Calgary Airport Marriott In-Terminal Hotel

I have reviewed Airport Marriott in the past and if anything they are even better! THIS is my absolute favourite splurge and way to start every trip. Having all the details taken care of and just rolling into the airport is awesome. We also have started using their long term valet parking service. Maybe next trip …. I’ll plan to try the new in house spa !

Extra charge for overnight parking ( 36-45$) pro night and fees for internet (9.99 for insecure and 19.99$ for secure internet) Way out of line for a hotel of this price range.

The club level is worth it. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Typical Marriott hotel-on the upper end of airport hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. However note that self parking was $36/per day, so if you are renting a car, arrange to pick it up the next morning if you're staying the night upon arrival. On site restaurant offered good selection.

Convenience of being in the airport was great. Thought for the price there should’ve been softer towels. Spa was great.

Bar, pleasant enougj

Empty shower gel, leaking shower door, and broken elevators. Had to take the service elevator (some people waited up to an hour). Not pleasant when traveling. On the upside, the staff were very nice and the room was spacious.

It’s incredibly quiet and it is in the international terminal . Very nice rooms great amenities including a swimming pool and 24 hr fitness room. Also excellent front staff!

Check in is always quick and efficient, staff are always helpful and friendly. The room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable, wifi works great, the Yakima restaurant has good food and service is just ok. The bartender was a nice guy but also has to serve guests at the bar and in the lounge and that is too much work load for one person when it’s busy (which is most nights). I was able to check some food into their freezer for the night which is very convenient. We love staying here because it’s so close to the terminal and save time when you have an early morning flight. We sometimes use the concierge and leave our vehicle there this is always easy and they will bring it up and keep it warmed up until you come to pick it up after your flight.

Room was spotless, very convenient location.

Very clean and quiet. I had an international flight departing at 0615 so staying 5 minutes from my check in gate was very convenient.

I recently stayed at the Marriott and had a disappointing experience. Despite requesting room cleaning twice, the service was not completed. No fresh towels, stained sheets. My stay was far from satisfactory. I hope the hotel will address the situation For future guests.

Missed a clean and then said we had privacy sign on. We were not even in the hotel

Rooms were spotless and clean. Over all good experience. The best thing is it inside the Airport.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate.

I love this hotel. It is super clean, modern, quiet, and safe. The shower is nice, and amenities awesome. The staff is courteous and customer service oriented.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had an amazing view of the airport runway, yet it was sound proof.

Spacious, clean, great shower, competent courteous staff. Restaurant menu so so. Limited offerings.

A Soft Landing at the Calgary Airport Marriott As you’d expect from a Marriott, the beds were cloud-level comfy and the pillow menu had more options than a coffee shop—perfect for actually getting a good night’s sleep before (or after) a long flight. The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond, especially the restaurant team, who were genuinely wonderful. The only hiccup? Our fridge decided to take the night off—which isn’t ideal when you’re traveling with medication that needs to stay cold. Thankfully, the kitchen staff swooped in and saved the day with smiles and solutions. The location couldn’t be better—step off a late-night flight or roll out of bed for an early one, and you’re practically already at the gate. All in all, a solid and reliable choice when you need comfort and convenience wrapped into one.

Fantastic location within the terminal. No having to walk outside or short shuttle bus. Great size room. One of the best showers I’ve been in (pressure & temperature wise).

This Marriott is very nice and the staff is outstanding. Unfortunately there is a bit of noise all night from the planes, it is a low hum after a while but I would ask for a room on the opposite side of the runways even tho the view of the runways is fascinating. People seemed to be openi g and closing doors in the hall all night too. Just a bit noisy.

Impeccable service all through our 6 days stay. From checking in to our room delicately decorated with rose petals for our wedding anniversary, beautiful desserts delivered to our room. M lounge was the best 👌

The service doesn't align with the price. My husband and I needed a place to spend the night between a late flight and early departure. We chose this hotel for convenience. Never again, I'll take the cab for 5 minutes and go to the hotels we have frequented in the past for much cheaper. Upon check in their credit card machines wouldn't read either of our cc's. We hadn't had an issue at any other establishment before or after (including our international trip), so their machines were defunct. Yet, the hostess implied it was our credit cards and not her machine. She was annoyed she had to manually enter our card. We got to the room, and went to watch Netflix to fall asleep. Found out they charge you extra $15 for internet. I was mind blown. Thought there would be coffee in the room, for our early wake up at 5. Again, nothing. At this point I was annoyed. The tipping point for me was: I paid for the room upfront through hotels.com and the hotel charged me an incidental fee when I checked in. This was not a deposit, but an actual fee. I was not provided with any paperwork that they actually charged me, I stumbled across it when I was reviewing my CC statement a few days later. So how can a company charge you a cost without providing you a any receipt??? We didn't incur any incidentals, but I was charged anyway.... when I contacted the hotel, they told me to follow up on 2 weeks if my card was not credited. Wow, not my job to chase a charge not authorized

I was staying there because I had an early morning flight from Calgary airport after a stay in the Canadian Rockies. But because of the WestJet strike, I needed instead to fly out of the Spokane Washington airport. Thus I didn’t need my Marriott Calgary airport room. Both the airline and the car service gave full refunds when I needed to cancel those accommodations 24 hours prior because they stated the strike was something out of my control and out of the ordinary. Marriott refused to give me a refund and charged the full amount. They were not accommodating in any way and I am so disappointed in them especially because I have been a loyal Marriott customer. But because of this, I will no longer be staying at any Marriott property moving forward

Fantastic to be inside the airport with easy access to gates and ability to take luggage trolley into one's room

Arriving late in evening, it was convenient to be able to walk over within the airport confines.

Inside airport terminal. Walk to customs and gate. Very clean modern. Would stay again.

The best part of this property was the location. I had a 6:30 a.m. international flight and it was wonderful to wake up and already be in the terminal. We headed straight to check in and didn't have to deal with rental car return or shuttles.

Wonderful hotel! Very convenient for our early morning flight. The only downside is that the attached dining option was not very kid friendly.

Ordered room service. Hot meal came in a cardboard container. Tried to cut the food with a wooden knife, which just tore up both food and.paper plate. Food was good.

Morning dining options not very good. We would have been better off delaying breakfast until we were in the airport.

The breakfast included was provided by a $50 voucher, and while that might sound like a lot, the restaurant is also very expensive ...... top quality to be sure, but you can't get two full morning meals plus coffee without having to pay a little extra!

We were tired when we checked in after a long day of flying. We ‘risked’ having dinner in the hotel restaurant. What a surprise. Great wine list, excellent service and the food delicious. We would definitely stay again.

Dining is too limited for the amount that you pay for the rooms. The airport restaurants are excellent, compared to the hotel eating choices. The food court should be a representation of the airport terminal restaurants.

Staff was amazing, restaurant was mediocre at best for price , i would certainly try to improve food or menu if trying to charge prices
