I stayed for three nights. On the second day, when I returned to my hotel room, I noticed water leaking from the ceiling, which caused my clothes in the suitcase to get wet. I informed the staff, and they promptly changed our room and arranged for my clothes to be laundered the next day. Although I was shocked by the leak, the staff’s quick and apologetic response alleviated my concerns. The resort was large, and aside from this incident, I was pleased with their service.

Amazing facilities like the themepark . However, waterpark was partly closed when we were there. Only open was the wavepool . There is also infinity pool. Only drawback was no laundromat. It is laundry service which is $$$. Food in the foodcourtnis affordable but the buffet is also expensive.
