This is a really nice property, very easy access to beach which is why we love it. Staff is very accommodating, and keep the place very clean. Was $65 a day to park the car , and $47 a day for a hotel fee so keep that in mind. Other than that, a really beautiful place.

Our room was very clean and very spacious. The staff were all nice and accommodating. However, $60 per night for parking is not cool!! My parking bill was $240. That's as much as my plane ticket. Luckly with the help of my wife reading reviews all night we found parking at a near by hotel which we paid $60 for our entire 4 night stay and it was literally a 2 minute walk from Beach House.

The elevator situation was very bad. 1 of 4 reserved for a roof top bar. 1 elevator out, so 2 elevators supported all guests. The wait was time consuming and frustrating. The street to pool elevator was also out making people traffic very poor. Otherwise we love the property, have been multiple times, but the elevator situation lowered the rating.

Clean, nice property. Room was nice and cleaned. Pool area did run out of chairs and they started really being strict with towels mid-week probably due to spring break. Very walkable and lots of dining options. 2 free guest chairs but you have to pay daily for umbrella. Didn’t like that you have cross street to go to beach and can’t freely go back and forth from pool and beach. Overall it was a nice experience

This was a nice property. Directly across from Beach / ocean views nice pool. Couple things I did not like… the daily resort fee of 50$ didn’t include all chairs or umbrellas, the elevator took forever one was broken / stairs did not go all the way up or down, Towels and tissues were not always replaced. Staff didn’t explain dos and don’t of property places where you could sit or not sit on deck. Place was clean/ nice / near everything . Beach beautiful/ would I stay again yes…. But the elevator had extremely long waits.

You can experience almost anything you could want from a beach resort getaway. An amazing beach is across the street. Tours, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, and an amazing night life all within easy walking distance. The pool area is amazing and the workout room is great. We caught a Marlins game, with only a 23 mile drive. The ride share drivers are always within seconds and the staff was awesome.

Staff was great, we rented two rooms for one night. room 1811 was ok at best for the price. Soap scum and black mold through the shower, exhast fan didnt work nor did all of the lights and the bathroom door didnt latch. Not to mention the dried blood on the bed frame near the balcony... the second room 19 somthing rented was imaculate.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional! The suite we stayed in itself was less to be desired. There was black mold in the master bathroom shower, and also water damage with buckled drywall beside the shower. We paid for a king suite with what was advertised as a full kitchen. There were 4 plates/bowls and cutlery for 4. When I called down for cooking supplies we were given 1 frying pan, 1 pot that was it. No toaster, kettle, or anything else for a full function kitchen. I could not cook meals for my family in this suite with what was provided to us. The pull out coach cushions were covered in stains, and there was a large brown stain on the main carpet in the main living room. So the room was definitely tired and needed a deep clean. The location was exceptional you could walk to everything on the main strip, restaurants and shopping. The beach access for the hotel was convenient, but only included 2 beach chairs. So we had to pay each visit for an additional 2 chairs for our family of 4 along with an umbrella, as those were not included in the daily resort fee. We had rented a car, and valet parking was the only option at $58 US dollars per day. In hindsight we should have just used Uber and not rented the car to save on those costs. The staff here are amazing, so helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel itself is a hub for business conferences. Some days it took 5 minutes or more for the elevator as it was so busy. Don't book a kitchen suite if you're planning to cook!

The hotel was nice but our room wasn’t clean the bathroom toilet was dirty I cleaned it myself with our sanitizer wipes and when I tried to make coffee the coffee pot was full of dirty pods and had mold growing in the tray so I had to clean that also

My wife ans I booked a Junior Suite Deluxe Overview. The bathroom needed to be cleaned again. The shower was EXTRA small. We are not large women at all. We called guest services about this. Would was very helpful and willing to help. We moved to another room with about at foot larger shower. We had to pay additional fee but this room was much cleaner and more spacious bathroom. The grounds, staff, and public areas were very clean. Need to update the rooms. I would not return.

The room was dirty, mold in the shower, floors were dirty, the lounge chair was ripped and balcony floor was dirty, the windows were so dirty they were cloudy, furniture stained, towels and sheets weren't soft, room service took too long and they forgot things. No soap or towel or paper towels in kitchen, had to call to get supplies, stove stained. I had to pay for an umbrella on the beach for our chairs on the beach and had to sit where I could barely see the ocean, people were walking off the streets and taking chairs for free in front of us. Got reservations for Nube and people were just walking in and crowding our table so we left before dinner. Very expensive vacation, very disappointing.

Nice hotel and surroundings. Room was very nice. We took a suite with terrace but it was so so dirty outside we could not sit on the chairs wasnt even wakable cause with our shoes we were bringing all the dirt in.

Loved being on the beach! Our room was huge! Balcony view of the ocean. Spotlessly clean. Service was amazing- on top of any request. Beds - pillows you didn’t want to get out of in the mornings All staff were friendly and on top of it.

Our trip got off to a rocky start, but the staff was accommodating to my concerns. Room 226 has a beautiful view, but can be a bit noisy with the street traffic and bar below it. The accomodations were comfortable and my kids and I enjoyed our stay overall.

Beautiful location, nice modern spacious rooms, excellent food on site, great atmosphere and excellent service. My only complaint was mattresses were too firm for me and overcrowded pool area but staff manage the best they can to accommodate so guests to "save" chairs when not there.

Super friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds. Loved the view from our balcony . The coffee maker in the room was amazing, I may end up buying one. I loved walking across the street and walking the beach in the morning. Located next to great restaurants. We will be back.

Called multiple times for room service but no on answered. I had to go downstairs and get my Owen food from a cafe. The floor had hair and dirt all over. Our feet after showering were caked in dust/dirt. We went to the beach and they had no towels for over an hour. Eventually came back wet and walked through the hotel without being able to dry off. Although the hotel is beautiful the service was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

This property was beautiful! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the staff. All of the staff were so friendly, probably the nicest and most accommodating hotel staff I have ever experienced in my stays while traveling. The property has some amazing food options and our room did not disappoint! Our balcony view was stunning. I highly recommend Ft. Lauderdale Beach House Resort by Hilton. I can’t wait for us to go back!

Beautiful hotel on the beach!! Great restaurants on site. Very nice pool had 150 chairs but ONLY 12 umbrellas which was poorly planned out. Guests were unhappy with that ALL day. Housekeeping and room service staff not that great. I asked for ice to the room and they told me to go get it. My key card wouldn't let me get to a floor that had the ice machines, so I had to go downstairs to get ice. The same thing happened the 3 days I was there. One person told me to walk the stairwell and find ice!!! I asked for face towels and the person on the phone asked what did I need them for? They need to work on customer service at this location.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the Hilton Beach House in Ft. Lauderdale. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for unwinding, and the location just steps from the beach made it easy to soak in the sun and sea. The staff truly stood out with their friendly and attentive service.

Poor costumer service.Pool chairs reserved for random people not even quest. Even if you want to spend money you are beiing neglected.Pool bar waiters nice.Beach attendees terrible.Same charging for chair and umbrella randomly.little cafeteria staff rude not even bother to look at you.We went for a dinner in Marriott down the street we got excellent service.Sorry Hilton you need a lot of improvement.

The property was prime location. Very clean. The staff was very kind and attentive. For a week stay the larger rooms are wonderful. The pool area was great but can get crowded very easily. It was very windy during our stay so we only did 1 pool day and stayed on the beach the rest. For families, this is a wonderful hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — close to everything and surrounded by great restaurants within walking distance. The suites are incredibly cozy, spacious, and spotlessly clean, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The Hotel is in a great location directly across the street from the Beach. Just a FYI and REAL Important if you rent a car do it from the Avis also (Budget) across the street from the hotel you can walk there in approx. 5 minutes. If you rent it from there you avoid the $60.00 dollar per day Valet charge it's free if you rent it from them. All in all probably one of the best stays at a Hotel I've ever experienced.

We went for 2 nights, there is a steak house that we're fond of. Lauderdale is 2 hours away by car. The biggest surprise was the valet parking that descended on us before the car stopped. Valet parking only. He gave me a ticket, $60.00 per day +tax. WOW. We had to get our stuff out while standing in the active driveway. We hadn't even been inside. The hotel is nice, the staff was great. Breakfast however not hot or even warm on day 1. Room temperature. Day 2 we ate inside and the food was just warm. The quality was good but temperature was very disappointing. The room was nice.

Loved the location, walkability and ease of being at the beach! The staff was all very welcoming, kind, helpful and responsive. Whenever we needed anything it was promptly taken care of! They had a great restaurant on site - Illios - I just wish it was open for dinner! Overall a great family friendly resort that I would return to!

Nice property and a good value. Staff is very friendly, attentive and responsive. S3 is a gem and convenient to have on site. Ilios is also a good restaurant and provides in-room service for the property. Overall pleased with my stay there and would definitely stay again.

Stayed with family. Lovely place to stay, perfectly situated for enjoying both Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The staff at reception and the bar were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Mario and his colleague at the bar, they were absolutely fantastic.

Generally food was overpriced and just above average. That included the hotel and surrounding restaurants. I'm sure there were places with excellent food that we missed. The overall value makes this a worthwhile destination for someone simply looking to relax, stay local to their hotel, and minimize the effort and time related to additional travel.
