Parking en onderhoud kamers niet zo goed

보통이상정도의 호텔입니다 주차는 오히려 편했어요 대형차와 SUV 차만 아니면 될듯요 그리고 기계식 주차장이라 사람들이 많이 나가는 시간대는 피해야만 빨리 뺄 수 있습니다 조식은 일정이 바빠 규칙적인 시간이 안되서 접하지 못했습니다 제가 묵었던 방은 로얄 스위트룸인데 가격 괜찮았고 별도의 작은 거실과 또 화장실이 두개라 사람이 많아도 그리 불편하지 않았습니다 4인까지도 충분할듯요 깖끔함 정도는 보통인듯해요 호텔로만 따지면 3박동안 잘 있다 왔습니다

객실 상태는 전반적으로 만족함 다만 suv는 주차할 수 없어서 매우매우 불편해요.. 저 멀리 주차장에서 주차하고 걸어오라는데 저 멀리 있는 주차장도 자리 없을 때도 있고요.. 미리 사전에 suv 렌트하는 사람들은 조사해서 만원씩이라도 빼 줬으면 좋겠어요... 조식 먹지도 않는데 조식 할인해준다하면 누가 좋아하나요?? 주차장만 아니면 진짜 최고의 호텔!! 멀리 주차 하고 와야하는거면 발렛요원이 발렛 해주는 서비스라도 있었으면 좋겠어요... ㅠㅜㅠ 이번 여행에서 주차때문에 너무 스트레스 받았네요 ㅠㅠㅠ

가성비로는 좋습니다. 다만, 주차가 타워라 조금 느리고 늦으면 자리가 없습니다. 올레시장 바로 옆이라 시장 음식 사다가 먹기 좋습니다

조식도 훌륭하고 옥상 루프탑 야경이 정말 좋고 시내 접근성도 훌륭함

가성비, 위치는 최고 주차가 조금 불편

Very affordable price which comes with free parking. It was winter season so we have to open window. Unfortunately the insect net for the window is broken and my friend got bitten by mosquitos. I remembered there was no bath mat too in the bathroom. Other than these all good.

친구들과 여행으로 좋은 시간을 보낸 호텔이라 다시 찾았습니다. 서귀포 올레 시장과 걸어서 5분 정도 위치고 유명한 오는정김밥 바로 옆에 위치해 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 아쉬운건 소형 SUV 등 차고가 높은 차는 실외 주차를 해야해서 아쉬웠습니다.

시내에 있어 편함. 다만 외부 주차장이 호텔과 거리가 떨어져 약간 불편함.

Easy to check in and out. They have a lot of guests staying here so service was pretty impersonal. But expected. Driving was a bit hectic as they use automated parking system, so we have to remove everything from car before putting into the system. Otherwise everything was a breeze

깔끔하고 정돈되어있음

위치와 경관이 좋음. 침대 편안함 너무더러움 수건에 노란액체가 묻어있고, 타일사이사이 물때남아있고, 에어컨엔 곰팡이 있음. 샤워기 고장나서 물새고 드라이기에 다른사람 머리카락 끼어있음.

스탠드올려져있는 데이블위에 핸드폰 올려뒀는데 먼지가 .. 장난아님. 2틀동안 체크인했을때 커텐이 닫혀있는상태로 지내다가 체크아웃전에 밖이궁금해서 살짝 걷었는데 어두운색 커텐 사이로 하얀 먼지뭉치들이 눈처럼 내려서 깜놀했음. 조식은 먹을만하나 14000원은 좀 비싼느낌.

Hotel seems to be best in the area, but that's not a high bar. There were some stains on the ceiling and the room had an odd smell.

First the Person who is working for the Garage was unfriendly and not helpful. Secondly, when we entered our room, there was a muddy and bad smell. Further the bathroom was very dirty and there was even still hair from the previous hotel guest in the shower. So we decided to ask for a room change. We got a new room but the same issue with the bad smell and the dirty bathroom. Since it was already late 11 pm we decided to sleep one night and we checked out already in the morning and looked for a better hotel. All in all the hotel was very old, a lot of renovation needed and especially the smell and bathroom needs to be cleaned.

Its clean and convenient.

I would highly reconsider staying here unless this is your last option. Full transparency, I am a foreigner and I stay at least Seoul standard hotels, and i think in the area I stayed this maybe the best you will get. We Royal suite thinking that the living area would be a good place for the kids to relax or for me to do work and it will get us the best options. Room was dirty, there was brown liquid on the sink counter when we walked along with dirty carpet stains and burn marks? The room smelled of pesticide or the stale smoke smell, they both linger there Bathroom had mildew, mold, water stains on the shower, along with a sizable clump of hair by the drain. Suggestion to management. 1.Please go buy some mold, mildew and water stain remover 2. Try supplying guests with some 500 won disposable slippers Im sure people would rather pay that then using a can of anti fungal spray...as I now have what Im sure is aesthetes foot due to the slippers. 3. Invest in taking all of 10-15 mins more to clean the place properly. 4. Shampoo the carpet at least 1 time a month and maybe people wouldn't need the slippers? This is not an ideal hotel and the photos definitely make it seem like its a higher end place. Only real reason we stayed here was because it was close to parents, but the kids ended up not staying there cause they said it was dirty.

객실이 좁은 편이었음. 물론 가성비를 따지면 그렇지는 않았지만요,,,

It was alright overall. The staffs are very nice and professional. Fast service made the stay easy. The hotel is quite close to famous tourists spot but the neighborhood doesn’t have much to offer…. In the hotel, the sound proof is almost non-existent as I was able to hear next door’s guests’ talking voices, walking, noise from going in/out. The desk, chair, other interior furniture is worn out (saw huge chips everywhere). Morning buffet was ok : one thing is that I had to return the dishes to an area where everyone had to dispose food trash and put the empty dishes on a rack… It was definitely not the best experience at a hotel restaurant unfortunately. Considering this is a not a luxury hotel, it is good enough for people who would not care about the facility and its upkeep status. If you look for something high end experience, I would not put this hotel on the list.

Very spacious and comfortable

너무 편안한 여행이었습니다. 진정한 가성비 호텔로, 룸 컨디션 좋고, 깨끗하고... 일회용품은 없지만, 룸 컨디션과 편안함 4성급 호텔의 경험이었습니다. 방 전망이 구석져 너무 않좋아서 룸 체인지를 요청했는데, 직원분이 직접 올라오셔서 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 너무 감사하겠습니다. 한가지 단점은 바깥 복도 소리가 너무 잘 들립니다.

한라산 뷰가 좋았습니다. 올레시장 가깝고 바로앞 편의점있어서 좋아요

I was there for 3 nights but left the hotel the first night, it was noisy and had to change room 3 times.

I loved this hotel. It is close to a bus station and the area is safe and nice to walk. There is a taxi stand around the corner. The famous market of Jeju is very, very close (3-min walk) so there is always an option for eating. There are a lot of shopping stores around so that’s really convenient. The staff was really nice and they speak good English (not all of them, but enough to understand the basic) The building is very nice and it looks new. The room is spacious with very comfortable beds. An amazing experience. Would come back here.

대체로 친절

櫃檯小姐的服務態度非常好，還幫我們預約晚上的餐廳，請餐廳先讓我們點餐，在最後點餐時間後我們也可以前往用餐，請西归浦金雛菊飯店的老闆可以幫她加薪。

It was alright overall. The staffs are very nice and professional. Fast service made the stay easy. The hotel is quite close to famous tourists spot but the neighborhood doesn’t have much to offer…. In the hotel, the sound proof is almost non-existent as I was able to hear next door’s guests’ talking voices, walking, noise from going in/out. The desk, chair, other interior furniture is worn out (saw huge chips everywhere). Morning buffet was ok : one thing is that I had to return the dishes to an area where everyone had to dispose food trash and put the empty dishes on a rack… It was definitely not the best experience at a hotel restaurant unfortunately. Considering this is a not a luxury hotel, it is good enough for people who would not care about the facility and its upkeep status. If you look for something high end experience, I would not put this hotel on the list.

방도 넓고 깔끔하고 일하시는 분들도 엄청 친절했어요.

2박 3일 머물렀는데 가성비좋았어요!!! 근처에 편의점도 가깝고~ 저렴한 가격에 관광위주로 하셔서 잠만 주무실분들한텐 좋아요 :) 직원분들도 친절하셨습니당

만족스럽습니다. 주차는 불편하지만 인근거리에 주차장있어서 할만했어요...조식은 맛있었고..홀을 정리하시는 분은 열심이셨습니나..혼자 고생하시더라고요^^

아침 조식이 매우 풍성하게 나왔습니다. 한라산 등반 전에 든든히 먹고 올라갔어요~

가성비 있고 조식 좋았음. 나름 깔끔, 건조한 부분만 해결되면 good.
