Shangri-La Gardens

The check-in process was very smooth, and the lady was excellent in giving us instructions on where to eat. She was welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. The hotel was very clean, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Really appreciated the well stocked breakfast food.

no restaurant at property although that wasn’t really an issue as it was next to a shopping centre which had some fast food places and of course the pub next door. Very comfort Room would recommend it

Much older than appears, its a classic motel but description seemed like a hotel Room was smelly

Excellent job housekeepers, appreciate every effort you put together to make our stay an enjoyable one. We will surely recommend Shangri la gardens to everyone. Great location and loved the grab and go breakfast however house keeping did not refill soap, toilet paper or tissues so when we arrived back from a big day at a sporting event we had no soap for showers and couldn’t use the toilet due to no paper source.
