Wunderschöne Anlage mit Verbesserungspotenzial im Service! Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön, weitläufig und gut durchdacht. Obwohl das Hotel komplett ausgebucht war, verteilten sich die Gäste gut. Ein Kritikpunkt betrifft die Reinigung des Strandbereichs: Die Liegen wurden häufig erst gegen Mittag am nächsten Tag gesäubert. So lagen leere Flaschen und anderer Unrat vom Vortag noch herum, und auch der Sand war deutlich sichtbar.Das Frühstück sowie das Essen im Allgemeinen waren ausgezeichnet vielfältig, frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Der Service hingegen ließ leider stellenweise zu wünschen übrig. Mehrmals mussten wir wegen fehlender Handtücher oder eines Vanity Kits nachfragen. Der abendliche Turn-Down-Service war hingegen immer zuverlässig und tadellos. Weniger zufriedenstellend war auch die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption. So hatten wir morgens einen Tennisplatz für 22:00 Uhr reserviert die Buchung wurde bestätigt. Vor Ort war der Platz dann jedoch bis 22:30 Uhr belegt, und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass ab 23:00 Uhr Ruhezeit gelte, sodass ein Spiel nicht mehr möglich sei. Auch ein zuvor zugesagter Late-Check-out konnte letztlich nicht umgesetzt werden. Insgesamt handelt es sich um ein sehr schönes Hotel mit großem Potenzial. Die Anlage und die Gastronomie sind hervorragend. Um jedoch ein durchgängig positives Gästeerlebnis zu gewährleisten, sollte insbesondere die Kommunion und Organisation im Servicebereich, vor allem an der Rezeption, verbessert werden.

Wir waren Ende Mai Anfang Juni im Hotel. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr schön, der Balkon ist sehr groß. Eine Nespresso Maschine ist auch vorhanden. Das Essen im Hotel war sehr gut, Frühstück als Buffet, Abendessen als Menü 5 -6 Gänge. Die Getränkepreise sind relativ hoch, was aber garnicht geht, ein Cappuccino an der Bar oder am Strand für 7,50 € wird in einem Plastikbecher serviert. Viel zu teuer, für das was man bekommt. Der Service ist höflich und aufmerksam, kommt aber bei mehr Gästen an seine Grenzen. Am Pool wird ab 17:00 Uhr für das Abendessen umgebaut, d.h. das die Liegen und Sonnenschirme dann aufgeräumt werden und stattdessen die Tische aufgebaut werden. Wenn man die Sonne noch genießen möchte, ist es am Strand ruhiger. Hier haben wir die Sonne noch bis um 19:00 /20:00 Uhr ausgekostet. Wir haben auch beobachtet, dass es viele An- und Abreisen pro Tag gab. Viele Urlauber waren nur für ein oder zwei Tage vor Ort, kann aber auch Saison bedingt gewesen sein, Kurzurlaub. Täglich fliegen ca 10-20 Flugzeuge über die Hotelanlage, Der Flughafen ist 15 km entfernt. Im großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel empfehlenswert und auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt wenn man schnell vom Flughafen oder aber auch in die Hauptstadt fahren möchte. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert. Ein großes Lob geht vor allem an die Zimmermädchen, die morgens und Abends die Zimmer putzen und alles wieder zum glänzen bringen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Everything was great. The beach is small and grey-beige with raw sand. not really attractive, but waters are transparent and clean. The swimming pool is fresh but beautiful with an amazing view.

A delightful stay. We loved all the choices for sun loungers, from around the pool, to seating overlooking the beach and on the beach itself. The breakfast was one of the best and from 7.30 to 11.00, and with unlimited barista coffees both hot and iced, was a great start to the day. The pool was never crowded, and a top infinity pool. The beach is also special, uncrowded and with a sandy bottom you don't need rock shoes. Thanks to the amazing team who work hard to make this a very special place.

The service here was excellent, facilities are top notch, staff was always very attentive and super nice. If you are into the gym and spa amenities, you will happy with the equipment and services offered. Gym was open 24 hrs so you don’t have to worry about waiting to work around others in a relative small space. This hotel has direct access to a small private beach area, which was a huge plus when compared to other hotels and just trying to snag a good spot at other beaches around the island. If you want to explore you will need some transportation and they offer drop off and pick-up at the hotel, which is very convenient. Food was excellent. All rooms have ocean views, I chose one with a private pool, which was nice occasionally but probably would have been just fine walking 2 minutes to the main hotel pool which was very refreshing. Highly recommended and very happy with my choice. I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

Excellent facility, well maintained, beautiful pool, clean, very friendly ,helpful and always smiling staff. Offers a great variety & good choices with the breakfast and excellent on site restaurants. Seamless transportation arrangements to and from the airport. Beautiful property, best hotel on the island according to the locals I spoke to. Great pool, great beach highly recommend. Rooms were good. Services excellent, full, turn down service and dilligent cleaners who were very helpful. Will stay again.

Excellent facility, well maintained, beautiful pool, clean, very friendly ,helpful and always smiling staff. Offers a great variety & good choices with the breakfast and excellent on site restaurants. Seamless transportation arrangements to and from the airport. Convenient on site marina for private boat tour. Would need a car to get in town or land excursions

The staff are outstanding. So friendly and accommodating. Peggy was especially wonderful for friendliness and attention. Our pool was spectacular. The architecture of the resort is outstanding. We had the 11 course menu at Melia with the wine tasting. Should Michelin star at least! Exceeded our expectations in every way.

The service here was excellent, facilities are top notch, staff was always very attentive and super nice. If you are into the gym and spa amenities, you will happy with the equipment and services offered. Gym was open 24 hrs so you don’t have to worry about waiting to work around others in a relative small space. This hotel has direct access to a small private beach area, which was a huge plus when compared to other hotels and just trying to snag a good spot at other beaches around the island. If you want to explore you will need some transportation and they offer drop off and pick-up at the hotel, which is very convenient. Food was excellent. All rooms have ocean views, I chose one with a private pool, which was nice occasionally but probably would have been just fine walking 2 minutes to the main hotel pool which was very refreshing. Highly recommended and very happy with my choice. I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

Ein Kritikpunkt betrifft die Reinigung des Strandbereichs: Die Liegen wurden häufig erst gegen Mittag am nächsten Tag gesäubert. So lagen leere Flaschen und anderer Unrat vom Vortag noch herum, und auch der Sand war deutlich sichtbar.Das Frühstück sowie das Essen im Allgemeinen waren ausgezeichnet vielfältig, frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Der Service hingegen ließ leider stellenweise zu wünschen übrig. Mehrmals mussten wir wegen fehlender Handtücher oder eines Vanity Kits nachfragen. Der abendliche Turn-Down-Service war hingegen immer zuverlässig und tadellos. Weniger zufriedenstellend war auch die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption. So hatten wir morgens einen Tennisplatz für 22:00 Uhr reserviert die Buchung wurde bestätigt. Vor Ort war der Platz dann jedoch bis 22:30 Uhr belegt, und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass ab 23:00 Uhr Ruhezeit gelte, sodass ein Spiel nicht mehr möglich sei. Auch ein zuvor zugesagter Late-Check-out konnte letztlich nicht umgesetzt werden. Insgesamt handelt es sich um ein sehr schönes Hotel mit großem Potenzial. Die Anlage und die Gastronomie sind hervorragend. Um jedoch ein durchgängig positives Gästeerlebnis zu gewährleisten, sollte insbesondere die Kommunion und Organisation im Servicebereich, vor allem an der Rezeption, verbessert werden.

A estadia foi boa. Porém o upgrade de quarto que o Hotéis.com diz que o hotel oferece tendo disponibilidade de quartos por eu ser cliente Gold, não é real. Pois havia disponibilidade de quarto no hotel, mas a recepção informou que desconhece isso. Ainda disse que se tivesse feito diretamente com o hotel, poderia sim receber um upgrade!

Es war ein einfach rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. In dem Moment als wir das Hotel betraten (eine außergewöhnlich tolle Begrüßung an der Tür - man hat nicht gewartet bis wir an der Rezeption waren!!!) bis zum check out und darüber hinaus wurden wir förmlich auf Händen getragen. Ganz tolle Mitarbeiter durchweg.

My stay at Lesante Blu was amazing. The staff were incredibly attentive and treated me like royalty. Giannis, the manager of Gaia (one of 3 restaurants on the resort), was extremely committed to making my stay perfect. He and his staff were exceptional. Peggy, one of the servers, was delightfully happy and kind. Such great vibes. I highly recommend this place to solo travelers as they definitely payed special attention to my needs knowing that I was on my own. They anticipated and exceeded all of my expectations throughout my entire stay. Thank you to everyone at Lesante Blu for making my vacation so special!

A delightful stay. We loved all the choices for sun loungers, from around the pool, to seating overlooking the beach and on the beach itself. The breakfast was one of the best and from 7.30 to 11.00, and with unlimited barista coffees both hot and iced, was a great start to the day. The pool was never crowded, and a top infinity pool. The beach is also special, uncrowded and with a sandy bottom you don't need rock shoes. Thanks to the amazing team who work hard to make this a very special place.

Ein Kritikpunkt betrifft die Reinigung des Strandbereichs: Die Liegen wurden häufig erst gegen Mittag am nächsten Tag gesäubert. So lagen leere Flaschen und anderer Unrat vom Vortag noch herum, und auch der Sand war deutlich sichtbar.Das Frühstück sowie das Essen im Allgemeinen waren ausgezeichnet vielfältig, frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Der Service hingegen ließ leider stellenweise zu wünschen übrig. Mehrmals mussten wir wegen fehlender Handtücher oder eines Vanity Kits nachfragen. Der abendliche Turn-Down-Service war hingegen immer zuverlässig und tadellos. Weniger zufriedenstellend war auch die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption. So hatten wir morgens einen Tennisplatz für 22:00 Uhr reserviert die Buchung wurde bestätigt. Vor Ort war der Platz dann jedoch bis 22:30 Uhr belegt, und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass ab 23:00 Uhr Ruhezeit gelte, sodass ein Spiel nicht mehr möglich sei. Auch ein zuvor zugesagter Late-Check-out konnte letztlich nicht umgesetzt werden. Insgesamt handelt es sich um ein sehr schönes Hotel mit großem Potenzial. Die Anlage und die Gastronomie sind hervorragend. Wir waren Ende Mai Anfang Juni im Hotel. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr schön, der Balkon ist sehr groß. Eine Nespresso Maschine ist auch vorhanden. Das Essen im Hotel war sehr gut, Frühstück als Buffet, Abendessen als Menü 5 -6 Gänge. Die Getränkepreise sind relativ hoch, was aber garnicht geht, ein Cappuccino an der Bar oder am Strand für 7,50 € wird in einem Plastikbecher serviert. Viel zu teuer, für das was man bekommt. Der Service ist höflich und aufmerksam, kommt aber bei mehr Gästen an seine Grenzen. Am Pool wird ab 17:00 Uhr für das Abendessen umgebaut, d.h. das die Liegen und Sonnenschirme dann aufgeräumt werden und stattdessen die Tische aufgebaut werden. Wenn man die Sonne noch genießen möchte, ist es am Strand ruhiger. Hier haben wir die Sonne noch bis um 19:00 /20:00 Uhr ausgekostet. Wir haben auch beobachtet, dass es viele An- und Abreisen pro Tag gab. Viele Urlauber waren nur für ein oder zwei Tage vor Ort, kann aber auch Saison bedingt gewesen sein, Kurzurlaub. Täglich fliegen ca 10-20 Flugzeuge über die Hotelanlage, Der Flughafen ist 15 km entfernt. Im großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel empfehlenswert und auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt wenn man schnell vom Flughafen oder aber auch in die Hauptstadt fahren möchte. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert. Ein großes Lob geht vor allem an die Zimmermädchen, die morgens und Abends die Zimmer putzen und alles wieder zum glänzen bringen. Vielen Dank dafür.

The staff are outstanding. So friendly and accommodating. Peggy was especially wonderful for friendliness and attention. Our pool was spectacular. The architecture of the resort is outstanding. We had the 11 course menu at Melia with the wine tasting. Should Michelin star at least! Exceeded our expectations in every way.

A delightful stay. We loved all the choices for sun loungers, from around the pool, to seating overlooking the beach and on the beach itself. The breakfast was one of the best and from 7.30 to 11.00, and with unlimited barista coffees both hot and iced, was a great start to the day. The pool was never crowded, and a top infinity pool. The beach is also special, uncrowded and with a sandy bottom you don't need rock shoes. Thanks to the amazing team who work hard to make this a very special place.

Great service, great food and excellent views across the Ionion Sea. All the things you would expect for a high-end resort. However, a few repeating issues we encountered throughout our week: 1. Constant upselling by staff. I know I can order a bottle of wine, I want a glass. I know it can order a starter, I don’t want one. At one point was recommended a €100 bottle of wine (unprompted) which I was promised would pair best with dinner (it wouldn’t). 2. At dinner there were several skilled instrumentalists. Namely a piano and guitar duo one day, cellist the next. Unfortunately they were all made to play rehashed tracks by Ed Sheeran, Celine Dion or a number of modern artists alongside a naff backing track. By day 4 we had heard A Thousand Years played by both sets of musicians and again in a calypso lounge cover at the bar. Let the musicians play up to their skill level, they all looked bored and were clearly forced to mute their abilities. Very good week all being said (the beach bar is brilliant) but the above points did make the experience feel disingenuous in part.

Wonderful 4 nights stay. Stunning views from everywhere you look. Room was clean, comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony with ocean views. Fantastic service - everyone is well taken care of here. Breakfast had many options - lots of fresh fruit, etc. The gym was a tad small, when more than 6 people were in it at a time. Pool and beach were great! Would definitely recommend a stay here. We had a rental Car and explored many areas of the island. You can walk to nearby restaurants for supper - Noka was a great find.

Unbelievable views from our balcony. We booked a spa suite which was well worth it as the indoor pool is climatized not heated per se. We both enjoyed our messages and the spa facilities. The breakfast was also lovely
