Nice hotel in the business district. Across the steeet from the mint, that does tours. Room was large and clean, with a full kitchen. Breakfast had a lot of different options. M-W, they have an evening special with beer, wine, and a food special. Pool/hot tub were nice size and clean. Parking is a bit of a mess. They have a few spots in their lot but most have to park across the street in a lot they contract with.

PROS - It's located to a ton of places within walking distance like 16 Street Mall, Coors Field and Larimar Square. Lots of options for dining that are close by and most are fairly reasonable in price. The free breakfast was good, they could use adding another waffle maker though. Overall for the price, the room was clean, its in a pretty decent location and the staff was helpful. CONS - The tub did not have grip so be careful as it's slippery as all heck. The Happy Hour they offered mentioned appetizers but for 2 of the days we were there it was just loaded mashed or French fries (not really an appetizer). The pool was not heated. We had a few issues with parking as well. Could not get the dishwasher to operate..

Great hotel, in my opinion I give it a five star level, friendly and helpful front desk, clean room, comfortable bed, free laundry, good breakfast, 5 mins walk to the convention center, 10 mins walk to the 16th street mall, 15 mins walk to the union station!

Only had one problem here, that did not effect me personally,but should be mentioned. The mobility lifts for the pool area did not work, there was a family in the hot tub with us that had could have used the lift if it was serviceable. Please fix your equipment.

Good hotel. Had issues parking when we first got there as it wasn’t explained very well where we needed to go. Everything else was really good. Breakfast was good and there was a happy hour with free drinks! The beer wasn’t that great though but for free you can’t really complain.

Nice hotel for our needs, with daily, hot breakfast and happy hour snacks on M, T, W. All staff were hard-working and nice. Work out room was nice. Pool/spa needs cleaning and updating. The on-site parking lot is very tricky to get into and it is narrow. There is a lot off-site. Both have a fairly high daily parking fee. We went in December and there was a German Christmas Market just a 5 min walk away, in the park across from the Capitol, which was very festive and had great food.

The carpets are very dirty old and gross. Its weird. They updated everything in the room, except for the old, dated, filthy gold carpets and gold drapes. It doesnt match at all and is bizarre looking against the modern updates that they did do. The bed was comfortable. The location is great. The parking is 30 dollars per day. Breakfast is your average hotel breakfast.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and the maid service was very good. The suite was well equipped with the basics. The area was walk-able to the civic park, which held the Christmas market and also to multiple shopping areas and restaurants.

The free hot breakfast and Mon-Wed "Social Hour" were pleasant surprises. However, the fact that the rooms do not have smart TVs is very disappointing. Also found that the room layout was awkward...the couch was pretty much useless as it was under the TV (thus facing the wrong direction).

I paid $32 a day to park in the lot by the hotel but when there wasn’t a parking spot I was told I could park across the street. The suite we reserved did have a small kitchen and nice refrigerator but there was no table to eat at. For a suite the room was very small.

Breakfast was excellent, Happy Hour was great, the jacuzzi better than you'd expect. Bed and shower fab. Only complaint is the TV had a large scratch and the remote is not universal so no guide to know what is on, just had to channel surf or go to a scrolling guide channel and wait. In 2025 there should be menu buttons on a cable/satellite hotel TV.

Parking is $26 per day across the street or $37 in the lot. The turn off is very small and like an alleyway. The noise was horrible. Definitely not kid friendly. It woke up our son multiple times. Our room was tiny for a suite. There were dings and missing parts of paneling on furniture and doorframes. A wheel fell off an ottoman after resting our legs on it. The glass door to the shower was incredibly wobbily. TV had no guide option. Breakfast was good and staff was super friendly, on the plus side. Would not recommend for multiple nights or if you have children.

Stayed here while attending a trade show at the convention center. Overall a very good experience. I think it’s perfect especially if staying on your own. A easy 8 minute walk to the conference. The room is compact but offers all the amenities. Service was excellent. Free breakfast is a nice touch. My only complaint was the shower head was weak and the hot water could have been hotter. And the TV could offer a better experience as the satellite would cut out and also offer smart apps like YouTube and such. Definitely staying here again in the future.

the way the room was set up was not conducive to a comfortable stay. The TV was located under the sofa so there was no way you could sit on the sofa and watch the TV. The hotel advertised itself as a extended stay suite with a full kitchen which was true but there were no silverware or eating utensils in the room that I was assigned making it difficult to eat a meal after a long travel day.... and finally, they advertised a shuttle service to the airport for one price only to be told when I went to pay with my credit card that there was a 10% surcharge to using credit. Absolutely unacceptable that I wasn't informed of this.

The staff was beyond amazing! Each staff member working the front desk was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to take care of us. The lady in dining area stayed so busy refilling food on the breakfast buffet keeping it well stocked. There was coffee available all day. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of parking, and not knowing ahead of time we'd pay around $30 a day for parking. When the parking lot was full and we couldn't find parking, Stephen offered an amazing solution and found us parking and even helped park. We'd stay again in a heartbeat due entirely to the staff.

This will be a hotel we return to. It was very clean. I felt safe walking to all of our destinations. The best part was Steven, the night clerk! He knows what customer service and hospitality are all about! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Anticipated our questions on place to eat. Loved the list of restaurants he had ready to review. I will note that I was not prepared for the additional parking fee of $32/day, but compared to other parking availability downtown, it was the cheapest option. The parking was also directly across the street from the hotel so that was nice. Other places you have to walk a block or two to get parking. The breakfast buffet was good and they kept it well stocked even though it was pretty busy all three days we were there. Overall a very positive experience! Good work Staybridge!

The staff is what made our stay so enjoyable. They were extremely informative, knowledgeable and patient, and made sure we knew about all of the “extra” amenities they offered like free laundry and free fountain soda 24/7. They stored our loads of luggage for several hours before we checked in and always said hello and asked how our stay was going each time we passed the front desk. Housekeeping and dining attendances were also extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked an accessible room and we were given a regular room. This is significant for our family as our daughter is in a wheelchair. We only booked this hotel because the roll in shower room and separate bedroom. We had to wait 2 hours before a room was available. After two days the original room we booked was available but our daughter was not able to move around comfortably so we had to stay in the other room with no roll in shower which made it very challenging.

Nice clean rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Great breakfast and evening snacks. Not much immediately near hotel but a great restaurant and shopping area is about an 8 min walk away. Hotel is maybe 5 min walk to larger conference hotels like the Sheraton. With this hotel, you get more amenities for lower price.

The Staybridge is located in a ‘No Man’s Land.’ It’s safe to walk around in the daylight, not so much at night. There isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity. A car is a wise idea since the streets are quiet or homeless encampments are nearby.

Liked the convenience of location, stable wifi, comfortable bed, cleanliness. Didn't like: plastic cutlery (wasteful and environmentally unfriendly), unnecessarily huge fridge in rooms (very noisy, environmentally unfriendly), too many and far too sugary foods for breakfast: ('juices', cereals, baked goods, syrups, etc), when all you want is scrambled eggs!, and noisy fridge and a/c in rooms: turned off a/c, but a small drinks fridge would have sufficed for keeping water cool.

Location was great. Parking was too expensive. They advertise a happy hour Mon thru Wednesday and were out of beer and wine all three days. There are three liquor stores within three blocks of the hotel. Management should have sent someone to pick up a case of wine and a keg of beer. They advertise their happy hour and you could see being out one day but three days in a row is unacceptable.

Great hotel, the cleaning crew didn’t come to clean the room consistently when we asked. Ran out out of towels, toilet paper, tissues and had to ask the front desk because cleaning never came. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok… eggs were hard and coffee was awful but everything else was good.

The breakfast options were decent and they even have plant based meat one day for vegetarians, which my child appreciated. The hot tub was broken one night but fixed quickly. The staff was incredibly helpful when there were no parking spots (we paid for onsite parking). Three managers reception was a great touch and we definitely took advantage of it. Overall it was a great stay, especially for the price!

Great hotel right in downtown Denver. Easy to reach the 16th Street Mall, State Capital, Broadway, and much more. Rooms are very adequate with plenty of space. Breakfast was nice, but could use more options. The building does need some maintenance. Two lights in our kitchen did not work. The railing by the pool stairs was ripped out of it's mounting. Water pressure in the shower was pretty low. But other than those issues, it was a nice property. If the price is right, I would stay there again.

The breakfast was amazing! Friendly staff and a nice pool, we would stay there again if traveling to Denver. Our room had really good soap and shampoo! The only downfall is parking is very limited and pay/day but that’s common in downtown.
