This is a fantastic property. One of the newer offerings in the area. Nice pool and hot tub as well as workout facility. Room is fantastic. I only have one complaint. Their Internet login process absolutely sucks. You have to login each device individually and that requires you signing up for Hilton Honors on each device. Their form will not accept any auto fill program so you have to type everything out key by key. This is absolutely Ludacris and somebody should be fired for putting this up in this manner. Probably won’t stay here again. There are too many other options in town to put up with this BS.

Easy access to your car once you checked in. Across the street there are several dining options and entertainment. The pool area was clean and inside which is perfect for the family. Breakfast was great with lots of variety.

This is in a great location in Kanab. You can walk to the local restaurants from the hotel. It was clean. Check in was easy and fast. Parking was good. I'd stay here again. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet for sleeping.

Nice new facility but very tight parking. Breakfast was a scramble to find seating due to so many familes there. The staff worked hard to keep up with demand. I think they did a good job. Plenty of friendly and helpful staff the single king room was nice and big. Although I'm not a fan of the barn door style for the bathroom door and no active vent fan for the bathroom left it steamed up after a shower.

The pool is wonderful! I chose this hotel because I was told that the indoor pool was warm and it was!! And the spa tub was great! The jets work well! The room was nice. I loved all the pull out shelves in the bathroom and bedroom that give extra space. The bed was a little too firm but not terrible. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

This hotel was spotless, the breakfast buffet was delicious. I had no idea it was a dog friendly hotel. I have stayed in other dog friendly places before. And you could tell there had been dogs there. Not this place, it was very well kept clean

Receptionist was very friendly and offered dining options. Room was comfortable but there were several dried spots of something on the bathroom floor from the toilet to the vanity. I don’t know how they could have missed it. We travel with slippers for this very reason. Usually not a Hampton Inn issue tho. Property was clean. Pool and hot tub were accommodating. Location is great for walking to dining locations.

The room we had was on the top floor...which gave us an amazing view of the red cliffs that surround Kanab. The hotel was very clean, the staff was quite helpful and it was close to several good restaurants and coffee shops that we could walk to.

We stayed in room 302, the mattresses is ready for an upgrade, definitely not the quality you usually get at a Hampton. The towels in our bathroom had faint stains on them, and the wood fixtures were in need of some care. The pillows on the bed were something you could get at Wal-Mart. The parking lot is tight and we have a smaller SUV, there was only 2 handicapped parking spaces near the front door and I didn't see any others. This was definitely not the best Hampton we have stayed in but it was one of the more expensive. It's time for a remodel, this place is below Hamptons standards.

The room was clean and exactly as advertised. However, the ceiling vent in the entry way was loud and ran constantly. It was difficult to sleep with the noise. The pillowcases were also rough (unlike the sheets) and some pillows were lumpy.

Check-in was easy, Cody made us feel like family! The facilities are so cutely decorated in a modern Western theme. The room was clean, comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was GREAT!!! Comfy pillows, clean towels, and a great selection of movie channels helped us rest and fully relax after a long drive. Thank you!

The stay was great, had to leave a little early that morning, and the girl at the front desk opened up the breakfast bar for me. she didn't have to do that, was very kind of her . will definatly stay there the next time im in Kanab

Things started out a bit difficult since the internet wasn’t working properly (would not stay connected) due (as I suspected) to an internal issue in their hardware. Once a computer savvy employee discovered the problem and fixed it things worked perfectly. I wound up staying for eight days! Kanab is really well located to explore a lot of what southern Utah has to offer. Parks, landmarks, and more. A short drive N, E, or W offers up fantastic landscapes to explore or just admire. Special thanks to Ashley and Kristy at the front who went above and beyond to help!!! Thanks again all.

This is a perfect location for day trips to see a lot of breathtaking nature scenes. The hotel staff was very professional, and very friendly. There is no doubt that we would stay here again. It’s a very well kept hotel.

Covid changed everything in the hospitality industry. The hotels made out like a bandit. Now no more cleaning the rooms except for every 3 days and gone are the days when you call the front desk and they actually bring it to your room. You have to go get it your self. This place is just like that. My hope is that these places start to realize that people will pay for service, or am i wrong. Nice place but right of the main road so truck and car noise all night.

Nice hotel, convenient place to get to all outdoor adventures. We raised concerns about the kitchen staff cleaning tables with the same rag falling on the floor then still using it to clean around the food and forcing you to let them make your waffle with the same dirty gloves that have been all over the place and we went to let the front desk know and we were totally dismissed and were assured that’s how they do it. So needless to say we didn’t have breakfast besides the first day. You have been warned. The pool was nice along with the rest of the hotel.

I left at 10-minutes 7, so missed breakfast that was to start at 6:30 am and they hadn't yet had the breakfast out. People were getting upset. I grabbed a coffee & left. Ate at McDonald so I can't rate the breakfast

We checked in the front desk person spent too much time selling people on locally cooked cake. We have stayed at many Hampton Inn and this is by far the most uncomfortable. Very flat pillows. The breakfast seemed very limited.
