保護者、子供2名（小学生（添い寝）、高校生）の３名で利用しました。部屋はセミダブルのツインで、ちょうど良い広さでした。スタッフの方々にも親切にご対応いただきました。天神のすぐそばなので駐車料金が高く付くのではと心配していましたが、宿泊者は一泊1,500円で利用でき、近隣駐車場に停めるより安く済みました。歩いて天神やキャナルシティ博多に行け、地下鉄の駅もそばにあり、目的地へアクセスしやすかったです。

駐車場隣接がありがたい。外観などは綺麗であった。しかし部屋の清掃に関して少し疑問が残った。ベッドの下にペットボトルの蓋のゴミが落ちていたり、気持ち悪かったのが、ドレッサー前の椅子を引くと髪の毛と服のタグが椅子の上に残っていたこと。椅子を引けばわかるのに。椅子をどけて掃除していないのか?お風呂の排水も流れにくく、シャワーしていると世話もしていないのにお湯が流れずに溜まっていた。一年前利用した時は清潔なホテルの印象があり、予約したのにもう利用したくないなと思います。

I've stayed at this property before and had a similarly wonderful experience. Both English speaking and Japanese speaking staff members are very helpful as they helped coordinate a luggage transfer to the airport! I also made a mistake with the check-out date and had to change rooms for an extra night, but they were able to have a room ready prior to official check-in time so the change didn't end up being a hassle. There's plenty of convenience stores and a supermarket nearby, plus the area makes it easy to go to both Tenjin and Hakata, so it's convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious as well.

Tres difficile pour se faire comprendre. Effectivement mon anglais n est pas terrible mais meme avec une traduction en japonais, cela a etait difficile. Nous avons voulu envoyer nos bagages a l hotel suivant et on a l impression qu ils n ont jamais fait çà. La personne a essaye d appeler l hotel pour savoir si cela était possible et au final, elle nous a donné un bon à remplir dans notre chambre. Le probleme, c est que nous ne savons pas réellement les informations à mettre, notament où mettre notre nom et qui est l expediteur, nous ou l hotel où nous etions ??? De plus, il fallait 3 jours pour que cela arrive. De ce fait, nous avons fini par garder nos valises avec nous. Mais quand on nous dit que c est facile et que le personnel est là pour nous aider, ce n est pas le cas. A part cela, ma chambre est correcte, et la literie est bonne

When I requested an extra one, I was surprised to hear they were out of stock for the night. Consequently, I had to use a rolled-up towel as a makeshift pillow for two nights. 渡邊通站出來走3-5分鐘，周邊三家超商都有還有超市。步行到運河城約10-15分鐘、步行至天神商店街約10分鐘。飯店旁邊就有腳踏車可以租借。符合預算的話最佳選擇!

덴진과 하카타역 중간정도에 위치해 있어서 어디를 가도 접근성이 좋았어요, 덴진과 하카타는 걸어서 10-12분, 택시로는 4-5분 정도 걸린거 같아요, 호텔룸은 슈퍼 싱글 남자 2명이서 충분히 쓸수 있었고 일본인거 감안하면 화장실은 좀 작았지만 그래도 청결했어요, 가성비 좋고 룸 컨디션도 좋은편이어서 다음에 재방문 의사 있습니다~~

조식이 정말 맛있었어요. 직원분들도 친절하고 객실도 넓어서 불편하지 않았어요. 위치도 지하철역에서 가깝고 근처에 돈키호테 15분정도, 캐널시티 10분이면 도보로 갈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 호텔 근처에 식당들도 많아서 위치나 서비스 정말 좋았습니다. 재방문의사 있어요 ^^

車のサイズが大きかったので、平面駐車ができて良かったです。セキュリティも良かったです。朝食はもっと種類があれば嬉しいです。平日だったので混雑もなく、食事場所は他の人と距離がとれて良かったです。

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The things i didn't enjoy were the small from the smoking area near the elevators and crowded lobby and the dining room. The hotel must be popular with the tour groups, which caused the heavy traffic at these areas often. The hotel staff mentioned and advised me to give extra time to go to the breakfast, but we gave up the breakfast one of the days because there was a waiting line to be seated. I wish the hotel comes up some solutions when they have a large tour groups. The last thing i would like to mention that you need a pair of very comfortable shoes. You would need a lot of walking to stations and stores.

Hotel is a drop off point for tourists. Location is great but too many tourists crowding area to get into elevator checking in and out. Breakfast area is overcrowded, stressful to get your food. We have to come back twice to get the crowd to die down and food is almost gone. Will look for other options next time
