Hard for a business to hit all the marks, but Boutique Luna certainly achieves that. Would definitely stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and big rooms, beautiful decor...not to mention the pool.

Very nice hotel with a good location and a beautiful rooftop with a small pool. We had an issue with the aircondition, but the staff did everything they could to help us out. There is also parking right underneath the hotel and a nice lobby. Can only recommend spending time here!

This hotel was absolutely brilliant right in the middle of Granada with incredibly helpful staff both on the reception and in the dining area. Nothing was too much trouble. The car park is quite difficult to find, but they did their best to help me. The pool is only a plunge pool not a swimming pool but the rooftop area is great. They just need a few more beds as once there are eight people up there there’s no space…. Exceptional loved it

The service at this hotel was exemplary - the best of our entire trip to the area. The room was clean, tidy and spacious, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. We chose to park onsite, and that was a bit of fun - smaller cars have a better time in the underground car park, but that's certainly to be expected in the area! We'd travelled about 500 miles on our holiday by the time we got to this hotel, and our hire car didn't have working front windscreen washers - the inspects and grime from the road made the windscreen rather dirty. However, when we checked out, we found that the hotel staff had gone to the time and effort of giving the windscreen a full clean, and they left a note for us - "Because we care about your safety and comfort, we have made your windscreen ready for your next trip" - they didn't have to do that (we hadn't requested it) but they took time out to help us. The reception staff, on checkout, were fully aware that it was ours. That simple gesture made the stay in Granada complete. It's not the largest hotel, but that means that it felt more homely, and their attention to guests was the best we encountered in our trip to Spain - if we return to the area in the future, this is where we will certainly stay. Many thanks to the great staff.
