Call for the airport pick up 2 days before . To find out it was not needed and to call when I had my luggage, which I did (12pm)to be told I had to wait 1 hour to be picked. When I talk to the driver he told that he was not busy at that time and he didn’t know why he was not told to pick me up .

Except for a little confusion getting the shuttle to meet us our stay was great. Front desk Edgar and Delia were helpful. Room clean and accommodating. Chicken soup in the Resto was delicious! Would not hesitate to refer anyone to this hotel.
