I had a very pleasant stay at M Hotel Makkah by Millennium. The staff are helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast is very good with a nice selection. The hotel is conveniently located close to Al Haram, with good and easy transportation connections, which makes getting to and from the Haram very convenient.

Hotel is vlean, spacious room, shower amenities need to be upgraded. Hotel location: far from the haram, although there is shuttle bus every hour, but it is not as convenient as it sounds, if its full the driver will head ro haram even before time, you can taxi or walk which is 2.5 kilos. Retrun from haram is a real challenge, veey busy station, you may not find a place. I would not recommend the location for any one not willing to be flexible with the idea they will taxi from and to haram. My room was connected to another room with a door in between, so you can hear the other room and our neighbours there were kids knocking on that door and lots of noise transferred to us, but as we did not stay in the room for long time it was not an issue. Breakfast, first day was bad, few stuff were not fresh. Second day was a bit better. My general experience is not bad, but would not repeat ot from the location poi t of view.
