set alarms while on vacation. The underground parking was very convenient, the elevators were extremely slow but we didn't mind waiting. The beds weren't very comfortable but the room was spotless and lots of space. The location was great. It was close to everything we wanted to do while on vacation. We will be back again.

One elevator do not work. Breakfast is minimal, toasts and jelly. The highlight of the morning were boiled eggs. The ice machine on the 4th floor did not work. Soda machine was accepting only coins. (Very 1990). You are not allowed to bring your breakfast( or what they call breakfast) to your room

3 things to point out 1. Elevators- you need to really fix the 2nd evertime it was a 5-10min wait for one and then it will always go the opposite direction. 2. Beds are really uncomfortable. Maybe opt to have a traditional matress rather than a memory foam. But room was nice and and was clean. 3. The breakfast was terrible. When you think breakfast at a hotel it usually eggs bacon sausage and waffle or pancake. Hard boil eggs pancakes that are not fresh. The edges where hard as rock. Yogurt would be nice that is not poured in a tray to scoop. Fruit that are not canned. Bread selection was fine though.

Over all good but should have more then one elevator. Our key card didnt work only one. And the laundry room isnt in the basement its on the 2 floor. The air conditioner made a nose. Breakfast was terrible i had better at ither hotels .

The Pool area is very nice, but has a very strong smell of chlorine thoughout the hotel and very strong at the pool itself. Area when entering was dirty. Room was dirty, does not feel well kept up or cared for. Shower curtain smelled sour, toilet paper holder was broken, even the light switch had a layer or grime and dust on it. Check in was easy and staff was nice. Breakfast are was ok but has no breakfast meat anymore. Overall it has the potential to be a nice hotel, good location however I stayed there when it was first built and comparing that to today, it feels as though regular maintenance is being neglected and cleaning has went down hill.
