Kuta Suci Guesthouse

Checked in, was shown to the room. The room was not clean upon check-in, toothpaste in the basin, shower gel and shampoo not filled up and missing lid, shower head was so old the chrome plating was almost nonexistent, black mould in the shower, holes in the walls, stains and crumbs on the sheets. Went to the front desk to ask for it to be cleaned, they ‘cleaned’ it. Went back up and still dirty, the new sheets had stains and the sink still had toothpaste in it. Felt unsafe as a solo traveller. Have the front desk clerk on camera saying I will get a refund and now they are refusing to issue one. Do not recommend.
