Decepcionante siempre he reservado en cityexpress porque tienen transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y esta vez no nos quisieron dar ese servicio sin embargo a otros huespedes que llegaron mas tarde si. Cuando yo he sido huesped por varios años con esta cadena de hoteles. Dudo mucho que vuelva a reservar con ellos. El checking muy lento. No hay servicio de restaurante a las 9 de la noche. Y el desayuno aun estando ya puesto no nos dejaron tomarlo por faltar 10 minutos para la hora que marcan. Nosotros saliamos muy temprano de ahi por cuestion personal. Asi que fue un hospedaje muy caro para lo poco que disfrute. Solo para dormir unas horas. Deben ser flexibles en ciertos casos para no perder huespedes.

El hotel esta bien ubicado. Aunque pides transporte al aeropuerto y no hay debido a que su camioneta reparte clientes en las maquiladoras. Las habitaciones apesar de que parecen limpias, huelen a sudor. Me he quedado varias veces, en todas es lo mismo. Salvo eso lo demas esta bien.

Increíble que las sábanas y las almohadas sean de tan baja calidad y las usen en tan mal estado. Reserve y me dieron la tarifa más alta de todas. A pesar de eso el cuarto tenía los blanocos más viejos que me han puesto en cualquier hotel

Llegamos a las 8:00PM y nos dieron el cuarto 311 el aire no servia estaba muy caliente a las 11:30 de la noche llamamos para decirles y mandaron a alguien y nos dijo que a la mejor no sabiamos prender el aire o que lo habiamos puesto mal. Alas 12 de la madrugada nos cambiaron de cuarto y tuvimos que cambiarnos a esa hora y solo dijeron lo siento. No habiamos dormido por unas 30 hrs porque manejamos mucho y para llegar a un hotel y pase eso x que nunca tienen prdndidos los aire hasta que uno entra al cuarto y aparte no es barato .

Wifi was slow and useless most of the time. Hotel is not in a great location with nothing nearby so if you want food/drink you need a car. Menu was average Some areas of the hotel was stifling hot and smelt bad. AC only blows directly at your head in bed so regulating heat during the night was not ideal Dangerous area after 6pm and most food delivery services stopped late afternoon. If I have to go back to Reynosa again I won't consider this hotel.

La señorita de la recepción desconoció la reserva hecha con Expedia y dijo que los rangos de edad de mis hijos no aplicaban en los lineamientos de City Express, de forma prepotente y nos dijo que a ver cómo le hacíamos porque ella desconocía totalmente el servicio de Expedia, de hecho, nos cobró otra tarifa con motivo de las edades de mis hijos, no obstante, en el proceso de reservación se indicada que son menores de edad los menores de 17 años, como lo es legalmente en México

the worst experience of my life . The Hotel offer the shuttle service but the front desk attendant told.me that the shuttle service not offer for the day that I need a ride to the airport, even when I saw the driver not doing anything but eating papitas and talking to other co-workers at the restaurant tables . Also I call front desk to request a towells nobody answer at front desk.

NO ME GUSTO QUE NO HAY NINGUN TIPO DE SERVICIOS. NO HAY NADA EN LAS MAQUIAS DE CONVENIENCIA QUE DICEN QUE HAY. NO HAY DONDE TOMAR UN CAFE. (SI TIENES SUERTE, SOLO CAFE AMERICANO ) NADIE TE ATIENDE. FUERA DE LA RESEPCION, NO HAY NINGUN SERVICO.

Decepcionante siempre he reservado en cityexpress porque tienen transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y esta vez no nos quisieron dar ese servicio sin embargo a otros huespedes que llegaron mas tarde si. Cuando yo he sido huesped por varios años con esta cadena de hoteles. Dudo mucho que vuelva a reservar con ellos. El checking muy lento. No hay servicio de restaurante a las 9 de la noche. Y el desayuno aun estando ya puesto no nos dejaron tomarlo por faltar 10 minutos para la hora que marcan. Nosotros saliamos muy temprano de ahi por cuestion personal. Asi que fue un hospedaje muy caro para lo poco que disfrute. Solo para dormir unas horas. Deben ser flexibles en ciertos casos para no perder huespedes.
