Bab Al Qasr Hotel

It is a great hotel to stay in, clean enough but not excellent. We Were not told we need to request the room to be cleaned while we checked in so we did not get water and clean towels first day. Second time we were just genuinely missed out i guess….Room was clean when we arrived but got a bit dusty while there 😟. Food on the other hand was great, one of the best buffet we’ve been so far and we have tried a few i myst say! Always fresh, great flavors and plenty variety! Not the same dishes two evenings in a row so great job to the chef!! Oh yes the pillows were either to full and hard or too thin and not confortabile to sleep on for our likening. Not enough spaces to the pool nor to the beech for a fully booked day, re: the Sunday we were there. But all in all a great holiday would recommend this accommodation!

Absolutely beautiful place very conveniently located fantastic parking very delicious and abundant breakfast. People are very courteous. We really enjoyed the place. You have access to a beautiful pool as well as the beach. The rooms are very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed a 5 night stay in this hotel. It was an excellent stay- the staff were so helpful. The complimentary valet parking was very helpful considering we had a young son. The private beach is lovely and quiet. This was a perfect holiday to Abu Dhabi with our 1 year old. Cannot recommend the hotel and staff enough. Very child friendly with a very convenient location and the best view of emirates palace! We will definitely be back!

Very nice and clean hotel with big rooms. Great pool area. Showers would be nice for hygienic reasons. Also a fine beach area with sunbeds, umbrellas and showers. Great breakfast. Area has no vibe. 3 km. to Marina Mall. 10 min. taxi ride to tourist area. Recommendable!

I booked a studio room at the Residences which was very spacious and comfortable. The Front desk manager and Brahim were very helpful in getting me a good room as I was checking in on the early side. The room had a small kitchen but no cooking pots or utensils, so I had to make a special request to utilize this. The food was very average here and the room service menu rather limited, so I ended up making my own breakfasts and eating elsewhere. There are a couple of small markets in walking distance of less than 5 minutes. The room was spacious, but lacked accessible outlets for charging devices. The gym was good and had a nice view, but there wasn't really a good area to stretch and no mats. The pool area and beach were rather quiet during my visit, and had a lot of shady areas. Overall, it was a nice clean property with good service.

Staff could be more responsive . Pool and beach hours need to adjust to business missions.

Empfang fand ich als sehr angenehm.Der Angestellte hatte sich sehr bemüht.Er hat mir das blaue vom Himmel erzählt dass ich den besten Blick das schönste Zimmer und Luxus erhalte. Leider ist es nicht eingetroffen. Das war für mich ein Standard Zimmer sogar weniger.Einem billigen Wasserkocher ,Schreibtisch ein Sofa dass die besten Tage hinter sich hat und man sich nicht getraut zum reinsetzen und einen JBL Weckerheisst es nicht für mich Luxus. Das ist ein kein 5 Sterne Luxushotel.Zimmer recht angeschlagen und abgenutzt. Doch das Schlimmste fand ich die Sauberkeit wenn man nicht mal geputzt hat. Und einiges wieder am Boden lag auch sonst der Badebereich war auch nie sauber. Jedenfalls toll fand Frühstücksbereich waren sehr höfliche hilfsbereite Angestellte. Obwohl mir ein wenig mehr Abwechslung gefehlt hat. Das Highlight war quasi der Omelette Bereich. Vielfach gab es vom Vorabend wie Nudeln Reis oder auch PouletSchnitzel was für mich nichts mit Frühstück zu tun hat.Zum Strandbereich muss ich sagen ist schön gemacht leider sind die Liegestühle recht abgenutzt von den Raben angefressen& Kot drauf.Was ich schade finde ist dass man nicht einen Rauchbereich macht.Schade.Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm und ruhig liegt vielleicht wegen Königspalast Und Hotel Palace Mandarin. Würde zweimal überlegen ob ich buchen würde. Gibt Conrad und Hyatt nebenan sehr gut. Jedenfalls fünf Sterne aber nicht Deluxe oder Luxus. Für diesen Preis viel zu teuer

Zentrale Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Etihad Towers, Corniche, Palast. Hotelstrand und Pool gut, Liegen und Schirme waren ausreichend vorhanden.

Absolute the best of them all. We had the best stay at Bab al Qasr. From facilities to hotel staff I will say nothing by praise. Everything was too notch. Room absolutely lovely and nice and clean. Pool area fantastic and beach too. Everyone was super helpful and we felt spoiled. Thanks for beautiful stay. Will come back in September again!!

It was my first visit. Very clean and spacious room and good hotel facilities. Staff are always responsive and fast to the need of guest. But, during high season the price will be expensive, so recommend to visit from May to Sept which will make price affordable.

While advertised as a 5-star hotel, the attention to detail leaves much to be desired. The electrical outlets were outdated, with only two functional ones located far from the bed, making it challenging to use an adapter. The bathrobes came with mismatched straps, and the bathroom’s marble surfaces were poorly maintained, giving the space a perpetually unclean appearance despite regular cleaning. The flush button was broken, and housekeeping skipped my room even though I had placed the “cleaning requested” sign. The hotel’s location is inconveniently far from other areas, and getting a taxi from there was difficult. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the management fell short in maintaining a high standard. Overall, this stay was not worth it—other nearby hotels may charge more, but they uphold the quality one expects from a 5-star establishment.

booked residence was told room not available so they gave me a room on the hotel side. Pink mold in the shower and no hot water into the shower either. Windows fithly as well

The carpet had a bad smell when we entered the room and the sofas were not the cleanest but overall the room was very spacious and grand. Views are impeccable.

The hotel seemed to be a good hotel, however, it was unacceptable for a 5 star hotel to have previous guest's hair left in the bathtub in the room. I work for The Ritz Carlton in Charlotte, NC which is also a 5 star hotel so I know that is unacceptable. That is very unsanitary. When I mentioned it to the gentleman that came to my room to clean it, the best he could do was wipe it out (not clean the tub).

Room lighting is over-engineered and poor. Some of the furniture is a bit dated. Staff were great.

This is probably the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed in. The building and its architecture are unrivaled. From the beautiful outside to the minor details on the inside. The lobby is absolutely fabulous, and also the gym is well-equipped, including free cold bottles of water. We had a room in the Residence Tower, and it was comfortable and clean. We had a decent view from the room. So far so good, but this hotel has issues. I did not experience any 5-star experience when it comes to hospitality. Maybe it is because of the regular audience that visits the hotel. The staff is very professional, but that's it: professional - not welcoming. At check-in there were no smiles and the additional details like a certain rebate were not mentioned. In the restaurant where we went for breakfast: same thing. Professional, but not friendly. Hospitality is a thing here. Also, you would expect a 5-star hotel to cater to an international audience, but the power plugins are all Arabic and you need an adapter (supplied at request) to power your electronics (if you are from Europe or the USA). In modern hotels nowadays you will find USB plugs but not in this hotel, despite the 5 stars. We had decent breakfasts every morning, but definitely 5-star level. I had better breakfasts in Spain in 3-star hotels. Anyway, let's end positive. The guy at the towel station named Yusun was super friendly and welcoming, making me feel special as a guest. He proves that it possible, an example for the rest.

Super fint utsikt, fräsch hotell! Trevliga personal, skönt att har sitt privat strand, bra pool. Men Wi-Fi fungerade nästan inte även man är i rummet.

Max 1 star from me because I asked for the Holy Quran (English version) and they took forever. I called reception at least 3 different times as a reminder. My trip ended by the book never arrived. Such a waste seriously!

We felt that the information displayed in Expedia was misleading and set our expectations completely wrong. The hotel didn’t give us any room upgrade and said they would never do that. They didn’t know what we were talking about when we mentioned the VIP Access qualification of this hotel and have not offered any additional benefit at all. So far, this whole VIP Access and Gold Expedia membership don’t mean or bring anything for us - very disappointed customers.

Terrible. I specifically requested a non-smoking room and was placed in a room stinking of smoke (Room 1958 to be specific)! If this tiny request cannot be honored for a guest, how does management manage to organize the big things. The fridge smelled like curry food, needed some cleaning. We waited almost 20 minutes for our luggage to be fetched upon check out. Unfortunately, very disappointing.

We arrived early morning and had not slept, after seeing us waiting for our room someone ensured we could check in to a room early. The hotel is relaxing, tranquil and feels like a palace. I will stay here next time I’m in Abu Dhabi.

Just got back from an amazing stay at this hotel with my friends and family, and honestly, everything was even better than I expected! From the second we pulled up, the valet parking made things super easy, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The concierge service was on point too, always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made a difference in how relaxed we felt right away. The rooms were clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Plus, the hotel’s location was great, and we had a blast. I was there for my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a complimentary cake. A huge thank you to Ayoub, Thea, Ifti, Rodeite, and all the other staff members whose names I didn’t catch. You all made the stay extra special! Overall, the place's vibe was perfect—stylish, cozy, and with little details that made our stay even better.

Our one-night stay was enjoyable. thank you! my daughters adore the pool. it would be great if you could set up or cover the pool, especially with the heat this summer. to increase the kid's enjoyment. By the way, when we got to the room, I saw that we had only been given one pair of room slippers, even though the reservation had stated that there would 2 adults. i immediately called your reception for three reasons: 1. a pair of extra slippers; 2. extra more coffee (i am a coffee addict, sorry); and 3. the TV wasn't functioning properly. He promised to send someone, and sure enough, he did, but he only fixed the TV. However, no one responded to this minor request until we checked out. I was also a little let down with the bed layout because I had hoped for some sort of decoration or a straightforward towel arrangement. like the dove of a lover. If you're able to visualize it. They made some surprises or made modest arrangements when we celebrated our anniversary in Baku, Azerbaijan, last year and at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers in 2023. so that it feels like our anniversary. However, thank you, they do send some anniversary cake. by the way, the staff who send us to our room is very nice. he's a role model. I'm not sure with the name "atif" "arif". room 2309, around 4PM, checked 19th July Sat.

Séjour parfait, très bel hotel, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, vue en haut de la chambre extraordinaire. Le personnel est très serviable, très attentionné, en particulier ROSE, à la piscine, qui a pris le temps de chercher tous les renseignements que j'avais besoin, aussi elle parlait Français, ce qui était très appréciable

L’hôtel est très bien Mais j’ai trouvé une baisse de qualité au niveau du service à l’accueil / étant déjà venue il y a 2 ans c’était mieux. Également le petit déjeuné à et mauvais et buffet également. Non qualitatif très peu de goût. Le jus d’orange n’est pas frais ce sont des bouteilles. Non digne d’un 5 étoiles.

Hotel situato in una zona signorile di Abu Dhabi, di fronte all' Emirates Palace.Bellissima la Hall in stile arabo.La camera assegnataci era spaziosissima con ampio soggiorno,camera da letto e doppi bagni,con una bellissima vista sull'Emirates,palazzo presidenziale e corniche.L' arredamento e' molto curato con mobili in stile.Il bagno principale e' dotato di vasca e una grandissima doccia separata.L' unico lato negativo e' la presenza della moquette sia nella camera che nei corridori esterni.La pulizia e' stata perfetta,ogni giorno venivano cambiate le lenzuola e gli asciugamani.La prima colazione e' prevalentemente salata con poco assortimento di dolci.Buono il ristorante a buffet con diverse serate a tema.Da migliorare il servizio del ristorante,spesso mancavano nella tavola tovaglioli e posate e il personale non sempre gentile.Il personale della reception e' stato molto cortese e professionale.
