Enjoyed a wonderful slope-side stay at the Sheraton. Comfortable and clean room, close to restaurants, hot tubs were large and clean. If you were to need ski or snowboard rental equipment, everything is right there. Staff were accommodating & friendly. Great place to be while enjoying ski in & out and no hassle.

Disappointed that only one of the two Tesla chargers was working and I was unable to charge my Tesla while I was there. The chargers were always being used by other vehicles. One of the primary reasons why I picked the Sheraton was that you had Tesla chargers.

The best part about this hotel is the convenience of just walking out to the lift area right in front of the property. But this property also has so many amenities, such as dining, a spa, pool with hot tub and you can rent your skis and equipment downstairs. There’s a parking garage That right next to the hotel the hotels also across from other dining options. It was definitely worth paying extra just for all these conveniences.

We love Steamboat and this time of year May/June is beautiful and since it’s “mud” season town is pretty quiet. We have stayed in this area at the base of the gondola a number of times and it’s easy access to town. The property is nice, king bed was great but we had to go to the hotel next door to get a drink because the Sheratons bar was closed.

I think this is the cleanest and well kept up place we have ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative is the parking. The spaces are so tight it was hard to park comfortably.

The pool was way too small. The rooms were not sound proof. You could hear everything the neighbors said and did. Parking was horrible. Only 2 levels underground. Smallest spaces ever and so dark. We were there for the 4th so it was packed. Staff were very nice. Food prices were rediculous. Steamboat restaurants take advantage of vacationers. Prices are really high.

Beautiful property, the pools and hot tubs with a ski mountain view was wonderful. Just make sure you dont book a room over the exhaust fans of the restaurant on the first floor. Even with the fans, you couldn't ask for a more amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again!

The room was comfortable, and the staff was excellent. The concierge gave us a great tip for a local restaurant running a special, and even noted on the reservation for the restaurant that we were celebrating a birthday. The frig was not running in our room, and a maintenance person came up and figured it out for us. We liked the hot tub, and were surprised they had a heated pool even in winter! Room robes and pool towels were handy. It was nice to have a parking garage underground (especially if there is snow - no scraping) although it is $30/day and the spots are a little narrow with a lot of SUVs/trucks making it a little trickier than some places for parking. They had a good variety of food, and when we wanted to split a burger, they put it on two plates to make it easier to share.

We were in Steamboat Springs for the first time to attend our grandson's graduation from CO Mountain College. Our stay was during "mud (the snow melt) season" when skiing is over and many restaurants and businesses in the area are closed. Our room, a one-bedroom studio "villa" with king bed and pull-out couch was immaculate, comfortable, and clean. We were very impressed with the amenities in the room, e.g., small but fully equipped kitchen, for the tourists who want to have some, or all, of their meals in the room. The resort staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Their resort restaurant was closed, temporarily, but there was a coffee shop where you could get breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and a shopping area for other food options like cereal, etc. We loved our stay.

Will only stay here from now on. Very clean and updated! BEYOND convenient- starbucks and ski rental at the bottom of the hotel. walk 10 steps and the ski lifts are right there. room was amazing! Beds were super comfortable along with the bedding.

Can’t beat the location! The room just missed the mark, dirty pan in the cabinet, soap dispenser in the shower ran out of soap…a couple little things here and there that took away, just slightly, from it being a phenomenal stay. Staff was fantastic and we really enjoyed the activities room with Jackson and Sandra!

The view was an unexpected bonus as it’s not a Mountain View room. Unfortunately it is also right behind the kitchen exhaust fans and roof. The main issue with this is the constant wearing noise. 67db and burger van smells with the door open. 45db with the door shut. A really unpleasant and expensive experience. Concierge couldn’t move us and offered $40 off our bill but not enough really. Very happy we only endured one night. Room 207. Avoid!

The room was very nice, good size. the comforter on the bed was old and stiff. The one HUGE problem was the shower. it was either freezing cold or scalding hot. The temperature could not be adjusted.

Love staying here. Have stayed here numerous times. But this was our first time on 2nd floor — the view was an eyesore — roof of neighboring restaurant. It was very loud. Could not open sliding door because the rooftop equipment was so loud.

Take liked the decor and style of the room. The full kitchen was more than needed for a short two night trip (and no kids) but it’s s great way to design a room, I’d come back here for sure. The small grocery store in the lobby is a helpful resource, and of course the best thing is the location! Walking right out into Ski Time Square, our room looking up the mountain.

The manager and front desk person and bell person were incredibly helpful an accomodating! Cons: The food was really expensive for the quality. The first room I got had exhaust fans right outside the door - loud and awful to look at. 2nd floor rooms have bummer views.

Great service, friendly staff. No ice machine, which is odd but the concierge did deliver a bag almost immediately when asked. After checkout, I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. One quick phone call left me feeling confident that it would be retrieved and kept safe while I took my family up the gondola for lunch. Upon our descent, it was safe and sound with security. Wonderful property! I hope to be back this winter.

They put us below a room that was having carpet installed so we had to listen to hammering. We asked to be moved and the desk clerk was rude and said they were full. I went on line and saw they had availability on line.

No house keeping the 5 days we stayed here this time or 5 days in March. Fine w me. But no more shuttle like years ago, either. The receptionist man & the woman at the restaurant sounded a little curt. The door lock was mal-function so I was locked out & had to go up and down to the reception 3x bc they would not tell me if it was already fixed or not. The water pressure is minimal & important lesson: wait 30sec after everytime you adjust the water temp before it becomes effective. But the most important thing of all: it's 10ft away fr the snow around the ski lift so I'll still stay again for the convenience of it.

I was disappointed that the staff was unable to have a room ready for us before 4pm, despite our arriving at 10:30am and requesting a room ASAP. The hotel itself is clean and in an excellent location for the ski village area.

Inconsiderate check in agent (male). Very difficult to reach the actual hotel by phone. Guest agent was not professional in his behavior or communication and did not offer the level of customer service expected for the quality and expense of the accomodation. Will not stay there again. Also hidden fees like parking etc. Also no room service or room cleaning during stay. Unable to give straight answer like availability of early check in, disappointing when traveling so far to stay there.

The location is very good. Staff is friendly, but I feel management decided not to clean room daily. This is what they learned from COVID. I also think it’s annoying that check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am, and not standard 3pm-12noon. There is no normal breakfast place. They offer grab and go option, but I expected to have normal sit down with mod options than bagels and burritos

The property and all the amenities were very nice. Property is a good value for the price. Restaurant, bar, fabulous outdoor deck. Concierge we dealt with wasn’t very helpful; when we asked about hiking trails and what he would recommend he said “stay inside and drink wine”. There is also no housekeeping during your stay (at least not for our 3 night stay) which is ok, but they don’t even provide fresh towels… you have to pay extra

The pool, which is how I select hotels and condos, was disappointing, shorter than expected. Another guest and I agreed that the photo is misleading. The "balcony" also was disappointing, more a Juliet balcony than one you could actually sit out on, but no matter because it faces due north, gets no sun, and has no view to speak of. Aside from the balcony, the room itself was comfortable and functional. The bed was firm enough, with pillows of varying softness. The TV, microwave and fridge worked; the coffeemaker leaked. I appreciated the sturdy note cards in lieu of a notepad, and the pens are good. There were no travel-size toiletries; instead, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are attached to the shower wall. The water pressure was excellent. There was no hard-copy restaurant guide, city magazine or map. There was no complimentary bottled water. Had takeout from Saddles, the hotel restaurant, and the cheeseburger and mud pie were very good. The "folio of charges," or invoice, corresponded with the quote I\'d received. Would not stay there again.

We are here in “mud season” so property is lightly staffed and limited services. Steamboat Springs is still crowded, congested and over priced. Can’t imagine what it would be like during ski season.

Staff was very pleasant, and the lady who checked us in was quite helpful. Clean and pretty property on the base of the ski mountain. Easy drive into town. The only thing that would make the stay even better is to offer a complimentary breakfast.

Rooms are smaller than they look online, small bathroom, poor ventilation in bathroom. Have to pay for parking but wasnt informed until checkout. At the bar ordered a simple cosmopolitan and it was not correct and charged $40 for 2 drinks that tasted terrible. Would not stay here for the price.
