The comforter were off cigarette smell when was going to use, required for a replacement but came just the sheet, this was a communication problem, though i could speak about of their language, the staff also has a very strong cigarette smell, s we do have sensitive nose, it was irritated during the trip and stay, hence it was not a very good experience!

The hair dryer is not strong. Some of the four star hotel are already using Dyson or Dyson similar hair dryer which help to dry faster but surprised that Westin is still using such an old hair dryer. The breakfast selection looks great but in actual fact it is not appealing at all. Chicken rice for the whole week I stay. Never know that chicken rice is so popular in Indonesia? And there isn't condiments like almond, pumpkin seeds, melon seed etc to go with the yoghurt.
