The property was extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff. Spa was amazing (pool only open from 1600 though). Food and drink were of a good quality and reasonably priced. The room was spotless, great decor and the en suit was one of the best at a hotel I have stayed at. All round, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to stay in Krakow.

Hotellet ligger centralt och nära gamla stan, det finns massor av restauranger och caféer och barer runt omkring. Gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter. Sköna sängar och fin inredning, saknade dock mer krokar och ställ till resväskor. Gymmet är tyvärr väldigt litet, saknades möjlighet att göra rent efter sig och innan användning av mattor mm, fattades yoga matta. Personalen i receptionen var vänliga och tillmötesgående. Frukosten helt ok, ibland fick man dock säga till då det saknades saker. Det är nog mer 4 stjärnor än 5.

Stayed for one week. We had 5 rooms in total and everyone was happy here. Great location with a very short walk to Old Town. Quiet and a nice escape after a busy day. Nice amenities are included (pool, gym, rooftop, bar and lounge areas). Layout and design are intuitive and convenient. I will stay here again.

Fantastisk hotell på alle måter! Bra beliggenhet og veldig sentralt. Fine og rene rom, god frokost og hyggelig og behjelpelig personal. Ekstra pluss med basseng og badstue. Det gjorde godt på ettermiddagen etter å ha vært ute i kulden om dagen. Massasjen ble testet ut, og kan virkelig anbefales! Hun var utrolig dyktig!

Rent, ryddig og fint hotell med høy standard i stille sidegate. Vi var der i lavsesong, så det var få besøkende. Veldig stille og behagelig. Bassenget er lite og kunne godt vært en grad varmere, men rikt utvalg av badstuer av høy kvalitet. Nydelig frokost og flott rom. Super beliggenhet, følte vi kunne gå til "alt".

Three nights at this hotel, claiming five stars. Great pool/sauna area. Nice and polite employees. Acceptable breakfast, but really minimum selection with regards to hot and cold food. The negatives were unfortunately quite significant, with the not properly cleaned (several stains all around the floor/walls) bathroom, as well as the leftover hair from the cleaning lady left all over the bathroom floor. Some technical dificulties turning off the bathroom lights leaving on the lights all night. Some flooding on the floor after each shower. Flooding was not even close to the shower, which was weird and annoying.. For me this is far from a five star hotel. Barely a four star. Will not return unfortunately.

We had a lovely stay here, but I would say this is only JUST a 5* hotel. The room was nice and spacious, comfortable bed, good quality bed linen and the bathroom was amazing (the automatic bidet was interesting!). The spa area was also excellent - we used it a couple of times during our stay. A few things let it down. The room was spotless when we first arrived but I wasn't convinced we received a 5* room clean in between and we're very tidy, clean guests. The floor didn't look like it had been hoovered! Whilst the spa area was great, children were allowed in which did ruin the vibe somewhat. Finally, it was my partners birthday on the trip and we received nothing in the way of a gratuity. Not something I've experienced in a 5* hotel before. Overall, a good solid hotel in a great location that was reasonably priced and I'd definitely stay there again. I expect the issues above are merely teething issues.

Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly daily maid service. Towels & bedding very clean. Clean towels/robes available for spa use. All staff were friendly and helpful. Had to pay deposit for use of minibar which we did just to have use of a fridge, so hopefully should get this money back. Great location, ideal for visiting all main attractions, loan of umbrella also available for rainy days.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, a couple of minutes walk to the main square. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Beautiful spa. The room was incredible, very clean and decorated to a high standard. The staff were all friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Absolutely love this hotel. Beautiful room with everything you can think of.. i was in the upgraded deluxe room which was large with buttons for lighting and curtains closing across a huge skylight. Couldnt fault the staff who were friendly and helpful. Very clean thanks to the cleaning staff. The bed was really comfortable and i slept really well as very quiet. Breakfast a bit pricey but worth it as plenty of choice. Great location too as just over 5 mins walk to main square in krakow.

Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.Zimmer sehr großzügig und sauber,jedoch der Kleiderschrank sehr klein,dafür 4 Sessel im Zimmer.Das Frühstück ist ausreichend jedoch für das Angebot zu teuer.Trotzdem ein Hotel mit mit sehr zuvorkommendem,freundlichem Personal.

The hotel is in the perfect location to walk to the main square in just a few minutes. Rooms and amenities are very good. The only downside and a very minor one was the WiFi that was a little patchy in coverage within the room. I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I'm in Krakow.

Veldig fresht og fint i lobby, heis og ganger. Kult innredet og stort deilig rom. 2 lenestoler og masse plass til kofferter og greier. Kanskje litt liten plass på badet til å ha toalettsaker på, men kanskje bedre på andre rom. Doen er helautomatisk og åpner/lukker seg selv og kan gjøre mye rart, men den skrudde vi av for den ble litt for hysterisk. Harde senger men ok puter. IKKE blackout-gardiner så våknet hver morgen rundt 04 pga av lyset/solen sto opp. Gardinene virket tykke og vi var helt sikre på at det var blendegardiner men det var det altså ikke. Hadde rom inn mot bakgården og det var DØNN STILLE! Veldig deilig :) Perfekt beliggenhet!

The only issue we had with our stay was the unreliability of the Wi-Fi. Very weak signal in the room and frequent outages made it impossible to use outside of the lobby & breakfast room. The staff was fantastic, room was wonderful, and parking was easy. Location can’t be beat, and with no trams directly outside it was nice and quiet.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Hotel Ferreus Modern Art Deco. The design is stunning – modern, stylish, and spotless. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town, but still quiet and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities – a lovely way to unwind after exploring Kraków. The staff were fantastic, and we want to give a special mention to Marie, who was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. She really made us feel welcome. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kraków. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was beautiful. Service was good except for the fact that we asked for check out till 2 and it was from our room we called and the receptionist agreed. Then the next day we got chased out saying it was never agreed. No apology when we told the receptionist Anna she said the manager said it's 1. They should have said that the day before. Really embarrassing

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The hotel is absolutely wonderful; friendly staff, perfect location near an old town and amazing facilities. Everything is spotless, our room was spacious and comfortable. We made use of the spa every day which was such a lovely way to relax after lots of walking and exploring Krakow. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel and great location at quiet street, but extremely close to one of the entrances to the old city-area where we spent most of our time (beautiful). Spa area holds a small pool and a variety of different saunas, clean and cosy, free entrance for guests. Big, modern and clean rooms, an additional plus for the big and comfortable bed. Perfect service. Have absolutely nothing to complain about, can really recomend this hotel! (Ps we ate breakfast outside of the hotel so I cant say anything about the quality of that)

This is a lovely hotel very clean and central to most of the interesting sites in Krakow The breakfast is really lovely and Magdalena in the breakfast room is a lovely young woman and extremely helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean and all of the public areas in the hotel are very well maintained. The young man behind the bar gave us some very helpful advice for going to the Christmas market which we definitely followed. Overall, a lovely experience and I would recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was not 5 star worthy - the room was ok, i expected bigger for a 5 star and a better view. Pillows was too small and soft but the shower was the most positive about the room. The Spa was also ok but very small pool and not that deep. In my opinion it was not worthy the price to stay at this hotel, i would give it 3-4 star maximum.
