The place seems fairly new. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was included in the stay. However, the dining area was somewhat messy. Our room's AC unit was loud, making it hard to sleep. The property offers plenty of parking and is conveniently close to the airport.

The location was excellent for catching an early flight the next morning. When we arrived, there was a long line to check in, and only one receptionist was on duty. She was very polite, did a great job keeping everyone in line, and worked as quickly as she could to assist all the guests, even those trying to get attention before their turn. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the restaurant inside the hotel. The hamburger patty had very little flavor, and the chicken in the enchiladas verdes was also bland. The A/C in our room was not working properly, so the room felt warm during the night. Overall, our one-night stay worked well because we needed to be close to the airport, and the hotel offers a complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle. The shuttle driver was excellent—very friendly, professional, and attentive.

First impression was walking into the room and seeing hair in the bathroom sink. I then notice water on the bathroom floor near the toilet. Is it a leak or was that not cleaned up from the prior guest? I then go to the bed and notice hair on the pillow. My hair length is 1 inch at most, this is easily 8 inches long. As I exit the room, i notice that the door doesn't close completely. It'll close enough to appear like it's closed but the lock didn't engage and anybody passing by could push it open. MAJOR SECURITY RISK (with the amount i was carrying). I report it to front desk staff that room 304 doesn't lock, they agree to send maintenance over to fix it. When we return later that night we find the door in the same condition before we stepped out. Maybe my American standards are too high or my perception of the Marriott brand is mistaken. I book hotels with safety, cleanliness, quality and value in mind. I feel they fell short on multiple levels. On the other hand, they do provide complimentary airport shuttle and limited selection free breakfast. That's still not enough to get me to go back though.

upon arrival i called hotel and staff informed me where to meet for shuttle pick up (international arrivals by the starbucks ) and then driver was super friendly and took us to the hotel, check in was smooth process. The lobby and waiting area were nice and had water for us to have while we waited for keys. staff was helpful with where was what and went on my way to my room which was clean and tidy.
