Hôtel très beau et agréable, situé au cœur de la jungle. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est compétent, toujours prêt à nous aider, et la piscine est agréable, surtout quand le soleil est au rendez-vous. Le massage que j'ai reçu était très relaxant. Les chambres sont bien équipées, avec tous les articles de toilette nécessaires, et une gentille attention de la part du staff pour notre voyage de noces. Le seul bémol est l'absence de bouilloire électrique et un room service un peu lent, mais cela n'a pas gâché notre expérience.

I gave this an average review because of its 5 star rating which rather over-sells the establishment. Everything was ok. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds where everything worked. Also good WiFi throughout. Bedroom AC was too noisey so we turned it off the second night. Great swimming pool but needs new tiling. Breakfast just about acceptable but get a taxi and eat dinner in town. One bottle of water each for the whole duration of your stay is no more than 2 star.

O hotel me surpreendeu. Impressionante como os argentinos são preparados para receberem bem. Os funcionários têm uma elegância diferenciada, o que faz com que o hotel seja melhor do que os de mesmo nível no Brasil. As instalações são boas, tem piscina, academia, recreação, sauna, SPA e tudo muito pertinho, o que torna seguro de as crianças circularem para brincar. O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo. O ambiente é calmo, mesmo sendo um hotel médio para grande. As refeições são boas. O ruim é passar a fronteira, razão pela qual esse hotel somente será adequado se a pessoa deseja ficar na Argentina e não passar todo dia para o Brasil. No nosso caso a gente quis ter a experiência de ficar em Puerto Iguazu, almoçarmos nos restaurantes de lá e adoramos!

We loved this beautiful place - very retro kind of art deco look to it. An older resort, still beautiful, spacious, beautiful throughout and lovely grounds and pool. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the included breakfast and dinners. Very good food, varied large buffet style choices. The pool was warm and very enjoyable, lots of lounges, umbrellas and towels. Some paths through the grounds for walking. Our room was clean, very convenient, looked over a garden, large tub and shower. We received complimentary water and chocolates upon arrival, turn down chocolates first night, and a plate of cookies night before discharge. Very quiet neighborhood, about a 20 minute walk into the town. Housekeeping staff always had the room made up promptly in the morning. Highly recommend.

Great and very reasonably priced spa and a huge pool. The first day buffet dinner was disappointing so we went out the next day. The pool has chips missing and could do with some repair. Rooms are large and comfortable.

I highly recommend this resort. We had an amazing time with the staff from the bell hop, to the front desk, to the concierge, housekeeping and restaurant team - I felt like I was getting Disney resort level service. The rooms were great - the hotel lobby and dining space were very nice. And the whole place was surrounded by jungle, yet close to everything. Pool deck area was wonderful as well, though some of the tiles were worn. They also have a spa and we had a great massage there. Highly recommend!

Pasamos fin de año en el Hotel Falls Iguazú y nos recibieron con gran amabilidad y excelencia en el servicio. Destaco la cordialidad de todo el personal, la limpieza no solo de la habitación sino de todas las instalaciones, tanto el desayuno como la cena están incluidos en la estadía y el servicio es buffet, la verdad es que fue muy variado y sabroso, al igual que los almuerzos en el bar que se encuentra junto a la piscina. Volvería a elegir este hotel para mi próxima estadía en Iguazú.

Tidvis kaotisk. Og hotellet trenger en kraftig oppussing. Det var heller ikke spesielt rent. Maten passet ikke oss, så måtte finne restauranter. Naren var bra. De serverer heller ikke mat på kveld eller natt.

Recomiendo este hotel. Todo estuvo excelente. El personal es muy amigable, el hotel es lindo y esta bien mantenido. El cuarto es grande y la cama excelente. La comida variada y muy rica. Habia un poco de olor a humedad en las alfombras del cuarto que no se pudo solucionar en toda la estadia y no ofrecieron cambiarnos de cuarto, pero calculo que en todas hubiese pasado lo mismo, y tampoco era tan grave. Fuimos en temporada baja y habia poca gente en el hotel lo cual tambien sumó tranquilidad. Lo unico malo fue que habia alguien del front desk que fue bastante indiferente a lo que le preguntabamos y pediamos. Poco amable y atenta. Estando el hotel casi vacio no nos dejó hacer el check-in antes de hora ni late check-out, cuando nuestra habitacion estaba desocupada.

The hotel and grounds, pool/spa are beautiful, not far from town or the falls. Staff friendly and nice, rooms nice, comfortable and quiet. 2 meals a day included with the room rate which is convenient. Little things like no iron available, not a big deal, just wanted to mention in case clothes aren't ironed before packing :) Stayed 11/11/24 to 11/14/24

We loved this beautiful place - very retro kind of art deco look to it. An older resort, still beautiful, spacious, beautiful throughout and lovely grounds and pool. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the included breakfast and dinners. Very good food, varied large buffet style choices. The pool was warm and very enjoyable, lots of lounges, umbrellas and towels. Some paths through the grounds for walking. Our room was clean, very convenient, looked over a garden, large tub and shower. We received complimentary water and chocolates upon arrival, turn down chocolates first night, and a plate of cookies night before discharge. Very quiet neighborhood, about a 20 minute walk into the town. Housekeeping staff always had the room made up promptly in the morning. Highly recommend.

Nice property located within the jungle outside of town. Main issue we had was a problem with our room air conditioner which we couldn’t turn off. Temp went down to 58 degrees overnight unless we turned it off then got too hot by morning. Took them three tries to fix so only had one comfortable night out of three

Slightly dated but lovely place to stay. The buffet was not fantastic but more than adequate. Staff very pleasant and attentive and well trained. Rooms are large and well equipped - except no tea or coffee facility in the room. I would highly recommend.

Incrível. Tudo perfeito. Mesmo o desgosto que tinha com uma única funcionária do restaurante (além da flagrante diferença de tratamento em relação a nós brasileiros) tudo fica superado pelo profissionalismo da equipe, como um todo. Para exemplificar: dei falta dos meus óculos de sol do checkout. Não foi possível localizá-los, pois já tinha entregue o quarto. Depois, a Equipe me contactou, informando que haviam encontrado os óculos. Nós já estávamos muito longe, na estrada, rumo a nossa casa em Mato Grosso do Sul. Perguntei se, eu arcando com a despesa de postagem, eles me mandariam os óculos. Foi feito assim! Os óculos chegaram em perfeito estado. Isso demonstra empenho, compromisso, respeito. Hôtel très beau et agréable, situé au cœur de la jungle. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Recomiendo este hotel. Todo estuvo excelente. El personal es muy amigable, el hotel es lindo y esta bien mantenido. El cuarto es grande y la cama excelente. La comida variada y muy rica. Habia un poco de olor a humedad en las alfombras del cuarto que no se pudo solucionar en toda la estadia y no ofrecieron cambiarnos de cuarto, pero calculo que en todas hubiese pasado lo mismo, y tampoco era tan grave. Fuimos en temporada baja y habia poca gente en el hotel lo cual tambien sumó tranquilidad. Lo unico malo fue que habia alguien del front desk que fue bastante indiferente a lo que le preguntabamos y pediamos. Poco amable y atenta. Estando el hotel casi vacio no nos dejó hacer el check-in antes de hora ni late check-out, cuando nuestra habitacion estaba desocupada.

A very quite Hotel sited I the middle of a woods. Hotel provide breakfast and dinner buffet. Room is big enough and clean. There’s a nice pool as well. The girl in concerige is very helpful. She helped us to send the list iPhone back in a timely manner. We really appreciate their kind help.

The hotel and grounds, pool/spa are beautiful, not far from town or the falls. Staff friendly and nice, rooms nice, comfortable and quiet. 2 meals a day included with the room rate which is convenient. Little things like no iron available, not a big deal, just wanted to mention in case clothes aren't ironed before packing :) Stayed 11/11/24 to 11/14/24

This property is far removed from everything in Iguazu and unfortunately does not offer a shuttle service downtown even a few times a day . I wish they had given us better information about visiting the main attraction in their town . The pool area was busy with families and children . However it is there incredibly strange policy of not even including water with water and expecting you to pay for it that had me baffled . At 300$ a night I’m sure filtered water should have been included . The salads were appetizing but the main courses had very poor quality meat ( disappointing because Argentina is known for great meat) and the choices were very limited . The dessert selection was good however . It was also the attitude of the staff at the dining room that was puzzling .

Building was nice enough, and staff was friendly and professional. No complaints about staff. Convenient location to falls, but not a good walk to town. Food at dinner buffet was awful, and breakfast buffet was only slightly better. When I got hot milk out of the dispenser, a fly came out of it. Truly disgusting. Broken gym equipment, and gym not air conditioned. Had to buy bottled water for the whole trip, no free water provided in lobby or anywhere else except breakfast buffet where the dead fly was in the milk. Jets in bathtub did not operate properly.

I have never ever experienced food this bad in my whole traveling life. The dinner was just awful. And when we went to check out, the reception had 3 dollars in local currency, and could not make change. This place is a disaster, stay anywhere else!

Just on the food side. At breakfast, food like eggs and potatoes were raw, uncooked and cold. And at dinner package, no beverage was included (understandable), but even simple drinking water was not free, instead giving us fancy and pricey canned water. Everything else was ok.

For the price, there are far better options nearby. The dinner and breakfast were horrible, plain noodles or half-cooked chicken. The dinner gave me food poisoning and I was vomiting all night. Also, the sheets and pillows feel like the ones they give out on airplanes. The staff are friendly and the property is generally clean but the hotel felt very overpriced for the quality.

Really enjoyed the pool. Perfect swimming temperature with lots of shady places to sit. Did NOT enjoy the techno synthesized music on the loud speakers. Staff were outstanding. Food was good, not great.
