The hotel is situated a short walk from the port and cathedral. Plenty of restaurants close by and the hotel does have its own restaurant. Very pleasant team from first arrival and through the stay to departure. We were able to take our room earlier than expected but we were not in high season. Breakfast is continental with the typical choices. The roof top terrace is sunny from early morning through to late afternoon and a great place to relax. We really enjoyed our short stay at the BO hotel

The BO hotel is right in the heart of the historic city so it’s a great location. The only downside is the nightlife goes on until 2am. The staff is wonderful and the rooftop lounge area and hot tub provides a great place to relax after exploring the city. There are many choices of restaurants in a short walk. We would absolutely stay there again.

Staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Very pleasant room and the hotel is situated in a delightful area of the city, near the marina, cathedral and many good shops and restaurants. I think from the research we did it is good value - given that Palma seems to be quite an expensive place hotel wise. It’s a boutique sort of hotel. There is a good restaurant and a roof terrace which we didn’t have time to visit, but no real public areas to say, sit and read the paper during the day. All in all though, we had a really good stay. Great staff. Lovely square just nearby with good restaurants too.

This Hotel was truly exceptional - from the staff to the room and cleanliness to another level - if we come back to Palma we will certainly stay here again - the top terrace was just superb at the end of a long walking stint in the town - lovely comfy sunbeds and a great view with a jacuzzi thrown in too

the room is pretty but the water is a problem. There is very little pressure in the sink and the temperature in the shower and sink isn't consistent. A pet peeve of mine is the quilts. They are beautiful, all hotels have them. You need to be staying at the North Pole with the windows open to sleep under them. Why can't the hotels make the beds with a light blanket. I'm sure it cost them a fortune to have the air conditioning low enough for customers to sleep under the quilt.

Conveniently located in the old town close to the cathedral. The hotel would best be described as a boutique hotel. Our room was large and had all the usual amenities. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fairly typical. The elevator is very small. Many nearby restaurants.Only downside is the (people) noise from the streets at night.

Our room was a good size, bright and airy (not always possible in Palma) and perfectly clean. The hotel team were fab. However a major disappointment was the breakfast; we’ve had much better in other hotels in Palma. The buffet selection was poor, unappealing and often ran out. We were surprised given that the hotel is linked to Ritzi restaurant.The hot food not particularly enjoyable sadly. And on one day only one waitress on breakfast shift to attend to many guests; she was run off her feet and clearly couldn’t cope. We really felt for her. Sadly we won’t be returning but only because of the breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at BO Hotel. The staff were great throughout, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant was a nice place to sit and have drinks although we did not eat. The location is perfect, in a lovely street with lots of restaurants and walking distance to everywhere. Modern rooms and bathrooms. The only downfall is that we could hear a lot from the street and from other parts of the hotel in the nights but it didn't bother us really.

I like everything about this property but the water. It took forever to get hot water and when it came it was inconsistent. One second hot the next cold. It makes for a horrible shower.

The best check in - ever! We got to the hotel early (10:30 am) and our room was ready. They let us check in and while they took the bags up to the room, gave us a champagne welcome drink. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Old city and very close to the the cathedral and port. Staff was truly amazing.
