We had a wonderful stay and were made to feel very welcome by all the staff from check in to breakfast and check out. The property is beautiful with lovely views. We had a lovely spacious room which was fantastic as we had our 2 dogs with us. Bed was super comfy, lovely toiletries and teas and coffees in the room. Breakfast was delicious and we were lucky enough to sit outside in a beautiful little sun trap with stunning views to eat ours. We also had some lovely woodland walks with the dogs right next door! Only one thing that would have made the experience totally perfect was if there had been water in the room. Even just a kilner bottle of tap water would have made all the difference. We took water from the bathroom tap out of desperation but was not sure if it was drinking water. Thank you though for such a lovely stay!

We loved our stay in the B&B. Pleasantly surprised on our arrival to find our family room was in fact a whole apartment with separate bedroom for the kids. The beds were really comfy and they felt incredibly spoilt with a sofa and large TV just for them. Breakfast was lovely, really friendly staff and a hassle free stay.

Beautiful environment, countryside. The B&B is down a narrow, bumpy lane so drive slowly! The room we stayed in was one of the little ones, but it was clean and serviced well. It was warm and the breakfast was excellent with very friendly staff.

We received a warm welcome and everything was explained. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed a beautiful breakfast sitting in the sunshine and good conversation with the chef. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

What a lovely place to stay. The welcome from Steph was warm and she recommended an excellent pub 'Worlds End' down the road to eat - which didn't disappoint. The rooms were spacious and some lovely touches with toiletries, biscuits, teas & coffees. Breakfast was cooked to order and again the service was excellent. Will stay there again when we are in the area.

I highly recommend Selden Farm B&B. Staff extremely friendly, beautiful setting in the countryside. Fantastic breakfast and the chef was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A very quiet location on a Farm just off the A27, a picturesque place to enjoy a couple of nights stay. With some local Pubs around the corner (walking distance), it gave you eating options. Breakfast was just the best, a very enjoyable full English cooked for you, the staff are so pleasant and nice, well worth a stay here, we will be returning in the summer so we can take some longer walks around the property and local tracks.

Breakfast was just the best, a very enjoyable full English cooked for you, the staff are so pleasant and nice, well worth a stay here, we will be returning in the summer so we can take some longer walks around the property and local tracks.

This is lovely. Accommodation is good and practical. The breakfast was really good. Tricky walk to the worlds end pub but you are in the best Sussex countryside so enjoy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would love to have stayed longer

Beautiful environment, countryside. The B&B is down a narrow, bumpy lane so drive slowly! The room we stayed in was one of the little ones, but it was clean and serviced well. It was warm and the breakfast was excellent with very friendly staff.

Excellent overnight stay in this delightful spot in the South Downs, close to Worthing. Beautifully modernised premises in spacious well-kept grounds. Our room was first class, as were the service snd the excellent breakfast, cooked in front of us. Altogether a real find.

I highly recommend Selden Farm B&B. Staff extremely friendly, beautiful setting in the countryside. Fantastic breakfast and the chef was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice room excellent breakfast. Requested bath but only had shower. Was rather cold and ni instructions in the room for heating, but overall lovely venue nice grounds and I would go again

I love this place, could not recommend enough! Every time I stay in the area I try to book here, I miss out sometimes as it’s popular. The breakfast is the best and Andy (the chef) is a diamond!! 10 out of 10

Love this hidden gem. No restaurant but freshly cooked breakfast. There are 2 pub very close by for evening meal. Staff are great.

The only issue we had was with the TV in the room. Half an hour before kick off in the England Croatia game I discovered that a previous guest had reprogrammed the TV so there was no ITV channel. Fortunately I was able to watch it on my iPad!
