Bus service had issue with bus service as i have to go to harram but driver did not go i have to wait almost an hour hotel staff was very helpful in finding whats going on why bus didn't go reception staff especially this female was very good 👍

Room smelled very bad , smoke Requested room to be changed hotel refused paid for 2 nights checked out and lost my second night no refund I have azma and could not breath from smoke smell
