This hotel is an absolute joke. Not sure how it achieves 5 stars but this hotel is far from it. Rooms smelt like mould and general condition of hotel and facilities is in very poor state with many items needing attention. We cancelled our stay after a few nights and quickly exited to another location. Location is good, staff are ok but poor management let's this hotel down. Noisy nightclub nearby with loud music till all hours.

Would never stay here again even if you paid me. They let someone in my room at 2am when I was asleep and naked on the bed. I booked a pool access room yet there was no access to the pool tried to offer me another room which was riddled with and stunk of mold. Rooms were flooded with the rain and the breakfast was terrible. Managers not interested in offering and accountability for the issues nor were they helpful at the time of the incidents.
