Stayed 1 night

The check in time was 3pm but they asked us to wait for half an hour (talk to them few times) due to unavailability of the room. Staff mentioned that they were overbooked the night before thats why the room isnt ready yet eventhough we booked the room a week before and check out time is 12pm. Nobody has informed us ahead of time that there will be a delay, which is very unprofessional. Most of the people came from long hours of travel when they check in, its frustrating that there was no message from them at all that there was an issue. Food and amenities are great.

Decent room. Comfy bed. But bathroom sink didn't drain properly, but I told the front desk and she made a note for maintenance to address it.

It was amazing, the room was very clean, breakfast was great, loved the shuttle service from the airport and back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was the Internet connection and not able to watch tv.
