This is a great property: apartment is uncluttered with just the basics, gorgeous view overlooking coastal waterway and Main Beach, rooftop bbq on 41st floor also has amazing view. Pool, sauna and steam room well maintained. Very busy area with Gold Coast 500 supercar race looping around the hotel in late October.

Hotel room was nice but there was some slight damage to the room. Pool and spa area was kept clean and warm. Sauna was hard to operate. Gym wasn’t fully equipped, no leg workouts and limited free weights. Rooftop garden kept well maintained.

The apartment was great, with cooking facilities, a lounge area, great bedroom and a balcony with a lovely sea view. Definitely worth paying the extra for the sea view if it’s in budget, it made the stay a lot nicer for us. We were on the 28th floor out of 41 floors and we had great views of the surrounding area. There is a gym on level 27 and a rooftop terrace which had a bbq to use as and when you please.

Amazing facility that exceeded all of our expectations. Would recommend to anyone who wants a modest level of luxury while feeling totally comfortable in a wee maintained environment that boast a beautiful pool and spa, great gym and rooftop garden and bbq resources, all free to access.

Great property, had the 2 bedroom 2 washroom suite. Plenty of space for 2 people, sauna was great. Pool was a bit small and usually full of children. Location is fantastic, 10 minutes from the main shopping area and 4 minutes from the beach. Gym was small but had the necessary equipment.

There was a dirty patch on our carpet when we arrived The only solution suggested was that we could have professional carpet cleaners into our room during our stay. The room should have been cleaned before we arrived in my opinion

일단 뷰가 정말 휼륭해서 좋았고, 수영장 그리고 옆에 있는 따뜻한 풀이 좋았어요. 건조기, 세탁기, 간단한 음식을 해먹을 수 있는 등 좋았는데 아쉬운 건 청결이랑 시설 상태. 매일 룸클리닝을 받을 수 있었는데 쓰레기만 치우고 수건만 다시 가져다 두는 정도였어요. 시트도 변경 없고, 청소기 한 번 안 돌렸구요. 호텔룸 중간에 들러서 청소하는 분한테 청소기 돌려달라고 했는데 해준다더니 안 해놓고 갔더라구요. 총 4박을 머물렀는데 침대 시트, 화장실 청소 등이 없던건 좀 .. 그리고 전화기 먹통, 침대에 딸린 조명등도 안돼서 다 제가 직접 핸드폰으로 전화해서 고쳐달라고 요구해야 했구요. 뭔가 시설이 뷰에 집중돼서 시설 관리에는 소홀한 느낌. 그래도 비치랑 가깝고 1층에 편의점 있고 트램이랑 가까운 점은 정말 좋았고 뷰가 끝내줘요. 마지막날 체크아웃하면서 짐도 무료로 맡아주는 점도 좋았습니다. 시설의 청결도가 조금 아쉽지만, 이 부분에 대해서는 감안하고 가시면 좋겠네요.

We had a high floor ocean view suite. The suite itself was nice. Large and well equipped, with one exception. The exception was the absence of coffee making supplies. Not even a pour over. Only instant coffee. The view was spectacular. The housekeeping was poor. Used towel on ground when we checked in and bathroom window shade covered with dead flies. Told desk staff about the window shade on the first day but it was never cleaned. The clothes drier did not work. Overall disappointed, given the price.

Overall the property is ok, carpet wasn't clean but lucky there was a vacuum in the room so easy fix. It was very noisy from constructions in front of building. Views were great but will not last when new building is

Great view and proximity to the beach. Unenthusiastic reception staff, underdressed in t-shirts. Beds were not made for the whole of our three-day stay, nor were floors cleaned (as evidenced especially by toenail clippings found behind bedroom door left by previous occupant).

The view was incredible, the location was great, right on the ocean. The property was very clean with all essential items for a week’s stay. Unfortunately a new construction was underway in front of the building. Blinds across all of the windows would have been preferred.

Great communication from the staff, the apartment was large with everything you would need for extended stays. Two TV's with one in the bedroom a lounge, balcony with ocean views and very very close to the beach. The only negative was the bathroom, it needed some attention.

We had a beautiful view from the 17th floor, we enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows (and blackout blinds were great for ensuring a good sleep). Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. Included parking was great. Easy walk to the hustle and bustle of surfer's paradise. Suite included a washer and dryer which was a great bonus.

Amazing apartment. Very spacious with a balcony and great views. Everything there for to cook plus a range of coffee and teas, etc. TV was good with a wide range of movies and shows. WiFi excellent and the gym was very good for a hotel. Very fast lifts. Excellent air-conditioning. Perfect positioning as very close to beach and Cavill Ave and just across the road from the tram.

Room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. Staff were also very friendly. Also, there's a tram stop beside the property which makes it easy to get to the heart of Surfers if you don't fancy the 10-15min walk. Note: there is another tower block currently being built across the road, however the apartments have double glazed windows & doors which helps minimise any construction noise.

Highly disappointed with the service, not sure why the rating of property was so high. I had four night stay in a one bedroom apartment in the property over Australia day long weekend and the apartment was not cleaned even once during the stay, bedsheets and towels were changed only one time. Apparently the housekeeping does not work on a public holiday (how is that a guest problem when this was not informed earlier). The day after bedsheets and towels were changed, I inquired about cleaning and after a bit of back n forth the staff admitted that cleaning should have been done same time and agreed to complete cleaning the next day however no one came; it was a miserable service. Also, it was supposed to be queen bed however there were two single beds merged togather; upon inquiry, I was told this is how it is in all the rooms which I later found out to not be true and I could not be given another room of similar selection due to unavailability. Overall condition of the carpet and couches was miserable, they are definitely out of date and need replacement or deep cleaning. The sheets were washed but pale and needed replacement. The stay left a bad taste to our trip.

We received an unexpected upgrade to a one bedroom unit. This contained everything we wished for, washer, dryer and full kitchen facilities. We extended our stay and received very friendly and courteous assistance. Very happy with our stay. Thankyou

Great location where it’s a bit quieter yet only a few minutes walk to amenities. Friendly welcome and everyone on reception was really helpful. Food from the onsite restaurant/cafe was excellent. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was well equipped with everything I needed, comfortable bed, clean, and great views

Be aware there is no 24 hour reception/check in service and to reach the after hours number was a nightmare. When I called the lady couldn’t find my details and it took a while for her to realise that we had a reservation. All this time we were standing outside for 45 mins. Finally a security guard let us in to check our I.D. All this was very exhausting after a long travel. Couldn’t the security guard just come to the door, and let us at least have a seat in the lobby for us to be more at ease while confirming our reservation. We are lucky it wasn’t raining!!!! I’m unsure if I will use this hotel again

We loved our stay at Rhapsody and would definitely be back! Location is perfect - steps to the beach, ocean view, steps to the tram, and walking distance to street mall and attractions. It is slightly tucked away from the main hustle and bustle which was perfect for us. Cleaning staff was a little sporadic, not regularly refilling items like tea and coffee, but other than that everything was perfect!

Excellent location just out of the central surfers paradise area. Beach across the road, light rail station close handy and a cafe downstairs. Curtains had some dirty marks on them which need cleaning. Excellent views with balcony. Staff were friendly.

Rhapsody is located in a quiet but central area. Easy access to shops, tram, and walking trails along beach. The cafe at the resort has fantastic food and service. Would go back in a heartbeat.

From the moment I got there, everything was amazing! I was given a room with the most incredible view, wall to wall ocean! Location was perfect, right across the street from the beach, and about a two minute walk to public transportation. Definitely hope to be staying there again in the future!

Excellent location away from the hustle & bustle of Cavall Street area….but still close enough to walk. Close proximity to the G:tram and various stops. Plenty of free under cover secure parking.

Excellent location walking to Cavill and beach . The uninterrupted view of the ocean for whale watching . Our only complaint is that there was cigarette smoke drifting over to our balcony throughout the day , disappointing as it’s a smoke free apartment.! Cafe on corner was Excellent for morning coffee ,food and service

The room felt recently refreshed and very clean. The location is central, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pool area was lovely, and being right across from the beach was a fantastic bonus. Breakfast at the restaurant was generous and excellent value for money. A great stay.
