Stayed 6 nights

The hotel room and property were very clean when we arrived. We stayed for a week as we were visiting our new grandchild in Gatineau. Never once did someone come in to clean the room, change the towels or top up the coffee pods and supplies. We did get more coffee one day because we requested it. Usually there is an information book in the rooms to tell guests about local stores, restaurants and places of interest….there was nothing. No information about the wifi code or on how to connect the television. There was no welcome bottle of water and no Kleenex. We wanted to stay an extra night and it was very difficult to do so as there is no reception. Thankfully our contact person Chelsea was very helpful and solved the problem for us. Although we liked our room and the location is excellent I think these issues need to be addressed. I look forward to your response

My stay was very good, only problem was unable to get the tv to function and no hotel staff on site to assist. there is also no telephones in the room or phone boxes. was unable to order a taxi for the next morning. Overall, my stay was well worth the money.

Room was clean and very big. Bed was comfortable. The biggest down side was the the noise from the bar on Friday and Saturday night, luckily we’re not light sleepers (Ear plugs are provided for those that are).

I wasn’t informed on how to open the door to the building. Luckily a very nice and patient person figured it out. Also, receiving information in English would be helpful.

Stayed 4 nights

A bit far from downtown Ottawa, but overall I had a good stay. When I tried to self-check in, there was no key in the lockbox. After contacting the staff, they immediately realized there had been a mix-up on their end—another guest with a similar name had been assigned my room by mistake. They quickly resolved the issue and gave me a different room, so it was not a major inconvenience. There was loud live music on the night we arrived that continued quite late, but the following two nights were quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Ottawa in the future.
