We arrived early, but the staff were very accommodating and got our room ready early. They also offered us breakfast and a drink on arrival which we really appreciated. All the staff were friendly and polite. Our room was really spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was humongous! My thanks to Regina for the great welcome. The place really is very well run, clean, good food but its the staff make it the place it is, including the dining room staff.However will someone please update the heating instructions as the weather turns cold ? Far more info is needed, I bet Regina could do it. For eg the first line is" to ensure the circle is in the rectangle " IF its not its not clear how to make it happen !! A small but important matter ! Thanks for everything else !

The people who work for the Flagstaff are top notch and gave such great advice on things to see and do whilst in the area. We were so appreciative of John who gave us a couple of sightseeing side trips and to be honest - some of the best views we ever imagined. The hotel was so clean and our food was wonderful. The Tv was rubbish and had constant interference plus very little stations to watch. Room was extremely small and I asked for more milk etc for my coffee and I didn’t get any. The receptionist was one of the best I’ve ever encountered in any hotel. She was knowledgeable, professional and went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience.

I and 3 friends staying there in Oct, from the very start the welcome was v positive. My 3 American friends enjoyed an evening meal and all us enjoyed a drink later on. The barman / night porter was most engaging and good fun. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order with great variety. The hotel is out of town and was very quiet. In fact I m returning again this week.
