I had a truly wonderful stay at Jetwing Colombo Seven in Sri Lanka’s captivating city of Colombo! I was particularly impressed with the chains ethos of sustainability: a feature that the hotel employs throughout in its practices. The staff here are absolutely fantastic - Chathurika and Samantha on the reception desk made sure my stay went smoothly, and in general, everyone working at Jetwing Colombo Seven are committed to making their guest’s time here a positive experience. My room was gorgeously outfitted in textural wooden tones, with a huge king size bed, and beautiful bathroom. A host of amenities, including free water, tea and coffee, and a well stocked minibar, were also included. The breakfast, served on the ground floor in an expansive light filled dining room, was delicious, with a host of options, both continental and Asian. The highlight of Jetwing Colombo Seven, though, is undoubtedly its panoramic rooftop space - the views out over Colombo from up here are spectacular and I had a mesmerising final evening in the infinity pool, sipping my handcrafted arrack based cocktail, and enjoying the glittering surrounds.

very well managed hotel in a great central location, safe neighborhood, close to all major sightseeing points. large, newly renovated and very well furnished rooms with all amenities; large and comfortable beds. very friendly staff throughout the hotel und excellent service. fantastic rooftop for drinks and also delicious dining. will definitely stay here again on a next visit to colombo. truly recommendable!

The room was very humid and had moisture around the air vent and ceiling. The ceiling had what looked like mold because of the poor ventilation. Assume this could be health hazard. Informed the employee, and the only response was sorry. No compensation whatsoever.

I have been coming several time in the hotel it is normally amazing, clean, superb rooftop, but for some reasons this time, i got some issue with a team member at the front desk for checking in and checking out. Bed sheet had a huge foot mark in the middle which make the experience mediocre. The quality level is really not consistant, it is a real pity because the hotel, room, food , location , roof top , gym are very superb. Maybe tiny things but can make huge difference. It is a warning, hopefully quality of service will be better next time

I don’t any to highlight that the Housekeeping was excellent, Pahan, the housekeeping staff who cleaned my room did an excellent job by keeping the room clean and tidy daily. He was honest and courteous (I never locked things away). All in all the staff were friendly. Food was average in Ala Carte menu but I enjoyed the breakfast and nice and friendly atmosphere. I’m going to come back in our next trip to Colombo.

Unfortunately communication with Jetwing is terrible. We have an unresolved issues between Expedia and Jetwing. To resolve a booking issue and issue a refund Jetwing are needed to respond to communication from Expedia and/or ourselves. I have rated the hotel 1 star in a hope in hearing from Jetwing regarding this matter. Rooftop food is poor and service is slow. The rooftop pool is wonderful and rooms are clean.

Excellent service and room. The staff were all kind and helpful and went out of their way to help in all ways. The food was great too. I liked the ambience in the room. the bath tub, the bathroom, the kitchen and the room was very comfortable, including the bed. I appreciated the black out curtains and I was able to rest and replenish. I enjoyed my stay immensely. I didn't really want to leave. I will return again another time soon. Thank you for the great experience.

Excellent quality hotel, in terms of design and cleanliness etc. Rooftop pool is a huge plus with wonderful views across the city. Cinnamon gardens is a nice area with cool cafes and park walkable from the hotel. Would highly recommend!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Unser Aufenthalt war rundum sehr gut. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wir viel zu früh angekommen sind und trotzdem schon einchecken durften, obwohl der Check-in eigentlich erst um 15 Uhr war. Auch das Essen war wirklich sehr gut – frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Hotel ist sauber, gemütlich und perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

came more than 15 times in this hotel, it is usually very good , thats why i stay here. but this time the service was clearly not here. Serious issues at the front desk, lack of management and training. Some of the front desk guys are not trustable which ruin the experience... very big footmark on my bed sheet, wrong information given for taxi pick up at train station, wrong invoice given/ didnt want to provide receipt. Issues with laundry, it is not a bad luck , but for sure a lack of training from the managements... so who to blame? I am not sure i would give another try but well if the staffs are stil behaving this way i guess hotel will loose a lot of guests. kinda sad though, location is wonderful, roof is amazing , food is okay, breakfast has everything you need, its more like a boutique hotel very charming and quiet but well I dont know didnt feel well during my last stay

We had a joining suite. The showers didn't have sustainable water tempreture. The faucet would go from scalding hot to icy cold in seconds, back and forth. I explained this to the staff, however, they didn't understand. I was left waiting for service in the bar for long periods on both occasions that I visited. I had to go an source staff ro serve me. When they did my orders took a very long time even though there were very few people using the bar.
