Super nice clean room. Fully serviced everyday. The front desk staff was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant was great as was the staff. Excellent breakfasts.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Great location to the market, quiet and very helpful staff that are responsive in email.

Room can be newer with better amenities. Breakfast was low quality

Great value for money. Room is a little run down but that is common across Vietnam. Air conditioning worked well in the rooms but public spaces could be better covered with fans with the humidity and mosquitoes (I got bitten). Decent room size with a king size bed and the right amount of furniture for a young family without being cluttered. Toilet and sink accessible height for toddler. Tiles could be better though since they are rather slippery for a toddler. The shampoo smelt funky, so we never used it. The noodle soup at breakfast each day was the best I had in hotel breakfasts in Vietnam. They change it slightly. Noodles are soft and silky fresh. They could provide an ice bucket for the vietnamese black coffee but I guess it will melt quickly since the public spaces aren't air conditioned. Pool is a good size but the ledge isn't suitable for a toddler. Lots of harmless lizards. Their bicycle hire was convenient. The bike seat for my toddler was sturdy. They can provide bike locks too. It's a good location to cycle into old town over the bridge too. Some days they would fold our pyjamas neatly on top of the bed and some days they wouldn't. I would come again to stay.
