We liked the amenities offered when we were researching hotels in Frankfurt. It had a kitchen and laundry area. The room was comfortable but not all the lights worked. One of the pendant lights by the small table, the globe hallway light that also lit the kitchen area as well as one of the lights above the stove did not work. I called the front desk three times and went directly to speak with them twice after that. Everyday I followed up but they kept saying the same thing that they would send a technician. We checked in on May 31st and checked out on June 6th. The lights were never fixed. Not one update was sent to us. It was poor communication. It was very difficult to avail of the kitchen and laundry without proper lighting. It should have been fixed before we checked in or they could have given a better room. It didn’t live up to our expectations. Each person I spoke with didn’t seem to care. I asked politely with each follow up as I didn’t want to complain and be that loud tourist with a US passport. But perhaps they saw me as Asian and just didn’t give any priority. I’ve traveled and stayed in so many hotels before for business and pleasure. This isn’t a 4-star hotel they claim it to be. Also forget about parking at this hotel. There wasn’t any availability for the duration of our stay. They shouldn’t advertise that there is parking at all. The parking option was misleading.

This is a true home away from home. The room is laid out extremely functionally. We loved having a kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine with dryer. The room was very quiet. Everything felt clean and modern. The staff was super kind and helpful as well. We would absolutely stay here again.

Located right next to the Skyline shopping mall and an easy walk to nearby attractions. It is about a 20-minute walk to Paulsplatz (one of the main attractions and access to the fuss ganger area of Frankfurt) and many other points of interest. The Frankfurt Bahnhof is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were very nice and equipped with a small kitchen area and a washer/dryer combo. The bed while hard, was not as hard as some of the others we experienced while traveling in Germany. Parking, while limited, is available on site with easy elevator access.

Nice apart hotel in Frankfurt. Comfy spacious rooms with real king size beds. Like most German hotels the air conditioning is limited down to 21 Celsius and it has trouble achieving that. Best is 23 to 24 so it can be a little too hot at night and you have to open all the windows.

The room we were given was very dusty and generally not that clean, and the shower drain had hair trapped within it. We stayed for two nights otherwise we would have requested a different room. On the bright side the general area was very walkable with a ginormous mall behind it with plenty of shopping and different foods available.

The first room they put me in was filthy. Long black hairs all over the chairs, dust on the surfaces, stains on the sofa, it was disgusting. The second room they put me in was cleaner but there were hairs on the floor of the bathroom which was disturbing. On the second night the safe stopped working. They sent someone up to the room that evening but he was unable to fix it. The next day I had the technician come up and he replaced the safe. The next day the new safe stopped working. It was super frustrating. Cleaning only occurs every 3 days. I’d never stay here again. The rooms are huge with amenities I did not need. The level of cleanliness was gross and customer service pretty bad. The only positive was approximity to the Messe.

The house keeping is every 3 days, they were very late on time, after 5 PM and we told them no, come back the next day. The same thing happened later. The unit wasn't as clean as you might expect it to be, lacked vacuuming in some areas.

Good hotel in a good location. Our room wasn't as clean as I would personally like. Seemed ro have been cleaned in a rush, dirt particles on the sofa, beddings ruffled, smell not so fresh. Otherwise it was a decent accommodation. Didn't like that they didnt come to ean even once although they said cleaning is done once in 3 days and we were there for 4. Tbey o ly came to give us fresh towels.

Alles in allem schöne Appartments. Das Bett war sehr bequem, keine durchgelegene Matratze. Größe des Zimmers war mit drei Erwachsenen auch ok. Hier und da etwas staubig . Netter und freundlicher Service. Festhalle und Messe in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Adina! Nicely located less than a ten minute walk from Frankfurt’s central station. There was a nice high end mall next to the hotel with shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and very spacious. Everything worked as it should. Shower was nice and strong. Bed was very comfortable. Great folks at the reception desk as well.

Pro: Close to a mall with all what you need. Close to the main train station. The online pictures are accurate. Nice friendly front desk people. Cons: The room was a litle too dark, we would have preferred to have some more lighting.

The customer service was a mess. I filled in a form, the next day they said they don't have it and I had to fill in another form. I paid for parking for 3 days and on day 2 they said they don't have on their system that there are no records. The worst case is when I told them about electrical issues as soon as I stepped into the room. They said tomorrow by 10am they would have someone to fix it. When it was 12 noon the next day, I called and they didn't have it on their system about the fault. They didn't let me cancel They didn't give me reimbursements They didn't let me leave a day early

Lovely hotel, fantastic location. However, the staff at the front desk couldn’t be more indifferent and couldn’t care less. Not sure if the general inability to speak in English or sheer indifference but the team at front desk couldn’t even manage a smile. Next time I will go to a place I feel more welcome

The hotel is in a great location central to most everything. There was a slight problem with our initial room being dirty and the A/C not working properly but the staff put us in a different/upgraded room immediately. Rooms are nice and spacious. We would stay here again.

Worst check in I’ve ever experienced. Rude behavior by check in staff. I understand when a room isn’t ready until 3pm. When we tried to check in at 1:15pm after traveling all day, I was under the impression our room would be a priority to clean. We waited 1 and 1/2 hours in the closed, empty bar area. The staff never notified housekeeping and we didn’t get our room on time. Unbelievable, when challenged the made up untrue excuses. I asked for the manager and some girl comes out (after 10 minutes), knows nothing and then tells me she’s actually not the manager. I have to wait another 10 minutes to actually speak to the manager. The next morning is even worse. I approach the front desk and am completely ignored, after several minutes I ask is anyone willing to help me? The three of them say nothing, absolutely nothing. My request for ice was a huge inconvenience and the young man (just wearing white T underwear t shirt), became agitated, aggressive and almost violent. He demanded me to follow him, I finally told him that I don’t work here, I am a guest and to please remember that, then he tried to grab the ice back, causing me to nearly fall. All the manager could say was “ I’m sorry”. Where do they train these employees? In prison is my guess. I’ve reached out to corporate offices, they never responded . Poor behavior starts at the top, and certainly trickles down.. one good employee is Nina, friendly, and kind.

Nice and new property on the west side of Frankfurt. It's new, clean, next to a shopping center and you can easily get around with public transportation. I loved the built-in washing machine with dryer, which I strategically planned for timing-wise to minimize my luggage for my longer, multi-stop trip.

This property is a bit away from the main action in Frankfurt but super convenient to the train station. We walked with our luggage there and back. Hotel is modern and the washer/dryer in the unit was a great feature (although it did take longer to wash and dry loads but that could be that I could not understand the settings in German). The mall next door wad great for getting food at and there are other restaurants near by. Again, not near the main action in Frankfurt but a quick taxi or subway ride to it. Enjoyed the propery and staff.

The hotel was excellent! The staff was very helpful and always friendly! The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The only down side is that it is relatively close to the train station, so sometimes you have to walk through that area, which is not pretty, when coming back from the city center. But overall, we would stay again.

This place was so much nicer than I expected for the rate. The suite was clean, well maintained and well equipped. My suite had its own clothes washer +drier! Plus responsive staff, and they have literally thought of everything. They had an umbrella I could check out! The closest thing to a downside is that they only serve breakfast and no other meals in the restaurant. But with a mall about a 2 minute walk away, it didn't matter.

Reasonably well located. Close to a large shopping mall, 15 minute walk from the Hauptbahhof. Breakfast was pricey for what it was, however that appears to be the norm these days (around $40AUD, 25EUR). I was advised there was a discount to the breakfast if booked the day before, but apparently that was only if booked at check in - so there was a miscommunication.

Can’t fault the hotel or staff. Great location 2 minutes from a large shopping complex with a great food court and supermarket or 20 minutes walk in the other direction into the heart of Frankfurt (we went for the Christmas markets which were AMAZING!) Definitely with adding the breakfast as it was fabulous, and all of the staff were really polite and really helpful.

Good apartment hotel, we had two bedroom, two bathroom suite which was perfect for our requirements, the breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. Parking was expensive but reasonably close to the hotel. Our room also had a washing machine in the bathroom which would have been handy if you needed to do some washing. We would stay here again
