The staff is super nice. Gim open 24/7 Best breakfeast i ever had in any hotel i stayed. Really. F 5 minutes from the beach. Fast free wifi. What else do you need for happines? Only thing is the booking is no refundable if something changed in your plans.. A bit of a bummer.. Would stay again without doupt.

A great hotel, handy city centre location 5 mins walk from the beach and shops/attractions. Loved the street art all over the hotel inside and out, really different. Rooms comfy, beds on the hard side but everything clean and well appointed. Loved the excellent breakfast spread, so much choice and a free welcome drink offered at the rooftop bar. Great value for what we paid. Hotel car park is tiny but there are lots of free parking spaces a short walk away up the road the hotel is on. All in all a great stay.

The breakfast was really good, and the receptionist was very friendly — she even let us leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checkout, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was quite disappointing. The parking they advertise only fits about 4 cars and was always full, so it wasn’t really available. The room had visible mold, which triggered my allergies and made it very difficult to sleep. To make things worse, we checked in late at 11:30 PM and asked for a late checkout, but the hotel didn’t allow even an extra hour. Overall, while there were a couple of positives, the negatives outweighed them and left us unhappy with the experience.

Really good service, spacious rooms and very tasty food. I recommend visiting, there is also a gym with combined exercise machines. There are not many of them, but enough to train the upper body and a little lower body.

What a fabulous hotel. 5 mins from the beach and perfectly located for eateries and bars. Great sports bar and lounge. Nice functional gym. Most of all the staff were very professional and friendly. Finally I ate dinner twice at the hotel. Superb quality of food. And a lovely breakfast included.

Olga was very welcoming, accommodating and gave us recommendations for restaurants. The room was as pictured on the website. We enjoyed the breakfast which was included in our stay. The number of options available was amazing! The only drawback was the gravel parking lot with potholes and a slight moldy smell in the bathroom. The hotel is also located in a great location within walking minutes from numerous restaurants and the beach.

Amazing property! From the outside building to the inside is lovely, especially the art details are very nice and unique. The room was nice, and it was cleaned every day very well, the smell was nice. The bathroom also very clean and quite big. Breakfast was included and very good, various dishes. The rooftop bar is amazing, they also have a DJ and the atmosphere was great. Great staff, welcoming and nice. Great money value and I definitely recommend it!

Das Zimmer war sehr gut - groß, sauber und ruhig. Das Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit einer tollen und geschmackvollen Ausstattung. Vom Flughafen LCA gut mit dem Bus in 18 Minuten erreichbar.

L'hotel è al pari di un quattro stelle. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e la struttura sembra sia stata recentemente rinnovata. Ho trovato la camera spaziosa ma purtroppo il bagno è rimasto per tutto il soggiorno con un forte odore di fogna. La stanza stessa dove si trovava il bagno, sembrava inserita successivamente nella struttura perché rialzata, con una porta molto scomoda che impediva poi il passaggio a fianco del letto, e con materiali evidentemente diversi dal resto della stanza da letto. Una nota di merito alla colazione, servita sul rooftop in un locale/bar esterno, con prodotti freschi e curati e una bella atmosfera. Nonostante l'imprevisto del bagno, consiglierei comunque la struttura per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Das Hotel an sich ist grundsätzlich sauber. Wir haben unser Zimmer täglich auf Anfrage reinigen lassen, allerdings wurden nur die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt (Bad, Waschbecken wurden nicht gereinigt). Wir waren im 4.Stock direkt an der Straßen-Kreuzung untergebracht. Zum einen hat man dadurch nicht mit offenem Balkon schlafen können, da jeden Morgen der Lärm durch die Fahrzeuge sehr laut war (diesen hat man aber auch bei geschlossenem Balkon noch gehört). Zum anderen ist direkt darüber im 5.Stock die Rooftop-Bar. Am Wochenende war hier bis um 2/3 Uhr nachts die Musik extrem laut und jede Nacht hat man in unserem Zimmer direkt über uns die Stühle rumrücken gehört. Das Frühstück war leider nicht nach unseren Vorstellungen, weshalb wir von 6 Tagen nur 2 Tage dieses in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Gurken, sowie die Mortadella waren vertrocknet und die Auswahl an Brot/Brötchen auch zu wenig. Gut war allerdings die Lage, nur paar Meter vom Strand und den Restaurants entfernt. Ebenso wie die Parkmöglichkeiten und dass man sich dort sehr sicher gefühlt hat. Das Personal war auch sehr nett.

Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable, your help in trying to organise a ticket for the AEK game went way above and beyond customer service. I’d recommend this hotel every time

Prima hotel, met een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt op 10min lopen van de boulevard. Sommige kamers zitten dichtbij de liften, dus als je een licht slaper bent, vraag een kamer aan bij de liften vandaan.

We had a decent stay at Rise. Best thing was the staff - always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was a good size, comfy and clean; one pitfall was the struggle with the noise - room next to the stairs and directly below the bar, plus clunky pipes, so maybe not the best pick for a light sleeper like me. Conveniently located, short walk to the beach, shops, coffee shops and restaurants, and just a 15 min drive from Larnaca airport

What could have been a very pleasant stay was ruined by the noise from the rooftop bar. Every night until past midnight I had the base drowning in my room. Earplugs helped but the vibrations from the walls could still be felt in the bed! I chose this hotel on purpose to be a bit away from the busy beach area to have it quiet, well, that didn’t work out. A second negative was that the air conditioner could not deal with the summer heat and never managed to really cool down the room. On the positive side, the staff is very nice, the room is spacious and the breakfast outstanding (both in terms of quality and choice). Internet is fast and spotless which is also important for me. But I need a good night‘s sleep and therefore won’t return to this hotel.

Very nice service offered by the staff. Cleaning, maintenance, receptionists, all excellent and very patient. The welcome drink at the rooftop bar was a nice surprise and was greeted and treated very well by the manager of the bar, Vlad. Good breakfast -- was surprised to find vegan butter for toast! The only thing I would add to the breakfast is a list of allergens and some vegan pastries. Overall a very nice stay!

Great breakfast buffet and the globally represented dining staff, including ladies from Punjab and the Philippines and te young man from Afghanistan. Hotel is close to the fine Perides museum, a 12 minute from St Lazarus cathedral and , at most, 8 minutes from a beautiful beach. Excellent location with nearby grocery and laundry service.

The breakfast was really good, and the receptionist was very friendly — she even let us leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checkout, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was quite disappointing. The parking they advertise only fits about 4 cars and was always full, so it wasn’t really available. The room had visible mold, which triggered my allergies and made it very difficult to sleep. To make things worse, we checked in late at 11:30 PM and asked for a late checkout, but the hotel didn’t allow even an extra hour. Overall, while there were a couple of positives, the negatives outweighed them and left us unhappy with the experience.

All the staff are in exceptional! Olga the manager, Ariana, Andreas, and Arafat the housekeeper looks after each room with such care, and always greets you with a heartwarming smile. This hotel is very close to Finikoudes beach. Restaurants are within walking distance. Intercity buses are available on the main square to travel to other cities. Staff very excellent. Eli was very professional and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Simply excellent hotel.

Olga was very welcoming, accommodating and gave us recommendations for restaurants. The room was as pictured on the website. We enjoyed the breakfast which was included in our stay. The number of options available was amazing! The only drawback was the gravel parking lot with potholes and a slight moldy smell in the bathroom. The hotel is also located in a great location within walking minutes from numerous restaurants and the beach.

Breakfast buffet is superior quality. Love the individual yoghurt with fruit and the multiplicity of choices of jams- cherry, apricier, passion fruit etc and the honeycomb honey. All the pistachio and almond spreads... I could go on and on. Maybe a couple of other pastry options but it's a very high quality breakfast buffet. Thank you,

Annorlunda och roligt koncept på detta hotel. Smakfullt dekorerat med kontrast på både fasad och interiört. Bekväm säng och frukosten var fantastisk på takterrassen. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. The breakfast was great, the one thing I would say is I do love roots, vegetables, etc, and the produce could have been fresher and more numerous. Especially when there's so much tzatziki, hummus etc to eat it with I never tried the laundry. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Great buffet breakfast on the top floor, new & modern interior design, staff really friendly, 7 min walk to the boardwalk of Finikoudes beach, Eu Kouzin restaurant next door is very good, 100m to 'To Edesma Tou Paradisou' restaurant, which is amazing, and the 425 & 432 bus stop from the airport (25 min trip - 2.40 euro) is just around the corner.
