Waren mit Hund über Sylvester da. Gute Entscheidung. Hotel ist prima. Das Personal nett und das Frühstück toll. Die Umgebung ist natürlich durch die direkte Flughafennähe entsprechend. Aber das war ja klar. Es gibt leider wenig Parkplätze im Haus.

Because there is no free parking, and it was BY THE HOUR, not by the day, we returned our rental car early. I asked the staff on how to use the public transportation. They tried really hard. But with limited English, and my very limited German, there were things left unsaid that should have been said. Such as the name of the station where we were located. We spent 11 euros each to go just one stop! When we came back to the hotel, there I saw a sign with more info regarding the train. WBU did the staff not show me this sign? Oh and they had no caffeinated coffee to give us in our room, tho they offered us to come downstairs for a free coffee

This hotel is a fine choice if you need to be close to the Frankfurt airport. The room was sparsely furnished, but it had a comfortable bed, and a very nice shower. The breakfast was good, too. What's more, there's a shuttle bus that takes you to the airport for a small fee.

Super amazing place to stay. Great room, great restaurant, professional staff. The checkin desk was busy and had a 20 min line for most of the late afternoon into early evening. After that, things went very well. Shuttle bus to airport in the morning was full, and will only drop off at Term 1.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but I have rated it down significantly because of difficulties with the advertised airport shuttle service. We book many months ago and stayed 4 weeks prior (early Dec) with no problems. One of the attractions was the shuttle service as it's too far and difficult to walk. This time, after a long day's travel we arrived at airport late at night and waited at the designated shuttle stop. After 30 minutes we asked other shuttle drivers when the bus was coming and were told that the shuttle was discontinued on 1 Jan 2025. There was nothing to indicate this on the shuttle signage and we were never advised by either the Hitel or Hotels.com. Getting a taxi at the airport is difficult when it's busy, and we were significantly delayed. The hotel check-in staff was sympathetic, and provided a room upgrade to sooth our anger, but nevertheless couldn't offer any satisfactory reasons why we weren't notified. Sure others have been similarly affected since 1 Jan, but customers were not notified. The hotel and Booking agents need to update there information regarding the shuttle.

The hotel is close to the airport but difficult to reach (the walk is dangerous - not recommended to people with luggage and children). We were sent to a shuttle stop for the 'Holiday Inn' pickup (the sign clearly had 'Holiday Inn'). There were 5 people waiting, but the shuttle did not come. We rang them up but it look us 40 minutes to get in touch with someone at reception. We were told to take an airport bus and go to a different terminal and wait for a different shuttle (apparently the original stop was for the wrong Holiday Inn). How can people guess this? Reception has long queues and there is no information desk. There is no point in ringing them up because they don't answer the phone. This means that if you need anything at all (like trying to book and pay for the shuttle bus back to the airport), you always need to join the long line with people checking-in. If one is tired after a long trip, this experience is particularly painful. In summary, the service is *extremely* poor. Fortunately, the room was nice and clean.

Two minutes from Terminal 2 at Airport, although shuttle only runs from Terminal 1. Came in late and missed last shuttle. Hotel itself is great though. Everything it needed to be plus great breakfast. All staff were friendly and helpful . 25 euro to park is kind of expensive.

Very good option for airport travelers. The hotel shuttle is convenient. Our room was quiet and inviting with great amenities. A few negatives: The bath didn’t seem to have been cleaned too well (floor), but was clean besides; check-in took a long time with quite a line forming with people stepping off the shuttle. The front desk staff was nice and efficient, but reception overall seemed understaffed to deal with us quickly. Very nice lobby area- would stay again.

Wir haben das Holiday Inn gerne vor und nach Langstrecken Flügen gebucht. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit im Hotelzimmer war nicht vorhanden, überall lagen lange schwarze Haare auf den Schränken, auf dem Kissen, auf dem Bett generell. Im Waschbecken waren auch schwarze Haare. Ich selber bin blond, also waren es keine von mir. Die Bettdecke war nicht sauber, es waren überall schwarze Flecken und Streifen auf der Decke, kleine schwarze Brocken lagen auf der Decke und dem Kissen (als Frau würde ich sagen Mascara Reste) am schlimmsten waren aber die getrockneten Blutflecken auf der Decke. Also das war wirklich ekelhaft und das kennen wir so nicht aus unseren vorherigen Besuchen. Ich denke, dass war hiermit leider der letzte Besuch in diesem Hotel. Sehr sehr schade eigentlich.

The carpet in the room was disgusting. Had to keep my socks on to walk. There was no sufficient towels for 2 guests. No shower caps either and no wood stick to stir your coffee. It felt the cleaners weren’t thorough servicing it. When I made the booking I filtered options for shuttle service included and unfortunately it wasn’t and had to pay £20 each way for less than a mile ride. Overall it was a bad experience

Zimmer war sehr laut und dreckig. Besonders der Drehsessel im Zimmer war eklig. Über die Herkunft der verschiedenen Flecken möchte man besser nicht nachdenken. Überschaubares Frühstücksbuffet ohne jegliche Besonderheiten. Schade vor allem vor dem Hintergrund des Preises. Allerdings war das Personal sehr nett und die Buchung kurzfristig sehr gut möglich

Would 100% recommend staying here. I travelled on my own and the staff were very friendly, the rooms were super clean and most importantly for me it was incredibly quiet. I am extremely noise sensitive and I was worried about being within such a close proximity to the airport that you would hear the planes noise…but there was no sound at all !! I slept very well, the bed was incredibly comfortable and I would definitely return.

The HVAC unit in my first and second rooms did not work at all. No fan circulating air and it was stiflingly and sticky in the room. And they offered a second room. I figured that would solve the issue, but it certainly didn’t. So they offered a fan instead. Why they couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioner is beyond me. Even though it’s raining and muggy outside, it was still cooler so I had to open the window the entire night. Not a pleasant experience, and the people at the front desk were not very helpful with the situation.

Das Einzige was zu bemängeln war war, dass man die Heizung, trotz Bedienfeld im Zimmer, nicht selber steuern konnte. Wenn die Lüftung an ist, und kalt bläst war es uns zu kalt. Dies erzeugte eine Erkältung. Ansonsten war das Zimmer für eine Nacht perfekt für 3 Personen

Room was way too small for the 3-persons for which it was rated — you could barely walk around. Basically a small queen size room with another bed jammed in. Stains on rug, walls a little beat up. Nice to have shower amenities like shampoo, conditioner, etc. Disappointing that hand/body lotion empty - tried to call both housekeeping and front desk but could not reach anyone.

The check in was done on an iPad and was I’m assuming was suppose to be easier. I still needed assistance from hotel staff. Not sure if helped streamline the process at all. The room was ok and spacious enough. If your English speaking be aware they don’t have any real tv channels in English except news. I was only there one night and it served the purpose for me to be to close to the airport.

We arrived to be told that although they had our reservation the hotel was overbooked and they would arrange alternate accommodation across the road. This was a debacle and we waited for over 90 minutes, finally getting to our room at 2am. We went back to the hotel in the morning for breakfast which was very good. Service was great, just overshadowed by the overbooking stuff up. Make sure you arrive in time for the airport shuttle as taxis will not take you as the trip is too short. The only way we could get there was to pay an unmetered 20 euro fixed fee to travel the 2 minutes as our delayed flights meant we were too late for the 11pm shuttle.

The night staff was horrible. There was this one guy who was manning the desk and he was rude and curt and on top of it gave us a room with no air conditioning. The whole room was hot and stuffy. The hotel is big with so many empty rooms. I cannot believe he gave our family that one room where the AC didn’t work. We had to ask for a table fan which they gave us reluctantly past midnight. The front desk guy most likely could be new at the people facing job, that’s the only benefit of the doubt I can give him.

Excellent room and location. Abysmal registration process - only one overworked person,LONG queue. Waited over three hours for housekeeping assistance. Duty manager not available Sunday ! No drinking glasses in room,only one usable tea bag, no bottled water, bar fridge unstocked,TV not working. Transfer bus free from airport IF you can find it; illogical return cost - taxi àt door much cheaper for two and more convenient. Dining options limited and expensive: two excellent restaurants five minutes walk away. Overall, a mixed bag and poor reflection on HI brand.

I was checked in by Martik who offered to retain my luggage until my check in time. I was able to comfortably leave the hotel without worrying about the safely of my suitcase. I loved their coffee machine and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. The room was clean and soundproofed. The Terminal 2 is just 800 meters and I walked to it with ease.

A localização é ótima, está próxima da estação de trem, e do aeroporto de Frankfurt. Porém recomendo comprar o bilhete do trem de todo jeito, tive um problema com maquina estar quebrada. Outros passageiros informaram que poderia pagar no trem, mas os grosseiros funcionários da DB me multaram, mesmo se apresentando para pagar. Que atitude insana e maldosa. É uma vergonha o tratamento que tive dessa gente tacanha. Nem tudo é primeiro mundo na Alemanha!!!! Fez lembrar o seu passado inglório.

The hotel was fine. It is close to the Frankfurt airport terminal 2, but does not offer a shuttle which would have been helpful. The distance is walkable, but no clear signage. I arrived at the hotel very hungry around 16:00, but restaurant didn’t open until 18:00.

Zunächst einmal das positive. Das Personal war durch die Bank weg, sehr freundlich. Was das Hotel im Gesamten betrifft, muss ich sagen, dass dieser Aufenthalt bei Weitem völlig überpreist war! €236 (ohne Frühstück) für eine Nacht! Ebenfalls die Speisen und Getränke völlig überpreist Und nun komme ich zum eigentlichen Manko. irgendwo gleube ich gelesen zu haben, es gäbe einen 24/7 Room service. als ich allerdings kurz vor 22:00 Uhr versuchte von meinem Zimmer aus den Room service telefonisch zu erreichen (für mehr als eine halbe). Selbst der Versuch die Rezeption, oder Concierege etc. zu erreichen, blieb erfolglos! Ich frage mich, ob man über den Emergency-Knopf jemanden erreicht hätte! Frustriert ging ich dann runter zum Restaurant um zu bestellen. Dort entgenete man mir dann, dass die Küch leider geschlossen ist und es allenfalls eine Pizza Margerita gäbe. Der Barkeeper deutete auf die vielen Gäste und meinte, dass so viel los sei und zu wenig Personal. Fazit: Für soviel Geld, eine Frechheit.

Völlig OK für ein Flughafen-Hotel. Kein Luxus, aber sauber und ordentlich. Das Hotel-Restaurant (The Ramp) ist allerdings in jeder Hinsicht eine Katastrophe - vom Bestellen bis das Essen kam verging 1Std15, schlechtes Essen, von den laut Karte zum Gericht gehörenden Komponenten fehlte bei allen Beteiligten auf dem Teller die Hälfte, konnte auch nicht nachgeliefert werden (am Nachbartisch ebenso), Service-Personal inkompetent. Hotel OK, vom Restaurant raten wir dringend ab!

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. If I had to pick at anything it would be that it was hard to get a cup of coffee in the lobby area in the morning. They looked to have an amazing breakfast but no complimentary coffee for patrons. I did manage to talk the staff into buying 3 coffees for myself and my friends. The cost was $25.97 for 3 coffees.
