We were in town with our bowling family for a tournament. This hotel has been out go to the last few years. It has a great patio for us to hang out in. Rooms are nice, beds are comfy

The pool was so murky that you couldn't see the bottom at the shallow end. I complained to the desk and the lady went to investigate. When we came down the next morning there was a sign that the pool was closed for cleaning until 9 am. When we came back to see if it was better my daughter said she didn't want my granddaughter swimming in that murky dirty water. We had come to Springfield to celebrate her 4th birthday and was so disappointed. We have stayed at Hampton's many times and have found them to be clean and enjoyable, but not this time.

The only complaint I have with my stay is that there is no bathroom fan for shower steam dispersal. Very nice touch of personal greeting on TV in the room. Also helpful , but not needed, was the fact that a nearby business allows for overflow parking.

The staff went above and beyond. We had a sick kiddo throughout the night and were given several sets of sheets. However, the bathroom was gross with stuff all over the floor. Most likely wasn’t cleaned before our arrival.

Our room was great. King size bed, sofa, and large bathroom with glass doors on shower. Felt like a small apartment instead of hotel room. Would definitely stay here again. Close to many restaurants and Bass Pro. There was an aquarium near but we didn’t have time to visit it.

Great hotel. We have stayed here several times and never had a problem. Good customer service, clean rooms and good breakfast. If I had to pick something bad the road noise from the highway is it.

This hotel was OK, but not great. They are in the middle of a remodel, which affects both parking and the look. Parking was somewhat limited but adequate. The property is in need of an update, so the remodel will be a good thing. Upon arrival, we were not given the room we booked. In talking with reception, we were advised that they were out of king rooms, so given the option of an upgrade to a queen suite. The thought was good enough, but didn't really change the issue. The queen suite was quite large, but also a bit odd. It seemed to be very clean, but also showing its age. The room overlooked a busy highway which was quite noisy at times. The AC was adequate, but barely, possibly due to the large room size. Overall, the property is nice enough, but feels less

Room design is good. Bathroom design is setup for two people. Good arrangement. I like the pullouts for putting your bathroom items. Toilet is too low. Should be seat height. Nice arrangement in shower for shampoo conditioner and body wash.

Loved large bathroom. Nightlight in bathroom was super bright into bed area, even with door cracked (possibly due to it reflecting off the mirror). Nice carpet. Super comfy bed and pillows. All staff very friendly. Awkwardly placed TV.

The one thing I thought was different was the side of the bed i sleep on there was no electrical outlet for my CPAP nor was there a USB port to charge my phone. The wife's side had both. I did find an outlet but I had to lay on floor and up behind nightstand there was an outlet to use. I usually bring extension cord but of course didn't this time.

I reserved a king bed room. When I arrived I was given a room with two queen beds, but was not advised of this. I went to the room and discovered it was not a king room. I went back to front desk. Erin advised there were no king rooms available. I asked what happen to my reserved king room. She advised that management had changed my room because king rooms were oversold. Bad management and customer service as I was not advised by Erin when I checked in. I feel I should have been advised before I arrived that this hotel could not keep the reservation of a king room. Would not stay here again. No apology by Erin. Just an unacceptable excuse.

We only stayed one night but were very impressed with cleanliness of the hotel and the very friendly and helpful staff. We were in Springfield for a wedding and needed to check in a couple hours early. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Very impressed with everything.

Please inform your registration staff that the Edmond Smith party really appreciate their kind and pleasant manner. They are professional and thoughtful. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Hampton located on the south east side of Springfield, MO. The staff was wonderful, the room was beautiful and impeccably clean. The breakfast was great as well. Wonderful location that is quiet, safe, and easy to get to. If we are ever back in the area, we will be booking here again. Thank you!

As always, Hampton Inn’s are first choice when looking for a hotel. The night manager was so helpful. The room was quite comfortable, and clean. Breakfasts were great, fresh hot food with menus that changed. My son and I will definitely pick Hampton on our next trip.

Breakfast options are plentiful with plenty of healthy options. Parking is good with handicap spots in the front and back of the property. Our room had recently been renovated. It was large, comfortable with plenty of amenities. The only negative comments of the stay is we never had room service during the 3 days, and there is no safe in the room.
