The Courtyard Olaya was great location however the staff were excellent, especailly the reception & reservations staff. Keshar at breakfast in the lobby restaurant was very helpful & prompt with the service. The facilities coupled with the excellent staff will be my first choice to stay when I am back in Riyadh next time. Thank you & keep up the great work.

The Hotel sells itself with pictures of gym facilities and a beautiful pool. Only when you check in are you advised that women are unable to use any of these facilities so false advertising. Pillows need replacing and

All of the men downstairs and on the room floors work hard to make you happy and comfortable. I did not have any issues during my stay. The staff went out of their way to go above and beyond expectations. A flawless stay in a very comfortable clean modern room. Great location also. Many malls and a metro stop just steps from the front door.

This hotel is right next door to a 24 hour construction site, with two more buildings, that we saw, which will be demolished over the next year. The noise of the hammers going all night was crazy and, of course, there is nothing the hotel can do.

The Courtyard Olaya was great location however the staff were excellent, especailly the reception & reservations staff. Keshar at breakfast in the lobby restaurant was very helpful & prompt with the service. The facilities coupled with the excellent staff will be my first choice to stay when I am back in Riyadh next time. Thank you & keep up the great work.

Nice people on the front desk. Their housekeeping staff, however, do not understand the meaning of the “do not disturb” sign hanging on my door. I put it there so I could sleep undisturned. It didn’t stop them calling my room phone to ask if I wanted the room servicing, thereby waking me up. Also, I wanted a quick meal in their restaurant at 5:30pm. Was it open? Yes, I was told. So I ordered grilled prawns and vegetables. The dish arrived 50 minutes later after I chased them up. I wouldn’t mind if they were really busy, but I was *the only person in the restaurant*. All of this made it an irritating stay and there are much better options in Olaya compared to this.
