This was an excellent stay. Loved the upgrade and the welcome. Very luxurious. There was an opportunity for pantry shopping to have been included however we arrived with our own supplies. The facilities were amazing and the shower was excellent. Very eco-conscious.

The apartment was so roomy and well presented. The only thing was the bed was a bit hard. There also was no maid service to make the beds, and we weren't aware of this. Also, the couch was very uncomfortable. However the location was superb, the apartment was so clean. quiet and service from the staff was great.

Woke up itchy. Small black bugs in bedding etc. Very Unhygienic shower/bathroom.Worms and other discussing things infesting both bathroom drains and floor surfaces, also the Glass shower screen,screen door. Shower floor edges black, wormy and slimmy also. My Feet were stung when entering. Closer inspection with a bright light reveled some sort of massive, hairy, wormy drain monster too horrid and sickening words can't decribe, consuming the 4inch wide drain system from shower drain to bathroom floor drain in length minimum!

The apartment was clean and well appointed, but the design was terrible - the bathroom at one end of the apartment and the bedroom at the other. Needing the bathroom in the middle of the night nearly needed a map and search light!!!

Got given a room facing the car park and it was very noisy, sounded like constant cargo being transported in and out. Also there was intermittent banging, like there was heavy furniture being moved on and off during the time I was there. All times of the day. Very odd. Maybe they were renovating? The rooms were very clean and very nice. Next time I will ask for a quiet room facing the water...

Quest always spotless, the pre check in process was ridiculous, saved no time, just irritated by multiple text requests to do it for a seamless arrival. It saved no time, check in was no quicker-all it did was stress us while driving 700km with varied range.

The property was clean and spacious with all of the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The location is great and near lots of easy to walk to places such as cafes, restaurants, Pirate Life Brewing etc. Disappointed with the "service" provided by the person on the front desk. They were not friendly and did not make us feel welcome. They did not provide helpful information that would have improved our stay and were not approachable in any way. We felt that some of the Quest policies are a little out of date and for this reason will most likely not stay at Quest again unfortunately.

Poor attitude and spoken to with the same manner from the receptionist at check in at 9.30am, told me she would also sms me when room was ready. I never received the sms, yet when we came back to collect the room key her boss was on and she couldn't have been more pleasant. Hospitality is 24/7, not when you feel like it.

First time staying in Port Adelaide and we were surprised with our last-minute selection. The reception was clean & tidy with friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities needed including coffee machine and superb water pressure in the shower. And the port area had many dining options with safe parking on site. Highly recommend.

The apartment was clean, well-facilitated and quiet. The view from the balcony was good. I understand that coffee pods can get exensive but a better range would be great...plus bigger mugs for the morning! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back...we love the Port! A restaurant would have been great too but there's plenty to choose from locally!

Great place to stay when passing through Adelaide. Close to some nice restaurants and breweries in Port Adelaide. Easy to get to from the highway and great parking. Clean and comfortable rooms with kitchenette. Not sure why but the reception closes early (at 9pm?) but otherwise great!
