Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach

Amazing hotel. Room was beautiful and clean pool area and beach staff was also awesome. Felt much like a resort

Really bad stay. Room wasn't available till 530p. Elevator was broken (and there's only one in the east tower.) There was no sign that it was broken - we stood there for 10 min to figure it out. Then you had to get someone at the front desk to unlock the staircase EVERY TIME which we needed during the entire stay. Just not a great experience for a five star hotel.

Great views and staff

Our room 1515 was in need of a VERY deep clean. The tissue box likely had never been cleaned, covered in dust. The floor mat in front of the sink was disgusting. The gal who made our beds, never vaccuumed the floor and left the morning coffee cup in the sink! We found the staff very nice. One morning we sat with our coffee over at the restaurant lover looking the water and were kicked out because we weren't eating there! They said we had to leave and that they were not affiliated with the hotel! Nonsense and we told the hotel manager this. For almost $700 a night, I'd expect quite a bit more!!!
